Thank you for you question, I understand there is no sync button on the android pad. It is possible to update to Firefox 32.0.3 and make sure that you are on the new version of Firefox sync.
You can try to login with at accounts.firefox.com.

IT would really be helpful to have the bookmarks on my iMac on my iPad Air as well, but i cannot figure out how to do it. I usually use Chrome on my macs, but i've also exported those bookmarks to Safari on the Mac. Can anyone please tell me how to sync bookmarks.

I bought an Ipad AIR yesterday, and noted that chrome will run on it as per all my other devices, HTC android, PC, Linux.
While I can see all the history of the other devices and the bookmarks, the tabs and listed favs do not appear in Chrome on the Air when I login
I've logged in / out across all devices still no joy.
Any one any thoughts ?or is this an apple feature on the AIR.

How to sync ical with multiple apple devices and android?

Does anybody have use an android phone in addition to apple devices, and have you figured out how to sync ical with all? (I know there are other calendars that can be used by all, but it means a lot to my husband to stay with ical.)

I tried Yahoo in the past but had trouble with duplicate entries. However, this was a while ago before Yahoo updated their site and this was with syncing to a Windows computer with Outlook in addition to a Mac so my results might not be typical. Yahoo's worth a shot, but my experience with Yahoo is why I use Google Calendar.
Beyond that, I don't know of any other "free" services. There are many other hosted calendar sites that could work, but you'd pay something like $5-$20 per month, which is comparable to MobileMe.

iTunes is giving me the message: "If you sync with iTunes it would delete content from iPhone and copy everything from this iTunes library"!

I have found the root cause for the crash of Nokia Suite 3.2.100 while synchronizing N9 calendar with Outlook
Basically Outlook synchronization with N9 is working for contacts, gallery, messages, notes.
I had the situation that calendar synchronization ended in crash of the Nokia Suite. The root cause was that after first synchronization some time ago a new calendar PC-SYNC was created on the N9. Due to whatever reason this calendar caused a conflict during the synchronization and the Nokia Suite crashed.
I have deleted this calendar on the N9 and tried to synchronize the Original N9 calendar again..... and it worked.... Now again there is a new PC-SYNC available on the N9 but it doesn't cause problems anymore... Synced N9 calendar with Outlook several times and the crash didn't reoccur....
Looks like the issue is solved now :-)

SYNCING BOOKMARKS WITH iTUNES RATHER THAN MOBILE ME

I used to sync my bookmarks with iTunes. Now it says that my bookmarks are being synched via the Web with MobileMe. But I'm not using MobileMe, and I have the Fetch feature turned off. It says that "over the air sync settings can be changed on your iPhone," but I can't find where that can be done. I want to sync bookmarks with iTunes and not MobileMe. What do I do?

Go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
Select your MobileMe account.
Bookmarks > Off.

On my mac calendars are intended to be private calendars that aren't synced, if you merely want all your calendars synced delete any calendars that are on my mac (or just uncheck them to hide them - make your default calendar an iCloud calendar) and just use iCloud calendars.
If you have any appointments in your on my mac calendars, double click them to edit and change the calendar to an iCloud calendar before deleting or hiding.

Is it true that iCloud Control Panel 3.0 no longer syncs bookmarks with Safari for Windows? According to http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4759 Safari for Windows is no longer supported, only IE, FF and Chrome. I need a work around if this is true.

You might be able to use Google Calendar to do what you want. Set up a Google account on the web, set up the MacBook to access the Google account, including calendar, then set up the iPhone the same way. While I'm using MAvericks, I am also using Google to manage my calendar, since I don't particularly *like* iCloud... And I came from Android to iPhone, but I haven't like iCloud since it was called MobileMe.
Oh, and as for sync to iTunes, can't you just use a direct conenction to the computer (either WiFi or cable) to keep the music in control?

Depends how you sync. If using iCloud, set it in the iCloud settings on the phone. If syncing with iTunes, set in on the Info page of your divice in iTunes

Sync issues with I pad

Syncing the IPAD used to be the easiest thing to do. I just plug it into my usb hub on the computer and up pops ITUNES after I do the usual cancel of update quick time. It seems no matter how many times I update quick time it still comes up with the request ot update. Current problem is syncing the i pad and this has been since the last update. I wont recognize the IPADs existence. I restarted my computer, running windows, ITunes finally came up but after the sync started the program cant complete. Disk missing."I have no disk". Now I have to update the bugs it seems from the previous update to 10.2. Not really an exciting experience as who knows if it will still recognize the IPAD. The only other device that syncs with this computer is an ipod. Now the ipod continues to sync but not the IPAD. It seems we are becoming as consistant as windows. However media center would sync my music and videos to multiple devices with a simple drag and drop. I kinda am miffed that a much touted $ 800 device is really no better then my as far as functionality then my pc. Can someone tell me how to sync my IPAD? Can someone tell me why its looking for a disk that I never had. Now the storage is great and will hold all the families music so the files are safe but I cant back up to my computer. Now I thought all the hype was that apple is so much better then pc. It seems though that it is behaving the same way. I initially thought about upgrading my computer to a mac book, but figuring right now I wanna stay some place where I'm comfortable.

If you had your iPad connected to the charger that came with your iPad and that was plugged into a known good wall outlet and the iPad did not charge. Then there is a problem. Since you can get a weak charge while connected to your computer, I think the cable and connector is good. That leaves your charger as suspect. If you can borrow someone else's charge you can see if your iPad will charge.
Consider making an appointment at an Apple store for a consultation.
