How to track the changes at report level

Could you please help on below scenario.
1.Is there any way to track the changes for each report wise ? Does it possible using the audit database?
2. how to get list for report names by each folder wise( public folders) ?

Hi Venkat,
1.In Webi we have a option called Track click that option to enable you to track the changes in your report and also in Tracking option you can change the color as you preferred.
2.Once report is ready to export click (Ctrl+E) and click Public folder then select New folder option available in right corner and create new Folder and export your report.

Hi Satya,
These are the steps you've to do.
1. Enable the change document flag in the data element level for the fields of the tables you want to monitor.
2. Go to transaction SCDO. Create a new change object, and add your table to this object. After generation, you'll get a function module.
3. Call this function module in the table maintainence generator screen, after the data is saved to the database table. This function module automaticallly writes the changes, with the old and new values, and the fields that were changed to the tables CDHDR and CDPOS.
4. You can keep track of the changes made to the table by monitoring these tables.

In order to track the changes in the KONV table, go to table CDHDR and give objectclass and objectid, you will get all the details.

How to track the change of an asset via field ANLC-KANSW?

I'm trying to track any change to the value of an asset.
I'm looking at field ANLC-KANSW.
I'm not sure how to do it, but if you change the value of an asset, the change is not reflected in the field itself, but other "cumulative fields in ANLC. The change did not register anywhere in CDHDR/CDPOS.
So, anyway to know if the value of the asset has changed?

if you post to the asset a anep-line is created.
If you make the fiscal year change the ANLC line is created. This ANLC line is a sum of the ANEP's.
Post to the asset and watch the ANEP:
ANLN1 GJAHR LNRAN AFABE ANBTR NAFAB
..and in the ANLC:
ANLN1 AFABE KANSW ANSWL

How to track the changes in DB

Hi Guys,
we are mentaining few envs where all the envs get refreshed from the same baseload.But due to some reasons in a particular QA env after some time of the db refresh due to some test script execution or from the application, some data are getting deleted .Is there any method to trace the time and the content of the change and send an alert automatically without using trigger, I mean is there any audit method so that we can enble and check and also send the alert.And if possible ,Can any one let me know the details how to send mail from Oracle.

Config reqd to track the changes to Bak details with report S_AHR_61015505

Hi All
I have a need to tack the changes to 'Bank Details'. I have tried using the report 'S_AHR_61015505' , it works fine for the 'Addresses' info type but not for Bank details. I presume I need to do some config to activate the change log to track the changes to Bank info using this report.
Can any body please tell me what I exactly I need to do for this .

as suresh said follow the steps in img then click on Field group definition. There in infotype 9(Bank Details ) check for Field group is 01 and maintain Fields

How to track the flow of Sharepoint SSRS report requests to troubleshoot slowness

How to track the flow of requests of Integrated SSRS report links in Sharepoint.
We are using SSRS with Sharepoint for reporting purpose. The issue is some of the reports get generated fast and some other reports generation is very slow. When the sql query of these reports RDL file is executed, the records are shown fast.
Also even on clicking the "Add Subscription" link of "Manage Subscriptions" of a report is very slow for some reports, while it is fast for other reports.
I tried enabling SQL profiler to track the requests. I have checked profiler log for the SQL statements with exec sp_executesql. But they are not helpful.
Pls advice on how to track the request of flow of SSRS report request in sharepoint and how to troubleshoot the slowness in "Add Subscription" link, response of some reports.

Every ODS object is represented on the database by three transparent tables:
Active data: A table containing the active data (A table)
Activation queue: For saving ODS data records that are to be updated but that have not yet been activated. The data is deleted after the records have been activated.
<b>Change log: Contains the change history for delta updating from the ODS Object into other data targets, such as ODS Objects or InfoCubes for example.</b>
An exception is the transactional ODS object, which is only made up of the active data table.
The tables containing active data are constructed according to the ODS object definition, meaning that key fields and data fields are specified when the ODS object is defined. Activation queue and change log are the same in the tables structure. They have the request ID, package ID and the record number as a key.

