How to tranfer purchases with iTunes 11.0.4.4
HI All,
I've just connected my iPhone 4 to iTunes (which i've not done for a while) but I can't seem to find the transfer purchases option which used to be available in previous versions of the software. To confirm the PC is authorised under my account.
I've just bought an iPhone 5 and can not seem to sync/backup all apps and music etc. from the iPhone 4 into iTunes and back onto my new iPhone 5.
Do i really have to go through the app store on my PC and re-download everything i'm missing? Or am I missing something?
As an example, i downloaded Candy Crush after i last synced my phone to iTunes. Now after a sync it is still on the iPhone but not on iTunes library....

For anyone who reads this with the same problem i found that CTRL-B brings up the menu bar and from there you can go FILE>DEVICES>Transfer purchase...
Easy when you know how..

I was trying to move my music to an external hard drive but now I have lost all music that was not purchased with itunes. I never hit delete so its still somewhere on my imac. How do I find it?
Do a Spotlight search or do a logical search along folders that make sense such as looking in the music folder first. Moving a library correctly should not result in any loss, and I can't think of any way to move a library and lost just a select grouping of files. How were you trying to effect this?

I don't believe that you can, though I may have missed something. Purchasing gift vouchers, to the best of my knowledge, can be done only through iTunes on a computer.

You can only download content(other than podcast episodes) from a country's iTunes Store if you're in that country. For paid content, you also need to supply a payment method valid in that country.

Did you follow these instructions? You have to. Also, you have to use an email addresss that you have not used with Apple before, it has to be a new acciount.
