how to transfer music including purchased music from ipod touch to my computer running windows 7

    Hi, dphoward525
If you've purchased the music from itunes, when you plug the iPod in to the pc, it'll ask if you want to transfer purchases to the computer. Due to the restriction ,we can only transfer our music from PC to iPod , but not transferring from iPod to PC if you’ve not purchased them .In this case, transferring your files from iPod to computer can be a hassle , I think you will need a practical third-party solution . In order to find out how to transfer music from iPod to computer, you need to seach more information on the internet.

  • How to Remove App Store, Facetime, etc from the Dock

Apple: I have to admit: I'm dead-tired of this. Every single time an update to the OS comes down I have to spend hours upon hours trying to remove icons I do not want displayed in my dock from my dock. "I know where the App Store is. Making it reappear in my dock upon every removal and reset only serves to annoy me rather than badger me into regular visits."
Last time I had to search the web for answers I accomplished it by editing a plist in the Library folder. I really don't want my dock populated with apps I don't use with extreme frequency. I know how to initiate Mission Control. I don't need it cluttering my dock with every upgrade. Facetime?? I can find that pretty quickly as well. When I remove something from my dock that means I don't want it in my dock again unless I put it there.
    Seriously. It's enough already.
Users: Can any users help us get things out of the dock this time? Thanks.

Thank you for posting the answer ... this has been annoying me for a while, but I never bothered with is as I rarely reboot.
I installed Windows 7 via Bootcamp tongiht so that I can do some gaming with a couple of buddies so now this is going to be a regular annoyance.
    Well, it would have been!
    Thanks again,

  • How to transfer/ copy data and setting from one iPhone to another

    Hi,
I recently cracked the screen on my 3G iPhone and a have fortunately managed to convince the insurance company to pay for a new one.
I'd like to be able to transfer all my contacts, apps aand setting to the new phone. Only problem is I have to give back the old phone to get the new one.
Any advice much appreciated, and thanks in advance to anyone who spend time to help

The iPhone is designed to be synced with the supported applications on your computer for contact info, calendar events, and bookmarks. To transfer iTunes content and photos from your computer to your iPhone requires syncing with iTunes. Photos captured by your iPhone should be imported by your computer as with any other camera. The imported photos can be transferred back to your iPhone via the iTunes sync process.
iTunes also creates and maintains a backup of your iPhone that includes data such as most iPhone settings, email account settings, SMS messages, notes, recent calls, call favorites, 3rd party app settings and data created and stored by 3rd party apps, contact info, and photos captured by your iPhone - but not a good idea to depend on the backup only for the last 2. Sync contact info with a supported application on your computer and import photos that were captured by your iPhone before giving up your iPhone. You can restore your new iPhone from your existing iPhone's backup followed by a sync.

  • How can I sync my Contcts list from my iPhone with my iPad?  My contacts are my life, and I usually keep my phone the most up-to-date. I need both to be the same.

How can I sync the Contacts list on my iPhone 5 to my iPad?
As a businessman, my Contacts are my life, as well as containing a lot of personal information. I usually keep my phone
up-to-date, only taking my pad on trips, but it's essential that I have both the same.
    Thanks for any suggestions.

Sync your iPad with computer iTunes.
Note: your contacts should be in computer Outlook (Windows) or Contacts (Mac) application.
If you have iCloud configured in iPhone, do the same for iPad.
    Setttings > iCloud >
         Account: your Apple ID
         Contacts: ON
         Documents & Data: ON

  • How to transfer the full contact details from my IPhone 3 G to my IPad 5?

I installed Icloud on all devices, including my Windows PC, but in contacts only the email adresses are transferred, not the full adress and phone details. How can I transfer the complete data?

    Good morning Delphina
This sounds like you have a number of "groups" in your contacts.  Typically these email only contacts will coem from yahoo or gmail or whatever email provider(s) you are using.
So it's a matter of selecting the correct contact list.
on your IOS device - tap contacts, tap groups, you should see multiple groups.  Try selecting one of the unchecked groups, tap done and see if thiis is the one you want.  You can clcik all of the groups on but then you may see duplicates etc.
    Cheers

  • Is there anyway to unlock iCould from a iPhone with Apple?

I recently got a iPhone off of eBay becasue..well iPhone are so freaking expensive and I prefer the phone feeling of it so i got a phone instead of a pod. Anyway, i got one off eBay whichw as said to be brand new and i could activate it as if it was mine. The person i got it from said they used it once before shipping as a test. I couldn't get in contact with the seller again and i don't have my on eBay acount so he isn't in my history (this was ordered from a friends account).
So here is my big question that i know has been asked plenty of times. First step by step what i've done.
I restored the phone (just to be safe the sellers info was off it).
Then i began to set up. I put in a sim card and then i was hit with the iCloud ID required.
Now, so my money doesn't go to a waste I would like to know is it possible apple can focivly take this account off of the phone since i cannot get in contact with this seller? As of right now is spent about $200 on paperweight. Trust me if i had $600 to spend on a new iPhone i would have. Anyway, please and thank you.

... since i cannot get in contact with this seller?
If you already tried to contact the seller through eBay Messaging, and he has chosen not to respond, don't waste any more time with this problem.
... is it possible apple can focivly take this account off of the phone
Absolutely not. Don't waste any time with that either.
File a SNAD with eBay. The seller has no choice but to accept a return.
After sufficient time has passed and the seller still does not respond, eBay will refund your money, all of it, seize the seller's PayPal assets, all of it, and suspend his account. As an eBay seller he's finished. You got a free education.
All it will have cost you is time and aggravation.
There are plenty of reputable eBay sellers. Purchase from one of them.
