How to stop this nightmare

Hallo
We are with BT for most of our lives. We connected internet on our address around 10 years ago and at the tome we ordered 2MB fixed line. It was best possible speed at the time, tut as a time goes by it got worst and worst and the it should be better and better. Around 5 years ago we started to complain about the speed as download does not exceed 0.3Mb and upload 0.09Mb.
Well we called explained the problem and was promised that it will be sorted abut nothing happened. We did not have a time to call and call and call and there was no improvement on our line so it is constant 0.3 download and 0.09 upload. Well we called every six months but no joy. 10 days ago I decided that it is ridiculous and we need to have it sorted as we are paying a big money for no service. I called BT on 08001114567 I know all the numbers now and started the procedure again with intention not to give up until sorted.
What I learned is horrible.
Last 10 days I spend over 20 hours calling BT they done all test to the line and line is capable of 17Mb and there is no fault on the line. What I was told is that we are on old SMART system that not many peoples have access to and that is the reason it is so slow. In most conversations even if I was transferred from one person to another they claim that we have no internet at all and I need to explain all story again and again and again. Everybody are very helpful, understanding and apologetic, they promising that tomorrow it will be all sorted but next day nothing happens so I have to call again spend all the time explaining all the situation again and they putting me to this or that team which promising that it will be definitely sorted this time but it does not happened.
Until now I talked to technical team, customer options team, sales team, offline team, exception team and I still have the same problem.
All they needed to do is to migrate us from old system where we ware forsaken and create us new profile in new system so the old system will stop limiting our internet speed.
We have dedicated line for this service, nothing is connected to it except the router that we bought as it was suggested by BT 6 months age as before we got BT old voyager – yes BT did not bothered to send us fancy new home hub even thou we are paying probably double what we should as we paying highest fixed line charges that was at the time.
The question is:
Is there a way to stop that madness?

    I have this problem too with my Macbook Air. Mail opens automatically every time my laptop sleeps. I actually just asked about this in my own thread. However, it is not causing my apps to freeze.

Now system allowing multiple entry against this condition type in the pricing screen during order creation i.e in the first line if we put ZBPR 00 , in the second line system allowing to put another value against same ZBPR say for example 2000 & doing all subsequent calculations on the basis of 3000 .which is not at all acceptable by my client .Please suggest how to stop this multiple entry against same condition type

    You have to make the condition type as Mandatory and not manual.
    If you are entering many condition records of the ZPR0 then the latest entry will be taken for further processing for subtotal rebate and total price.
    For all the other entered condition records will have yellow traffic signal which is not active.
    you can assign a routine with the help pf your abaper...
    In the Transaction VOFM  define a requirement such that
    you condition type takes value only one at the time of order entry.

    This "original file cannot be found" thing happens if the file is no longer where iTunes expects to find it. Possible causes are that you or some third party tool has moved, renamed or deleted the file, or that the drive it lives on has had a change of drive letter. It is also possible that iTunes has changed from expecting the files to be in the pre-iTunes 9 layout to post-iTunes 9 layout,or vice-versa, and so is looking in slightly the wrong place.
    Select a track with an exclamation mark, use Ctrl-I to get info, then cancel when asked to try to locate the track. Look on the summary tab for the location that iTunes thinks the file should be. Now take a look around your hard drive(s). Hopefully you can locate the track in question. If a section of your library has simply been moved, or a drive letter has changed, it should be possible to reverse the actions.
    Alternatively, as long as you can find a location holding the missing files, then you should be able to use my FindTracks script to reconnect them to iTunes .

    It cannot just change itself.  If it has not been changed by someone using the phone, then the only other thing I can think of is that the phone is on a corporate Exchange account, and the passcode has been changed by the administrator.  If that is not the answer then the phone will have to be restored.

    Go into Settings>Messages>Send and Receive> Is your phone number checked there? If you do not want your email used, then tap on them and remove the checkmark. If there is no checkmark by your phone number, then turn iMessage off, perform a reset on the phone, hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. The phone will reboot. Turn iMessage on. When it activates, check your settings again under Send and Receive and make sure the number is checked and the emails are not.

    No way to completely stop it.  When you plug in the power cord, it will chime, or it will vibrate (if the mute switch is on), but the device is designed to one of the other.  I suppose it is the designers way of making sure that you know your device is properly connected and has switched over to external power.  At this point in time, that feature cannot be disabled.

    This is usually a sign that your iPod's headphones are not plugged in all the way.  Make sure that you cannot see any of the silver still showing from the headphone's plug.  You should hear a sort of popping/clicking noise when inserting the headphones letting you know that they have been fully seated.

    I have had a similar problem with my system. I just recently (within a week of this post) built a brand new desktop. I installed Windows 7 64-bit Home and had a clean install, no problems. Using IE downloaded an anti-virus program, and then, because it was the latest version, downloaded and installed Firefox 4.0. As I began to search the internet for other programs to install after about maybe 10-15 minutes my computer crashes. Blank screen (yet monitor was still receiving a signal from computer) and completely frozen (couldn't even change the caps and num lock on keyboard). I thought I perhaps forgot to reboot after an update so I did a manual reboot and it started up fine.
    When ever I got on the internet (still using firefox) it would crash after anywhere between 5-15 minutes. Since I've had good experience with FF in the past I thought it must be either the drivers or a hardware problem. So in-between crashes I updated all the drivers. Still had the same problem. Took the computer to a friend who knows more about computers than I do, made sure all the drivers were updated, same problem. We thought that it might be a hardware problem (bad video card, chipset, overheating issues, etc.), but after my friend played around with my computer for a day he found that when he didn't start FF at all it worked fine, even after watching a movie, or going through a playlist on Youtube.
    At the time of this posting I'm going to try to uninstall FF 4.0 and download and install FF 3.6.16 which is currently on my laptop and works like a dream. Hopefully that will do the trick, because I love using FF and would hate to have to switch to another browser. Hopefully Mozilla will work out the kinks with FF 4 so I can continue to use it.
    I apologize for the lengthy post. Any feedback would be appreciated, but is not necessary. I will try and post back after I try FF 3.16.6.

    Stop using the same Apple ID on the 3rd company iPhone for iMessage.
    Go to Settings > iMessage and remove the Apple ID that is used on the two family phones from the company iPhone
