How to to not display file attributes in file explorer

Hi All
Being new to windows mobile, I am still struggling to set up my new treo pro
Palm OS just seemed to make more sense!
The fonts are two small, the lists too long etc.
My current problem is viewing the MP3's on my SD card.
File explorer shows me not only the name of the file but also the attributes.
As a result the name is not display fully, which is problematic if the track has a long name and you have several tracks by the same artist.
I tried finding on option for customizing the view but could not
Help anyone?

But as I select values for my variable when I execute the query, all the display attribute of 0CALMONTH displayed in the select screen, just like Calendar Year/Month Text, Calendar Year Key, Calendar month key, Number of Days Key, Number of Workdays Key...But I think just display Calendar Year/Month Text in the select screen is enough, how do I just display necessary attributes in the variable selection screen, not all the display attributes of 0CALMONTH?

0vendor is not displaying name attribute when I maintained master data.
Details: I have four records in the 0vendor infoobject (sand box). I have to show these four records to the client. As i have free hands I maintained master data in the name field and finally activated master data. But when I add the name attribute to the vendor charecteristic in the query designer; it is displaying name attribute as # . Any idea how to display the names of the four vendors in the zquery.
Also do you know the transaction to copy standard query to Zquery?

For 0VENDOR, Set Property as Key & Text, try once again.
Yes, you can copy the standard query very well.
Open the Standard query & using SAVE AS, you can copy to "Z" queries.

Just drag the divider line between the preview pane and the message list all the way to the edge so the preview is completely closed. Selected messages will open in a new window with a double-click or the return key.

Page not displaying in Safari and Internet explorer but showing up in Mozila

Hi,
I bought this pre-made template which I would like to use for my website. When I upload it to my website and try to open the pages like "Contact us", "News", "Team members" and so on, they are not displaying in Safari and Interner Explorer, but they DO show up in Mozilla. Also, the pages I created myself do show up in all browsers. I really need to fix this problem as I already put a lot of effort to create my web site and now it is not working online. I would really appreciate some help. Here is the link to the original template:

If you increased the minimum font size then try the default setting 'none' as a high value can cause issues like you described.
* Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced > Minimum Font Size (none)
* Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced > [X] "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above"

Lion finder window not displaying file info

I have a MacPro which I've updated to Lion. I have four hard drives installed. When I open a finder window from three of the drives, I get the expected (from Snow Leopard) behavior: in icon view, images display pixel dimensions, movies or audio files display run time. This is assuming I have Show Item Info clicked in the View Options. But if I open a finder window on my start-up drive the file info is not displayed. If I open the View Info panel and click/unclick the Show Item Info ckeck box, I can see space expand or contract beneath the file, but no info is displayed. Is this a bug or a "feature"?

Please read this whole message before doing anything.
This procedure is a test, not a solution. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
Step 1
The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is localized to your user account.
Enable guest logins* and log in as Guest. Don't use the Safari-only “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac.”
While logged in as Guest, you won’t have access to any of your personal files or settings. Applications will behave as if you were running them for the first time. Don’t be alarmed by this; it’s normal. If you need any passwords or other personal data in order to complete the test, memorize, print, or write them down before you begin.
Test while logged in as Guest. Same problem?
After testing, log out of the guest account and, in your own account, disable it if you wish. Any files you created in the guest account will be deleted automatically when you log out of it.

Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and Wi-Fi on certain iMacs. The next normal boot may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
Test while in safe mode. Same problem?
After testing, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of steps 1 and 2.

DME format tree - after test run, not displaying file.

Hi experts,
After creating DME format tree , I ran Test run for that. At that time for some format trees, it is displaying the file.
But for some of the format trees , while running test run , the file is not displaying.
Can any one help me out in this problem?

Finder 600 error/not displaying files

Finder giving me a 600 error, if it opens it won't display files, especially those on a network hard drive. It will let me see most folders though, again, if I can get past the 600 error. iTunes stopped working for a while but the second I clicked into these forums it worked!
I've seen some similar threads but they didn't fix my issue. FYI I'm running the latest OS.

