How to stop the automatic http to https switch on sicf

Hi, all.
I have enabled https on the ERP server. So http and https are running on different port. However, when I punch in the http url to start a web dynpro app from SICF, the sap server automatically switches the http url to https. Now the https connection works fine. But then I lost the capability to connect via http and there are requirements to connect to both ways. Can you please advise?

SICF---> Service --> Error Pages -> Logon Errors
Click the "Configuration" button half-way down the page.
Select "Define Service-Specific Settings" and then, under "Actions During Logon", set "Protocol" to "Do Not Switch".

Check Safari / Preferences - Accounts - Login Items.
If the iTunes app or iTunes Helper is listed there, select the item then click - (minus)
And check Dashboard widgets. Click the Dashboard icon in your Dock.
There are several iTunes widgets that can have iTunes open automatically.

How stop the automatic statistics collection job after the maintenance wind

Hi,
we are for a solution to stop the automatic statistics collection job after the maintenance window finished.
we disable all jobs except the automatic statistics collection, because this is the only one we want to run. Then we define specific values for the interval and duration parameters of the maintenance window to customize this task.
But for their systems it is very important that this job/task will immediately stop when the window is closed!!!
So, how could we ensure this behavior.
For Oracle 10g it is easy because the statistic job always exists and it is possible to set its duration and create an addtional event based job which kills all jobs that are running over duration.
In Oracle 11g the statistic job is created by the system during the maintenance window is open.
We are not able to modify parameters of this system job. After the maintenance window closed the job is already running - only with another resource priority - but it is running.
Please help me in this scenario

?So basically you are saying is if none of the tables are changed then GATHER_STATS_JOB will not run, but i see tables are updated still the job is not running. I did >query dba_scheduler_jobs and the state of the job is true and scheduled. Please see my previous post on the output

So basically you are saying is if none of the tables are changed then GATHER_STATS_JOB will not run,GATHER_STATS_JOB will run and if there are any table in which there's a 10 percent change in data, it will gather statistics on that table. If no table data have changes less than 10 percent, it will not gather statistics.

In Firefox 23, as part of an effort to simplify the Firefox options set and facilitate future improvements to Firefox, the option to hide the tab bar was removed.
Fortunately, this can easily be resolved if you desire the keep tabs hidden. You can install "[https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/hide-tab-bar-with-one-tab/ Hide tab bar with one tab]", an extension hosted on Mozilla's add-ons site, which will restore the ability to hide the tab bar.

Show the Alert like this:

With any marquee tool, JUST holding down the option key should not switch tools. You need to explain the problem much more carefully, It's completely impossible to tell from your description whats going wrong.

The only preference related to this, is to do with the SHIFT KEY - "use Shift key for tool switch".

Here is what I have tried: 1> Launch recover manager 2> select to recover the system back to the original manufacturer status 3> OS installation is completed 4> When the recover manger starts to install "software + driver", it fails the last minutes. I have tried many times it always fails in the last part. Question> Is there a way that I can stop the automatic installation of "software + driver" on my Mini 110c-1147NR since I know how to install those software manually. I have tried to kill the recover manager through taskmgr, but the system immediately restarts and continue any try. Any suggestion? thank you
