How to stop search for newer version of apps

Every time I open iTunes I get 60 error messages telling me each individual app already is in my library with a newer version and am I sure I want to replace? No, I don't, and I really wish I could get rid of whatever is causing iTunes to go looking in the first place.

That's pretty much it Greg and yes, the files goes into the

remote directly.

Yes this might be the stupidest question ever, but leave it to Apple to make the simplest thing hard.
In EVERY version of Itunes, up until 11, you used to be able to type an artists name, song name, or album into the search field and it would narrow it down so that you can see what you are looking for (in the list below). Now, Itunes tells you that you have music by said artist, yet doesn't list them whatsoever. Furthermore, when you click on the results it doesn't list them for you either.
I'm sure it is some weird setting, but cannot for the life of me find. I cannot name one application that doesn't show a list when you type in the search field. Augh!

Is this on a computer's iTunes or an iOS device ? On a computer's iTunes when viewing the store the search box at the top right of iTunes should search the store :
The on the results screen select Apps.
On an iOS device you should have a search tab at the bottom of the App Store app.

I need the firefox equivalent of Internet Explorer's (v8) "check for newer versions of stored pages under Tools, Internet Options, Browsing history. I cannot find where this would be in firefox and have an application that depends on seeing a "fresh" copy of a page each time it's served up by the web. Please advise.

I have a similar problem than sam6sam had except that I'm on Safari. After the Mountain Lion security update I did last Friday, I had to update Flash. I installed .149, deinstalled, restarted, reinstalled .149 about 2 dozens times and it didn't work. Yesterday I saw that you had .167 and thought "finally they will have fixed this issue". After doing the same deinstall restart and install routine another dozen time, I give up!

It looks like it's installed. When I go into System Preference Flash Player shows "Plug-in version 11.6.602.167 is installed.", yet when I want to see a flash video it tells me that I don't have the software and need to install it. My Safari Preferences allow for Pop-up and Enable Plug-in. My "open 'safe' files after downloading" is clicked.
I've search all of Adobe, Apple and other geeky website's "help" area, and nothing I tried worked, including the "sudo" commands in the terminal (the answer to this one is "command not found").
I'm really frustrated by this. There is certainly something that I overlooked, but I cannot figure it out. Help!

Bluetoothe keeps searching for new devices

Hi everyone,
I have a BT connected problem with my Iphone 4S. In contrast to many here, I can connect with my headset (Jawbone) fine and my phone sees pretty much anything. However, once I activate BT, it will keep searching for new devices all the time and this eats the batter up pretty fast (by mid-day it is 50% gone, without my doing much, except for a few calls using my headset). Does anybody know how can BT stopped from looking for new devices unless directed to do so?

I have iphone 6 with ios 8.1.1. The bluetooth pairs with my sony car radio and everything works fine. However, the iphone won't stop searching for other devices.

Imovie-how do i get the new version on my new mac???

Sounds strange I know but when I transfered the contents of my old imac to my new imac via the cable it has also transfered across the old version of imovie. If I set up a new user I can open the new version of imovie but my profile doesn't recognise the new version of imovie. Does anyone know how I can get the new version of imovie onto my current profile which was imported from my old imac?

The Outlook Plugin for Adobe Send supports Outlook 2010 and 2013. There are no plans to make it compatible with Outlook 2007, since it's a much older version.
