How to sync different users calendars

We have 2 users, 2 Macs & 2 iphones. Each user syncs with their own calendars, addresses, etc. We would like to sync all to 1 icloud account, but still keep the info separate. What is the most effecient way to do this?

You can share iCloud calendars in both the Calendar app and in the iCloud web interface.
I can't provide much more than that, though as I haven't shared any myself.

You would sync Outlook via iTunes on the computer. Connect the iPhone to the computer, make sure you have the latest version of iTunes running, select the iPhone in iTunes and it will display the Summary page. Select the Info tab, and there you would select what you want to sync calendar and contacts to. Make sure since this is the first time you have done a sync that whichever of the devices is new to the sync process has at least one unique contact/calendar event to get iTunes to prompt you for a merge or replacement. So my hubby surprised me with an Iphone. But now the hard part is, how to sync my Google calendar, my photos, my contacts from my Samsung Galaxy 3 to my iphone.
Also, my music from my ipad didn't sync either, nor my photos from my ipad! I'm not thrilled about this.

I am a user of the N900 since February 2010 and it's my favorite phone of all the phones that i ever had. I really enjoy every second when i use it
However, I have a "little" trouble now.
The touchscreen doesn't respond normally anymore. When I touch it there's no reaction. The Calendar app or the Settings for example don't open. When I touch in the middle for example something completely different opens: desktop configuration. When I slide from one desktop to the other it stops in the middle and goes back to the previous one instead of moving to the next one. Or sometimes there's no response at all and I have to restart the phone, although it doesn't improve anything. I don't know how this happened because the other night I could normally use it, I set an alarm clock. And in the morning I couldn't turn this alarm off because the screen broke down during the night lol :/ what can be done to make the screen work again? Can I do something myself at home or do I have to take it for repair?
So now I want to make on the laptop a backup of all the data I have on the phone. There was a moment when the screen worked normally again, so I took advantage of this situation to turn on the Bluetooth. I synced most of the data. It's a piece of cake for the pics, videos, contacts and messages. But I am unable to find a way of syncing the Calendar. Ovi Suite doesn't have this option so I tried with Nokia PC Suite. I managed to sync only a part of all the entries I have there :/ I realized that it syncs only the default one ("General" I think it's called in english?). I have 7 other calendars like "Work", "Fun" or "Events". How can I save those calendars on my laptop? Please

As always I can't count on others for help and have to do everything myself even though I'm not a smartphone geek. After a few days of search I managed to find a way to maybe sync the created calendars. But I have to create a profile in Outlook (what the hell?). Okay, I created a profile in Outlook according to the steps mentioned on a website and I still can't sync the calendars with Nokia Ovi Suite! WHY??? In addition, in the settings of the N900 in "Transfer & Sync" when I want to create a new data transfer profile I can't find my laptop as a device in the Bluetooth search list. I am UNABLE to sync/transfer data. I'll try now with the USB cable...

I'm having difficulty syncing contacts on 2 computers and an iPod. Although I'm able to sync contacts from an iBook (G4/OS10.4) to an iPod Classic, when I attempt to sync the iPod to an empty address book on an Mac Pro (Intel/OS10.4) the synch goes the wrong way (and deletes the contacts on the iPod. What gives? Is there any way to sync the contacts on all 3 devices (iPod and 2 computers)? If so, how?

As Julian points out, the present means of synchronization under Mac OS X 10.4 and later involves an entirely different technology than that originally used. You can read a technology brief here.
It has nothing at all to do with your perceived 'greed' on the part of Apple. Your iPod is essentially a read-only device, and cannot push changes back to the framework.
As he points out, there are third-party alternatives to explore, including multiuser packages of BusySync and the use of individual Google calendar accounts as intermediaries for single-user remote cross-platform synchronization.

How would I go about syncing 2 seperate calanders made by different users onto 3 Apple devices without iCloud?
- My Macbook Air (running Lion)
- Person's # 2 Intel iMac (running Snow Leopard)
- iPhone 4 (iOS 5)
Each user adds and edits their own events but the sync process needs to be able to show all of the events (even if it doesn't show up in real time) onto each device's iCal program.

No idea why you pulled the plug and most stupid: You didn't tell me!
I pay Apple over 100 euro a year for a service that's now broke on my main machine because I can't upgrade to 10.5.
I have two scanners (Minolta) working that don't have drivers for OSX 10.5 and upwards.

I have an iPhone 4S with 5 different IOS calendars setup on it. I have linked my iPhone 4S to Outlook calendars via iClouds so when I update any of the calendars it successfully updates all the calendars in Outlook. I now want to be able to sync all my 5 IOS calendars with Google Calendar - I don't mind not being able to 2-way sync and don't mind Google calendar being read only but I DO want Google Calendar to keep updated with any changes I make on my IOS calendars.
I've currently got my gmail account on my iPhone as a CalDav account but it only updates the primary IOS calendar. I want to be able to sync all 5 IOS calendars to Google calendar and keep it updated. How do I do this?

I have the same problem and have not been able to get contacts transferred from my MacBook Pro to my iPad 2. I have checked "sync contacts", when it does the sync it says it is syncing contacts, but the address book on the iPad remains empty. I tried checking the box under "advanced" that says to replace the contacts information on the iPad, sync again, same result—an empty address book on the iPad. Any suggestions?

All ticked and enabled in preferences, I am aufait with iTunes so I have all the settings correctly enabled - I believe my stumbling block is Outlook/Office 2007 Enterprise Edition??? I have switched to Vista in the last few weeks but that is not the root of the problem, as I had this problem first on my last machine - XP HOME.

Yes but if set iCloud as my default calendar it wont resolve my problem. Because If I add an item into my Gmail calendar, it will successfully get synch into my iPhone but as it is the gmail cal it won't be ssnch with my mac
(If I add directly an item into my iphone, it will get synch with my mac)
So to be clear, is there a way to copy on the fly items inserted from GCal to Icloud cal ?
add item in my work calendar -> get synch to GCal -> get synch on my iphone GCal -> copy that to iCoud Cal -> get synch through ICloud into my Mac

Hi there,
I am also receiving this same error and I'm not sure what you mean by granting the users the correct access to the Topology items. I mistakenly deleted the CONNECT profile and I have re-created it with all of the same objects it had in it before but it is not letting my users in and fails with this same error..
However, the supervisor and the any of us admins that are marked as supervisors can still get in no issues..
Please help!