Visual Studio 2012 Find in Files not Displaying Files

Maybe I am doing something wrong but all of a sudden the Find in Files in my VS2012 does not display the actual file results. It displays the count but the file list is empty.. Am I missing something?

I can't reproduce your issue.
There are some steps as following below you can try:
Check the setting Find and Replace(Tools->Environment->Find and Replace(
Use “devenv.exe /resetsettings”
Use Visual Studio Setup Wizard (via Control Panel) to repair Visual Studio

Finder in Yosemite does not display files

since i upgraded to Yosemite i have been having a problem with finder displaying files. if i save a new file to my desktop it does not display until i logout and log back in. when i open any folder other than my desktop nothing is displayed. i just get a spinning wheel in the bottom right corner. if i list the folder in terminal all the files are displayed. i did not have any these issues with mavericks.
iMac (27-inch, Mid 2011)
3.4 GHz Intel Core i7
16 GB 1333 MHz DDR3
AMD Radeon HD 6970M 1024 MB

I'm getting the same result - both with 10.10 and with 10.10.1 Beta. The finder will display the main HD root, but nothing under it - except the Desktop. New files on the desktop require a log out-in cycle to appear.
Other apps that normaly have file system access also will not show second level files. Launchpad only shows "Loading Applications", so it looks to also not be able to access the apps directory.
Other drives do not have this problem - only the main system HD.
The dock also seems to lock up quite often...

How do I add a file explorer to my website

Hello,
I am currently in the process of building my website. I require a file explorer facility that will enable me to browse and download documents from the web page. I like the APACHE style browsing facility e.g you can see an example of it here: http://www.malvern.plus.com/backup/
Can anyone please tell me how I can integrate this or any other similar facility in my web page. Any advice is appreciated.

DaveWhat you see on the apache website are infact not html files nor any other files.actually they are actual directories that are residing on the unix box
You can do that by allowing directory browsing for your application
BTW is your application keen on sharing files

Finder not displaying files on desktop

I have had this problem a couple of times: a file (or files) is saved to the desktop and it fails to appear. If I look in a Finder window whether it be CoverFlow or any other display, the file is there, but does not appear on the desktop although there are gaps in the file layout where one would expect these files to be.
I last found this a few minutes ago and saw also that the Finder was not listed in the Force Quit panel. A logout (not restart) was enough to bring the files back onto the desktop and to have the Finder appear in that Force Quit panel.
Any suggestions? (Has anyone else seen this?) How can I restart the Finder if it is not in that panel without resorting to a logout? My thanks.

Hold down the Option key and press the Finder icon in the Dock - you'll get a Relaunch command. But you have to press Option before you press the icon (unlike option-commands with other Dock icons).

How to assign and display an attribute value from backing bean?

I am using Jdev 11g. I have a form page which has two inputText attributes The first one implements a valueChangeListener feature. When the user enters a value in the first field, a backing bean function will be invoked through the valueChangeListener . In this backing bean function, based on the value in the first field, I want to assign the value to the second field and display it on the page. Can somebody help me how to achieve this?

Here is small example.
Create two string variables in your backing bean and generate accessors for them.

Finder not displaying file contents

I have dropbox and configured it to show the icon on the tray over the left of my day/time. When I click onto the folder via Finder, I see the folder icon. The "Info" for this folder should allow me to read/write to the folder. However, when I ask to see the contents, I do not get a listing of the files within the folder. I am very frustrated since I have been struggling to resolve this configuration issue out on my own. It is most likely 'user issue' which led me here. However, I am at my ropes end. Can someone tell me how to fix this?

Your original post wat to ask to see what was in that folder. The command I gave was to show that. There is one finder invisible zero-length file in that folder named .com.apple.timemachine.supported which I believe means it can be uses as a TB backup.
If you want to always see these finder invisible files -- everywhere -- then follow the instructions in this article:

Now you are asking about the folder itself, i.e., what it's access is. I would think you would see that doing Get Info in the finder. But the terminal command to do it is similar to seeing the folder's contents:
ls -lde /Users/petesalcido/Documents/Dropbox/London\ and\ Paris\ Pics\ 2012
Just -lde instead of -la as the ls options (that's an "ell" in the -lde just like the ls).
