How to submit question to Apple Support?

while watching movies, reading, etc. wifi connection drops at home on wireless and when using Hotspot with iphone 4.  to reconnect, it asks for a password. it will reconnect after entering the router pass key, which is more than 15 numbers and characters.  all other devices are fine.  this was sporadic previously but is more frequent lately.  router is not the problem.  I don't see any wifi settings on the ipad that could be causing the problem.  supposedly the OS version is 4.3.3 (why isn't this a choice in the dropdown on this site).  I don't really have an interest in "discussing" this with other users - no offense intended.  just want response from Apple support.  thanks.

As Tamara said, you will not get official support from Apple in these forums. You may, however, get responses from very experienced and knowledgeable users (often more experienced that the first-line support at AppleCare), so you might want to give folks a chance to assist. Up to you, though.

No, you just need an appointment since the Genius Bars almost always are quite busy. Without an appointment you may have a very long wait or not be able to get help at all that day.

    In addition ,you can  go to Your Stuff - Profile- Manage Email Notifications (in the upper right hand Actions box) - either check individual threads to remove or click in the top box which will check all the threads and then click on Remove Email Notifications.
    Also check the tutorial for managing email subscriptions
    You might also make sure that you haven't subscribed to one of the communities by mistake. 
    Go to the community that you are receiving the emails from and the same box called "Actions" will appear there just like it does next to the individual question.  Make sure that you are not reciveing email notifications for that community.  Probably the community  where you asked your question.  Typically that is what causes people to get 100's of email notifications. I think that this is not included in the tutorial so a lot of people miss it.

    Thank you, but I just  tried everything you said, my apple id account (icloud) continues and still is receiving the email from ASC each second.  My i phone and macpro (i cloud account) is full of messages that I have difficult to erase at once.  I have to do it one by one which can take me the whole day.  How can i unsucribe from ASC, just get ride of my account, I mean cancel the ASC account, so I will not get any messages.  Please help.  Thanks.

    Yes, back on 2007 I chose xdcdx.
    Forward to 2011: I change the email address of my Apple ID to my current email address.
    I login to Apple Support Communities (which I had not logged in to since 2007) and to my surprise I see this nickname that I almost didn't remember using here.
    For me, it's irrational that I am able to change the main email address of my Apple ID (is there any piece of information more important than that?), but not this little username on this subpar forum system (subpar because of the web design/engineering, I don't mean to offend all the people here which are always quite helpful).
    I upgrade to iCloud, and my email address gets hardcoded to my Apple ID. That's good, because I want this email address. In that case, they make sure to warn you that you had to chose an email address as an Apple ID for iCloud. That was not the case in this forums.

    At least you do not seem to disagree with me that these forum are subpar compared to the usual Apple perfectionism level (see iCloud nice web user interface, for another fine example). This thing still looks like a forum from 2007.

    Apple Support does not use IM. Depending on where you are, you may, however, be able to Chat with them by going here:

    and selecting your product and issue. Eventually it will lead you to contact options which may include chat. If not, you'll have to talk to them via phone or go to an Apple Store.

    Although speculation on Apple policies is not permitted on this forum, it has been previously speculated frequently, that the reasons for not allowing Bluetooth file transfers are:
    1) Bluetooth is too slow for transferring multi-megabyte / gigabyte media files that iOS devices typically store. There are much faster ways of transferring files, not limited by arbitrary distances Bluetooth is.
    2) Allowing file transfers would allow illegal sharing of copyrighted music and video files. Apple has a duty to protect such files from easy sharing due to agreements with the copyright holders for whom they sell this copyrighted content in the iTunes Store.

    Thanks, I meant that I tried to take off my Mac and hold apple, option, O, F but I get the Windows screen since my drive was rewritten over with that so gave up. I talked to G-Tech today about the partitions not ejecting when I close down and they said that's because I'm booting off the drive itself so they aren't meant to eject.
    I'm trying to find out why my Disk Utility is crashing and Disk Images won't open and have asked G-Tech about that. Hopefully it will help.
    Appreciate your advice on recovery. I can't risk spending money for a program I'm not sure will work. Yes, I plan to be religious about backup once I built up my system again.
