How to tell if a web page is secure if there's no HTTPS?

I was at a website that wanted me to fill out an application for something. I know the company so it wasn't a phishing site. However when entering the application page I got a message about the security certificate. Also no HTTPS un the URL.
How can I tell if a page is secure if there's no HTTPS in Safari 5.0.6? In Internet explorer you could right click the mouse and find out.
Of Course I DID NOT put any information on that page.

Thank you for all your replies but I'm sorry you're all wrong except for Linc. I know cause years ago when I was on those other computers you colud right click and view the source.
Linc is correct as in MSIE I came accross this a few times. Just wasn't sure about Safari. Also yes Linc the SSL certificate was questionable cause I did get that warning message. Also as Linc said isn't pracitical or worth it.
Funny this site belonged to a staffing agency and there was an application to fill out online asking all sorts of personal stuff including SS#s. I told them about it when I went to see them. The owner apologized and told me they have a company managing their web site and he'd get on them about the security issues.

You can build a form to a procedure in oracle portal that explores the queue with the option browse and prints de type message with htp package. I made it in this way and my applicattion works right. The procedure must loop the select count(msgid) from aq$[queuetable_name] times.

Am looking at exporting the Form view on APEX to be exported to PDF.

In order to get a PDF, you need to generate a Report....in PDF format.
If you are using the APEX Listener, you can initiate the download of the PDF by calling APEX_UTILS.download_print_document() (I normally place this in a Process)
BUT -- You have to create the Report (under Shared Components) and a Template (also under Shared Components).
The white paper in my first post gives you the HOWTO "[Create] Custom PDF Reports with Oracle Application Express and the APEX Listener".
Start by creating a Report (in Shared Components, bottom right) that uses a simple SQL statement like:
Select * from emp where empno = :P15_EMPNO
You may need to hard code the parameter before you hit "Download XML" button.
The XML that you get from clicking "Download XML" satisfies the "Step 1 - Create an XML Data Source" found on Page 11 of the document.
The rest of the instructions is in that whitepaper.