How to track the history of supplier sites used for tax reporting (1099)

Hi,
Oracle financials doesn't allow two supplier sites setup as tax reportable sites (Unless one is inactive). Suppose if the supplier uses site1 for the year 2009 and site 2 for 2010 and now there is site3 setup as tax reportable. All three sites were setup in 2009 and all three sites are active. Supplier chosen different sites for each year as their tax reportable site.
How do we know which site oracle used to send 1099 for 2009 & 2010? How to track the history of supplier sites used for tax reporting (1099) in previous years?

Would the begin_date, end_date and status columns on HZ_PARTY_SITES_USES be any good? Our R12 installations is too new to have accumulated much data yet, but I would look in those columns first.

How to Track Online Changes in IT0002 using BADI

Iam trying to capture old_image and new_image of IT0002 when ever there is a change in IT0002 through PA30. once i track i need to update the details in a customised table to interface with external system.
May i know how can i track the online changes (Old_image and New_image) of IT0002 and IT0006.

u can write a report program for this and in that use the event :
AT NEW <field-name> ( use primary key)
your statements
ENDAT
for eg.
loop at itab ( herfe itab must be of type of table for which u want to track new entries)
at new matnr
write:/ new record
endat
endloop.
schedule this report in background to run in every 5 or 10 mins as per your requirement and hence changes can be tracked.

I really need ur help.. Somebody please..
I'm making a prog. to update BP (TCODE: BP) & it run well. But now, i'm getting to make report for change history in BP. As for it, i look up it in table CDHDR & CDPOS, but i didn't find it :(.
I use these FM to update:
1. BUP_BUPA_UPDATE.
2. ADDR_SAVE_INTERN.
Even i have tried to run FM ADRESSE_WRITE_DOCUMENT, but it still didn't work well.
The questions are:
1. Am i right for using FM ADRESSE_WRITE_DOCUMENT in order to get the history change in CDHDR & CDPOS.
2. How to use FM ADRESSE_WRITE_DOCUMENT? What should i fill up in parameter: OBJECTID,PLANNED_CHANGE_NUMBER,PLANNED_OR_REAL_CHANGES,
and NO_CHANGE_POINTERS ???
3. Why do always i got the exception NO_POSITION_INSERTED in using FM ADRESSE_WRITE_DOCUMENT? How to solve it?
4. Or are there any ways how to update well where i'm able to track the change history for BP? / Is that any functions to update BP like FM CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN.

Hi Daniel,
You can refer to table TCDOB for object class, it has a list of object class to which you can refer to and also the text description for each object class exists in that table.
Regarding the object id, you need not pass the value of the object id unless and until you want to read the change history of a particular Business partner.
Pass the value of the object class and if required the date of change to track the changes made to the BP's in that particular time period.

Tracking the changes in Scheduling agreement delivery schedule

With Scheduling agreements, when goods receipt is done at receiving, system will validate against the Scheduled qty and delivery dates. If there is excess qty received, they need to either change the qty or the date to receive the same.
Now current process at one customer is the vendor evaluation is done based on his ability to send exact required qty on precise date. So if the required qty is shipped / received on the scheduled date, vendor gets 1 point, if not vendor gets zero points. So both qty & date have to be correct for vendor to get 1 point, if either is wrong he gets a zero point.
Now in our SA scenario, we are saying that in case goods are received in excess or if goods are received a day earlier, in order to perform the goods receipt, change the qty/date in SA. If this qty/date is changed to receive the goods, how can we later go into system and see whether supplier shipped as per expected qty & date?
My understanding is we can keep track of date change, by using Statistical date in delivery schedule, but how can we keep track of qty change ?

1.Go in ME2m.
2.Enter material,plant,po.
3.In scope of list enter "RAHM"
4.Then press "Choose" tab
5.Only select SA.
6.Execute.
7.Select SA and press"changes":
I think this will show you all changes made for your SA.

Example: if i changed the value of field 'NAME' of table 'YYHCUSTOMER'. i would like to know the old value and the new value of the field. For this, I set the flag 'LOG DATA CHANGES' in the technical settings of the table 'YYHCUSTOMER'.
