How to switch usernames for App Store?

Hey I have a big problem. My parents both got iPhones and they gave them to me to set them up, since I already have one.
So, I set them up with the usernames and passwords they asked, and synced them. Well, it turns out that my mom gave me
my dad's phone and then I setup my dad's phone with my mom's information. So now it says the wrong names, emails, and everything.
What should I do to get them both setup correctly? If I have to redo the entire iPhone then how do I resetup everything? They have iPhone 3GS's.

Change App Store
1. Tap "Settings"
2. Tap "iTunes & App Stores"
3. Tap on your Apple ID
4.Tap "View Apple ID"
5. Enter your user name and password.
6. Tap "Country/Region."
7. Tap "Change Country/Region"
8. Select the country/region where you are located; re-select country/region even if it is correct
9. Tap "Done".
Note: If the change doesn't take effect, sign out of account and sign in again.

Try going to the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app on your iPad and tap on your account id, tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account, and then select the Country/Region section and select Malaysia.

Need to change username for app store

My wife has the original ipad with ios 5.0.1
Her username works fine for the itunes store, but when I go to the app store app on the ipad to upgrade her apps, which are up to 34 upgrades, a different username comes up and no password works with it. I tried syncing signed in and not with our computer numerous times. I don't see any way to change the username of the app store app. Tried going to Apple ID 3 times to recover a password for this username, it says it sent me a e-mail and I never get one. It's a very old username of mine before you needed a email address as a username.

It makes no sense to me that her ID works in the iTunes Store but it will not work on the App Store. The same ID should work on both stores - as long as she bought the apps with the ID that she uses in iTunes.
See what account is showing on the iPad in Settings>Store>Apple ID. If it is the wrong ID in there, tap - sign out and then sign in with the correct account.

I have an iPad 3 and took it on vacation in Europe and the UK. Now that I'm back, if I try to update my apps on the iPad it indicates:
"Account Not in This Store. Your account is not valid for use in the UK store. You must switch to the US store before purchasing."
All well and good, except:
1. I never intentionally switched to the UK store and don't know how that occurred
2. There is no explanation on how to switch to the US store
3. Every menu I've looked at has no options to change the store that I use
Does anyone know how to fix this on my iPad? My iTunes account is fine on all of my other Apple devices, so it's just the iPad that is the problem.

Go to the App Store and tap on the featured tab. Swipe to the bottom and tap on your Apple ID. Next tap View Apple ID. Then enter your password. Go to Country/region in the popup window and change to the U.S. store in there.

once you sign out just click sign in and put the new email address in the "Username" field and your correct password then click OK
it will look like it is doing nothing but give it time and it will sign you in with the new username.
is it possible you have multiple itunes accounts?
when you changed your itunes account from your me.com to your gmail.com address did you change it within the itunes Edit Account Info ('Store' menu then select 'View My Account', then sign in , select edit account info) or did you just create another itunes account?

Tried to update an app and it asked for the password to my sister's Apple ID. I then checked to see whose Apple ID was logged in, in settings and it said that I was logged in. How do I get the app store to ask for MY Apple ID, not my sister's?

Tried to update an app on my phone but when it asked me to give the password for my AppleID, it was asking for the password to my sister's AppleID. I went to setting and down to itunes&app store settings and checked which AppleID was logged in, but i found that it was my AppleID that was logged in, not my my sisters. I then tried logging out and logging back in again but the app store, regardless of this, still asks me for my sister's AppleID and I don't know her password...How do I get the app store to ask me for MY AppleID password, not my sister's?

If this app was bought by your sister with her Apple ID, only her ID can update the app.

I changed my Apple ID, Itunes on my Itouch recognizes it, but the app store does not. How can I change AppleID for App Store? When I try to update my apps it asks for the password for my old Apple ID which does not exist anymore.

Thank you for the reply. I've done that twice and have no problem getting into the ITunes store. Problem is that I have 12 apps that want to be updated. I go to App Store and slect to "update all" and first thing it does is bring up my old AppleID (no place to change it) and asks for the password for that Apple ID.
I tried doing a sync to my computer in case that would work, but no help. I wonder if I will have to do a complete reset just to fix this???

I got 2 Apple ID and the first time to I use it to iTune or App Store, a box will pop out and telling me this:
"This Apple ID has not yet been used with the i Tunes Store. Please review your account information."

Are you on 10.6.8 or Lion? It should have been placed there automatically during the install; otherwise, simply go to your Applications folder and drag the icon to the dock.
If you're not on one of those OS versions, post back with your version.
