Hi, i've just got an imac intel duo core but can't figure out how you switch them?

Once you've set up Boot Camp, use the Startup Disk pane of System Preferences, or the Startup Disk control panel in Windows, or restart with the Option key held down, to change between OSes. If you don't have Windows installed or are using an emulator to run Windows, there's nothing to switch between.

You can only disable the virtual scrolling function if the touchpad driver is installed properly. The driver provides extended functions and allows you to disable/enable special features. If you dont have installed the touchpad driver download it on official Toshiba page:

Then navigate to control panel as the previous user wrote for disabling the scroll function.

Hi guys,
I've got an e52 but the only way to type in sec. Language while writing a message is:
Option-> Input Options-> writing language-> primary writing language (which must be changed to new one)
so there is no use of second. lang. or at least I don't know how to switch quickly between primary and second language without going that path.
ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATE.

HI Everyone,
not sure if this helps. My solution is more fo Singpore users.
As i text between English and Chinese, I was unable to set my Secondary language to Chinese as there is no option to do so in the Writing language menu.
By discovery, i first set my Primay language as Chinese. Then further down the Language menu there is this option Default input. Click on that and select the default using Text case and select Ok.
When writing sms, you can switch between this 2 languages using the # key.

How to switch trends on and off in a graph

Hi,
Quite new to this so bear with me. I've numerous temperature sensors I'd like to be able to display on a graphical display. To display all of them on one graph would be a bit of a headache for the user and I don't want numerous graphical displays. I'm after the best way to code this up so I can select the required channels by using individual boolean switches for each channel.
I'm thinking that a switch next to each channel name would be a neat solution to switch channels on and off on the graph.

Forms 10G - How to switch between Arabic and english languages.

We have a bilingual ( ENGLISH , ARABIC) form .Some of the text feilds are to be
filled in english and some in arabic . In forms 6i
the switching from LTR and RTL worked fine .We used the feild properties and
direction and language would suffice to get the required behaviour of forms.
Now in forms 10g since they work in a browser its not getting the desired
effect of changing direction in arabic feilds the cursor blinks at the right
side of the feild but still the language is english .
What am i missing here to have the feild in the form type in arabic .
PS numbers work fine .Its only the language text ie the script of the language

You can't switch languages in OS X programs, just in the OS itself. Insert the Leopard OS X disc, and choose your new preferred language when prompted.

Hi,
Purchased this laptop a week ago and I have to say that I'm very pleased with it but I would like to switch the integrated Intel (R) HD Graphics 5500 graphic display to that of the AMD Radeon R7 M260's.
I have brought up Device Manager which reports both display adapters are enabled and working properly. I have also looked at the AMD Catalyst Control Center but I still cannot fathom out how to accomplish the switch to the AMD graphics display.
I would be very grateful if somebody could point me in the right direction in order to complete the switching process.

The Intel GPU is a part of the CPU and will be used in order to safe the power.
It will be used in case the software graphic requirements are low.
Of course this can be changed manually.
You could assign the application which should use the ATI GPU.
To switch to the external GPU you have to click right on desktop
In Catalyst Control Center click on Power and select Maximum Performance when Plugged IN
Then in Switchable Graphics Global Settings choose also Maximize Performance
Then click on Switchable Graphics Application Settings
Now you would be able to add an application (game) which could use this graphic card settings
Point simply to the game exe file and add to the application list.
After that you will see the exe file in the list. Click on graphic settings column and set it to high performance.
But note: higher GPU performance produces more warmness which leads to higher internal temperature.

E90 - How to switch off GPS and other apps etc and...

I have just got my new E90 a few days ago, it is back on the market, so far it is terrific, no issues what so ever. However I thought I had exited the GPS app correctly, but the battery drained quite quickly as I think it was on ( few hours). How does one know what is running, eg is there is an equivalent Task manager like in Windows ? When I reboot and dont start the GPS the phone battery has lasted for days.
By the way - initally my E90 GPS took less than 1 minute to lock in, and thereafter it takes seconds. Quite amazing.

It's been done automatically. Go to the nVidia Control Panel and have a look at the settings. You can set each application or program to run on a different graphics card but it's been set to auto as default. Auto means that the default card is the shared Intel HD X000 for a common usage but when you start playing games or run a video editing program it will automatically swich the graphics to nVidia. The Intel shared graphics has more than 64MB of RAM. It uses the main laptop RAM so in case that you have got 8GB of RAM the Intel HD graphics could take up to 1.5GB of RAM from it. Means that the laptop reserves up to 1.5GB of RAM for the Intel card and the rest can be used by the system.

When frequently switching between mobile and desktop view

When I frequently switching between mobile and desktop view I have to open the layers every time since they get closed/collapsed. Adobe may need to fix it for the next version.

You can use CTRL+# to switch between Code and Design View.
