How to stop a printing not shown in ePrintCenter?

I want to stop a printning started from my iPad, but it is not shown in ePrint Center. How to do stop it?

It might be stuck in the print queue of your ipad. if your on your home screen on your ipad double tap the home button on the ipad and a little bar should open on the bottom, look for the print center should be a printer icon, if its there you should see a red circle with a number in it, that number is how many jobs are stuck, you need to delete or cancel these jobs.

JFrame shows up on the Task Bar, JDialog and JWindow don't.

I think Brian is probably correct. Close the Organizer and re-open tomorrow.
It certainly seems to have nothing to do with hidden files.

Reports 6 - how to "stop" the printer

hello... please any tip will be helpful...
I need to send reports (from win98, Oracle 8i/netware) one after other, about 15 reports...
many of them print at maximum 10 lines... but then the printer pushes paper until the end of the page...
ex: If the paper size is 11 inches, it prints some lines (2 in.) and pushes the rest of the paper... 9 blank in. of paper...
after all my reports uses lots and lots of paper...
I need to print the next report just after the other...
is there any way to stop the printer after the report is complete or something else i can do??
I use continuous form paper on a matricial printer (ex. LX-300).

hello,
the problem here is, that oracle reports is page-based. that means when it produces the report output is always created by page.
you can try modifying the page-height and the margin area to limit the amount of white-space.

How to stop report printing?

Dear All;
Glad to be here. I have a problem with my HP Color LaserJet CP1515n printer, every document I print comes with a report from the printer with its own details (details of the document). How can I stop these reports from comming since they are taking too much papers and I really don't need them. Thank you in advance for your help .

Check this helps you:
Create an alert from "Report -> Alerts -> Create or Modify Alerts" with below steps:
1. Provide name of the alert (say Alert1)
2. Click on X+2 in front of "Message" field and write the Alert message you want to display.
3. Click on Condition button and write the condition If not({APPROVAL}='A') then true;
The above Alert will prompt with configured alert message when {APPROVAL} field is not having value of 'A'
Now, in a formula, write below content and display it where you want to display the APPROVAL field value:
If {APPROVAL} = 'A' then
{APPROVAL}
This formula content will be blank if the value of {APPROVAL} is not 'A'

Forward/Backword/Stop missing rather not shown in the toolbar

Especially the mentioned items above are further missing even everything done what is described in "Back and forward or other toolbar items are missing"-support note. These items appear only during customization of the toolbar. The "disappearance" is independent from installed add-on's (both options tested).

Is the Navigation Toolbar visible?
* View > Toolbars > Navigation Toolbar or Firefox > Options > Navigation Toolbar
Firefox shows all toolbars if you open the customize window.
Did you try to delete the file localstore.rdf in the Firefox Profile Folder?

Start at the home page for the entire OTN forum web site

See the category that is named Oracle Database?
Right-click that and open the link in a new browser page or a new browser tab (your choice).
That will show you a list of absolutely every current forum related to Oracle's database products.
ApEx is the sixth forum in that list.
Alternative method?
Go back to that home page for the forum web site.
See the `+` sigh in front of the words Oracle Database?
Click on that to expand out the first layer of topics.
See the choice that labeled "More"? Select that.
You end up at the same view as with the first method I described.
Nether method is particularly difficult.

I have a HP Officejet 4500 Desktop..I accidently requested to print 14 pages that I do not need. I do not know how to stop the printing of these pages and I do not want to waste my ink because they are colorful pages....I just want to stop and not print these pages..Thank You...

right click the little printer icon in your task bar next to the time.and open,then cancel printing..and thats it..

And, if you want Aperture to launch when you connect your camera, but not when you connect your iPhone, open Image Capture when your iPhone is connected, highlight your iPhone in the sidebar, and select the No Application option in the lower left-hand corner where it says "connecting this iPhone opens"
You can have different options for each device.

Printer not connected - iMac 10.8.4 & EPSON XP400

Everything worked fine until Mountain Lion 10.8.4 and latest Apple update of early July with new Epson drivers and after many attempts deleting and adding this printer, using Bonjour or IP direct addressing.
Wireless is fine, no RF interferences, internal printer webpages are correctly accessible, scanning is fine, only printing stops with "Printer not connected" error message.
There is another strange message on CUPS error log, something like "Impossible queuing on Lexmark_Z45 printer".
This was an old printer I unsuccessfully tried to connect to my iMac before buying this new EPSON XP 400 and apparently fully removed from OSX.
I also searched entire filesystem to find Lexmark occurences but nothing was found.
Is it anything related with Bonjour?

How to STOP default two sided printing

I have a macbook air (2013) and a Canon 8350 all in one laser printer...it ALWAYS defaults to two sided printing and I NEVER want to print two sided as I print for business and have no use for it...I often forget to uncheck it and thus end up wasting paper and ink.
I have looked through all the settings and cannot figure out how to get it to NOT default to two sided printing. I know I can save the settings, however it doesn't default to that new profile, so I would have to select the profile every time to change it, which makes no sense as a solution (I still have to remember to do it EVERY TIME).
Anyone know of a way to stop this behavior?

You can change the default via CUPS, which is the core printing system of OS X.
Open Safari and enter the following URL
http://localhost:631
By default on 10.8, access to the CUPS page is blocked. To enable it, open Terminal and type "sudo cupsctl WebInterface=yes" (without the quotation marks). Enter the admin password when prompted and then refresh the Safari view.
With the CUPS web page open, select the Printers tab and then select the printer you want to modify. Then from the Administration drop menu, change to "Set Default Options".
This will show a new page with four menu headings (links); Options Installed, General, Banners and Policies. Select General.
Scroll down the list until you see the Print Style menu. Change it from 2 Sided to 1 Sided and then scroll down the page until you see the Set Default Options button.
Click on this button to save the change. You will then be prompted to authenitcate to CUPS.
Enter the account name and password that has been set as the admin for this Mac. And then press the Log In button. You will then see another page stating that the information change is completed.
You can now check that the change has been successful by selecting to print this page from Safari. With the correct printer selected, change to the relevant menu to ensure your modification has worked.

How to Stop HP C5580 printis page containing the filename, directory etc along with my primary doc

Are you printing from Word? Generally Word has an option to print document properties, which would include the date created, the edit date, number of words and some other information. In Word 2003 this would be found in Tools, Options, Print, Include with Document and uncheck the "Document Properties" box. In Word 2010 it would be found in File, Options, Display, Printing Options, Print document properties.

How do I stop it printing 1/6 (bottom RH corner) of page 6 times instead of printing the whole page?

When I print a PDF downloaded from the internet it chops the bottom RH corner of the page and reproduces it 6x (2x across the page and 3x down the page), instead of printing the whole page, this is driving me mad, does anyone know how to stop it? I have ticked Print as Image and Multiple Pages is NOT selected....

Are you using the desktop version of Adobe Reader on a Mac computer? What is the version of your Adobe Reader?
You posted the question on the Adobe Reader for iOS forum. But Adobe Reader for iOS does not offer the print options like "Print as Image", "Multiple Pages".
