How to stop Adobe Connect Pro from resizing my content window?

Version info: Adobe Connect Pro version 8
When I upload training content in the form of output of a SWF to my company's Connect server, and then play back the training content, the size of the window that Connect opens is whatever size I have created the SWF to be.
However, when I upload training content in the form of a collection of files that include HTML and SWFs, and then play back the training content, the size of the window that Connect opens is always the same (735 x 630), no matter what size I make my SWFs to be, no matter what size I make my HTML to be (using onload="resizeTo(1024,768)").
I have done extensive research but have not been able to find a way to fix this. My training viewers are complaining about this! I have saw a post that this is a setting hidden deep in the installation files on the Connect server itself. Is that true? Is there any way to change this setting?

Clicking on tools it what I do each time, but I would have loved to find a way to be able to write something without having that bar show up... Would you have any idea if this would be possible? For example when you click on the highlight tool, the "comment" task pane does not automatically open, this only happens with the "Tool" task pane.
Maybe there is a parameter I could apply?

Whenever I open any google browsers i.e. Chrome or google, the Adobe flash player automatically starts. I want to know is there any settings I can unclick that will stop it from opening automatically. I want to have the control of when to start flash player.

Having just solved this irritating issue, two steps are required to stop Chrome running audio or video automatically, but still allow it to run on request:
1 Go to chrome://plugins/ and uncheck the 'Always allowed' box for the offending plug-ins - Adobe Flashplayer, Quicktime etc
2 Go to chrome://settings/content, scroll to the Plug-ins section and change the default 'Run automatically (recommended)' to 'Click to play'
Now when you open a page with audio or video content, it'll be greyed-out with a jigsaw icon, which you can click to run.

If you want to change the behavior of the Finder when moving files around you can use keyboard shortcuts.

Way down under Finder shortcuts we find:
Command key while dragging
Move the dragged item to another volume or location
(the pointer changes while key is held)
Option key while dragging
Copy the dragged item
(the pointer changes while key is held)
Command-Option key combination while dragging

How do I stop my MacBook Pro from hibernating?

I purchase my first MacBook Pro (late 2011 model) a few months ago. I Installed OS X Mountain Lion and everything was working fine. I could close the lid, and open it again, perhaps half a day later, and it would wake from sleep and allow me to enter my password.
Now, in the past month (perhaps due to software updates), the behaviour has changed. Now, it goes in to hibernation when the lid is shut for more than a few hours. Upon waking from hibernation it takes a good 30 seconds or more before the clock updates and I can enter my password.
I have been in to System Preferences -> Energy Saver, and changed the settings to never enter display sleep or computer sleep, and I have disabled putting hard disks to sleep when possible. I have also used the pmset utility to set the timeout for hibernation to start to 2 days. I have tried reseting the PRAM and the SMC.
None of this has worked.
Has anyone else experienced this, or does anyone know a way I can stop my MacBook Pro from hibernating so often?
Just to clarify: Everything mentioned above has been when it is plugged in to the wall charger.

I installed a trial version Adobe Acrobat Pro from the Creative Cloud list on my Mac Pro 10.7.5. First, although I was supposed to have a 30 day free trial, it expired immediately. Worse, every time I try to open my former Adober Acrobat, I get prompted to buy a yearly subscription to Acrobat pro and cannot use my older version. I have tried various ways to uninstall the Acrobat Pro version and to get back to normal, with no success. Anyone out there to help or must I spend money on an international call to ask Adobe what to do? It seems that they have shut down their "chat" service. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you. I looked at your post this morning and did not know enough to respond, other than to find out that links to iListen now go to newer, renamed software. Considering it's been nine hours with no response, I'm suspecting few people here have experience with that software. You could contact the current copmany that used to sell that package and see if they have any archived support info.
BTW: please check you entry for "Mac OS" in your profile. It says iOS, which cannot run on an iMac. iOS is the system for phone and iPads but can't run on Mac computers. Do "About this Mac" from the Apple menu and see what it says about the OS version. Should look like this:

To my dissapointment, my university just decided to drop their contract with Adobe Connect Pro and go with Elluminate. I work with a small group but we'd like to stick with Connect Pro if possible. The licensing seems very expense and with recent budget cuts it might not be feasible. I'm wodering:

Can I create a custom setup test for Adobe Connect Pro?

I was wondering if there was a way to create a custom setup test for Adobe Connect Pro? We are using Adobe Connect to teach some web courses and we need them to complete the Adobe Connect test as well as some other software setup tests. Due to the fact that we are using a company wide account for Adobe Connect the "Send Results" button on the setup test doesn't reach me (I am the one in charge of making sure all students have taken all the setup tests). Typically we have them take a test and then return back to the main 'test' page where they select whether or not the test worked.
In the end I figure I have two options:
1. Change the test so that it emails the responses to the email of my choice, i.e. a custom version of the setup test. (Not sure if this is possible as we use a company account)
2. Completely remove the "Send Results" button from setup test and just rely on the student manually entering whether the test worked or not.
Please help!

The timecode effect can only show whole frames so there is not a setting for 23.97. I'm not at my editor at the moment, is there an option for 'drop frame' in the timecode settings, this is how timecode is displayed for non whole number frame rates.

We have been having ongoing problems with Adobe Connect Pro dropping the audio's from the recordings. We get long dead spaces in the recordings of silence and then hear the instructor answer the question asked but never hear the question.

The Universal Voice option would probably be the best way to do it. How it works, is you give Connect the information on dialing into your phone bridge and it calls in and is a participant on your phone bridge. It then can record anything it hears.
To set it up star in your My Profile link available at the top right hand side of any page on the server. Then you will need to set up a new audio provider under My Audio Providers, then associate it with your account in the My Audio Profiles. You can then associate the UV set up with a meeting room at the bottom of the Edit Information tool. This walks throuhg the steps of setting up the UV for your account. I have the following troubles in integrating a course built in Captivate 4 to Adobe connect pro server.
I tried directly uploading the course to connect pro while publishing from captivate.
1. I cannot open any associated HTML files from Published course.(I am using external html files for glossery etc)
How can upload/integrate external html pages with my course.
2. Slide level tracling or bookmarking or even quiz reporting is not working.
What are all the tracking possible in connect pro? How can it be done?
