How to toggle the colors of a button (3 colors)?

Hi,
I need to simulate a traffic light, so I was wondering what approach I should take to have the same button be able to switch 3 different states (red/yellow/green)? I really have no idea how to approach this, what controls should I use in labview to accomplish this?

Boolean LED indicators (which give the best appearance) have only 2 standard states (T/F) of which you can have each state be any color. But when you need 3 colors, you have to use property nodes.
If you can keep all your property nodes and the actual booleon LED Indicator (they reference) on the same VI, then its much easier. If you need to get the G/Y/R info from a subvi, you have to use RefNums to pass properties (vs. just property nodes).
I'm attaching a neat VI which I use for a few applications needing 3-colored LEDs. Basically, I convert 3 mutually exclusive boolean inputs into a boolean number (000 to 111) and let the numbers (1 or 2 or 4) feed a case of the 3 numbers. Each case has the property node of the LED with a chosen color.

Unzip and and copy the .dvtcolortheme files into /Users/YourUsername/Library/Developer/XCode/UserData/FontAndColorThemes Create the directory if it doesn't exist.
If you can't find the Library directory you can get to it by using Finder's "Go to Folder..." option under "Go" or press shift + cmd + G then type the path.

In the Effects panel, I select the color solids, we only have green and a few colors. I chose the green one as the background.
Then I wanna choose my own color by changing the color of the green but my eyes are blind, I cannot find where the selection are ?

Toggle the image on a button

Hi,
I want to be able to change the image that is displayed on a button, depending on a setting in a database.
I have seen Denes Kubicek example of toggling an image itself, but can't see how to apply that to a button.
I need it to be a button as I have a process that runs after the button has been pressed.

Working on a Report Page,
I would like to have item, :P1_JOB_NO blink when the difference between sysdate and :P1_DATE_DUE < 7 days.
I can identify the job_no which should blink by using the sql statement:

But I dont know the proper syntax to make it blink,
or when to plug the syntax into.

In BIEE 11g,
How to hide the Print and Export button in analytics report or tasks pane ?
For example:
In console,I have created one userA which is belong to BIConsumer GROUP , when I make use of the highest user 'weblogic' to create one simple report, then the userA will login the analytivs to view this report (not dashboard), it will show the print and export as below.So customers do not want to give him the privilege for printing and exporting.
In addtion, go to catalog->tasks(left corner), it will also show the print and export button. So how to hide or not access these button?
Note: Maybe it can use the policy for consumer role for implementing this requirement, but I do not know how to modify the policy. Are you facing the problem? Thanks.

1. Create seperate folder for Reports & Dashobard.
2. For BI_Consumer (userA) set the catalog permission to view Dashboard Folder only and remove permission on the Report Folder (you can give traverse permission but don't give Open permision).
3. By this user won't be able to open or run any reports in that folder and the only way he can see the reports is through Dashboard and on dashboard the export and print buttone can be removed very easily.

about hiding i have a doubt but u can inactivate by following procedure,
As referred in a thread:
On the domain controller, in STMS>overview>systems>(double click the one you want to change)>Select Transport Tool tab and click on change. Add Import_single_only value 1, import_single_strategy value 1 and no_import_all value 1. Save distribute and activate.

It seems to be the SET_SERIE_COLOR() method added to the FormsGraph revised version, but this latest version is momentarily not available for download.

Simply use a property node with "NumText.TextColor" and wire the correct color depending on your test result.
