How to transfer Customers to GTS immedeately after creating Customer master

Hi Folks,
Is there a possibility to transfer Customers to GTS immediately after creating Customer master.
I know /SAPSLL/DEBMAS_DISTRIBUTE_R3, but this report should run only at night,
becaus performance...
So the question is, right after creating the customer you can enter a sales order
and in this situation the customer is not in GTS.
We want to transfer the customer automatically right after(or while) creating the customer to GTS.
Is there any way to obtain this?

Hello Dieter,
unfortunately it not possible to have it done immediately when you create/change a partner.
These data changes are transferred to GTS via change pointers.
You can schedule the change pointers report every 10 minutes but still it has to be done as bgr. job.
At first Activate Change Pointers for Message Types (BD50)
/SAPSLL/DEBMAS_SLL
and Activate Change Pointers for Reduced Messages - Press create icon to create it. (BD53)
/SAPSLL/DEBMAS_SLL
Then schedule RBDMIDOC for /SAPSLL/DEBMAS_SLL which send changes via IDoc.

As per my view,,
You can use one time customer functionality to full fill your requirement.
When you create sales order with one time customer system take you to the customer data maintanence screen through that you can maintain the one time customer data.
Same one time customer number you can use for every new order through maintaining different data.

How to transfer Customers to APO based on selection criteria of Division

Hello,
We have to transfer Customer Master specific to one business unit to APO and we don't want to transnfer the Customers of another business units. The differentiation of customers is done at a Distribution Channel & Division level. But we don't have Dist Channel & Division as a Selection criteria in Integration Model(CFM1).
The other option od Sales Org. Account Grp are common to other Business units too.
Please provide your suggestions how we can do this.

You can manipulate the CFM1 o/p list using the BadI CIF_INT_MODEL. So you actually select all customers in the integration model and add custom logic in this badI implementation to delete the customers that you dont want to transfer . The updated CFM1 output list will then contain the customers that you want .
Actually we used this BadI for manipulating the PIR's and BOM IM's and it is working without issues

How to show the new table record after creating

I have a table form. After creating a new record to the table, the page go back to the same page. I wanta know how to show the new record after click 'Create' button. Right now, all the items will be cleared.

The button submits the page so just create a branch that directs to a new page (which you'll have to create if you have not already done so) after submission which directs to a new page and uses the newly generate PK to display the row you've generated. You'll need to make the branch conditional on that press of the Create button.

How to extract data from PCD tables to create custom activity report

Hi Friends
I have a requiremnt for creating custom portal activity report, even though we have
standard report for that, we need to extract the data from the following pcd tables
WCR_USERSTAT, WCR_WEBCONTENTSTAT,WCR_USERFIRSTLOGON,
WCR_USERPAGEUSAGE.
This extraced data will be used to create BW Reports.
my questions are
1.How to extract the data from   pcd tables?
2.can i use   UME API   for extracting the data from the given PCD tables?
3.Can i querry   the PCD tables from JSPdynpage or Webdynpro APP?

How to capture ship method and freight account in customer master and order

Hello
In the customer master, I would like to maintain fields like freight vendor, freight account no and preferred ship method (Like Fedex Ground, UPS next day, etc), and have them copy over to the sales order. I know we can define freight vendor in partner function, but I do not see anything in the shipping view of the customer master similar to this. We are not using the transportation module, and are on ECC 6.0.
Is my only option to define these in the text fields or under additional data of customer master and have text determination carry this over?
Im curious as to how other companies have configured this, any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Ken,
You may use the reserve fields of the customer master at general data or sales area data.
In customer master data, choose menu: Extras --> Additional data
To use a reserve field (attribute 1) of the customer master proceed as follows:
1. Change the short descriptions of the data elements KATR1 by using the SAP enhancement and activate the data element.
2. Maintain the entity tables TVK1 with the values.
   "01" Fedex Ground
   "02" UPS next day
   etc.
3. Use the same procedure for the remaining reserve fields KATR2-KATR9.
Then continue with enhancement of copying the customer master fields into the sales document either VBAK, VBAP, or VBKD.

Much like any other array. Each image will be a 2D array. Without knowing exactly how you are acquiring your images or what type of images they are you can convert them to arrays using IMAQ imagetoarray or IMAQ colorimagetoarray. Each frame will be a page element of a 3D array. When you want to review these images simply convert the arrays back to images, selecting the frame as a page from your 3D array.

How to transfer encrypted file using B2B sftp with custom doc over generic

hi ,
we have a requirement to get and send an encrypted file to/from our trading partner.
Previously we configured B2B sftp with custom doc. over generic exchange protocol to get a text file and used 1st 11 charecters in the file as identifier for the TPA configuration and successfully processed the file. Since we are getting an encrypted file , we need to find a way to identify the TPA config. .
Please reply to this thread if you have any suggestions. Pls. feel free to ask if you need more information to understand the situation.

I have sent mail to you . We are actually using file name convensions but we are using internal delivery as B2B InQuueue . And when we use custom document over generic exchange , in the paramenters we do not see any file name property. i hava also sent you the TPA so that you can get idea of the configuration we did.

Problem starting UCM 11G after creating custom components

I'm here because after all my searches I could not find any solution to my problem. I'm a newbie in the Oracle ECM, just learned how to create folders and users, so please, don't get mad at my lack of knowledge.

I disabled the component, restarted the UCM server but error is still happening:

This "MyFavorites_Teste" component would show my favorite documents in the UCM.
If I delete it the server will work right.
Is there anyway I could fix that?

How to post asset using BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST w/o creating custom OBJ_TYPE

Hi,
I want to post asset together with expense into one document. The first approach is to use BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST with custom obj_type, like ZBKPF. But when we post using the custom obj_type, we cannot reverse the document using FB08.
Is that anyway we can post using BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST and reverse using FB08?
Or is that any BAPI that can do this?

It is because I want to post asset. I tried to post my asset without specified the obj_type and acc_type, then I got an error saying cannot direct post thru my GL account. That's true becuase posting asset, we just use asset number and reconciliation GL.
Then I tried to put my asset no in GL field, then I got another error saying the GL is not in Chart of Account, and that's true also becuase the asset no is never config in our chart of account.
Then I found out that I had to specified the acct_type to 'A'. After that, I got another error saying RFBURFBU000000000000 is not define. That's I cannot post this thru obj_type RBFU. After checking that, I had to specified bus_act to RMWE and custom obj_type to some Z value to make it go.
But after all these, I cannot reverse my posting using FB08 anymore because this is an custom obj_type and not allow to reverse using FB08.
Please let me know if I made mistake in the above.

Pricing determination not possible after updateing customer master data

Hi Gurus,
We are trying to set up CRM 7.0 standard sales scenario to make it to work. We picked a BP, a sold-to party which was loaded from ECC. Changed the role to sold-to party, and added the sales area data that we have in CRM. Added currency "CAD" to the "billing' tab as well. However, when we create a standard sales order (TA), we picked this BP as sold-to, and also picked the right product, we also made sure the pricing procedure determination config is done. However, system keeps giving the error "item category cannot be determined", and the "currency" and "pricing procedure" fields in the header section remain blank.
It seems to us that system needs some sort of refresh to "see" the new configuration data. Don't know why. I remember in other projects we did, we had to wait overnight to see some pricing/org. data updated.
Can someone advise how to fix it without having to wait till the next day?

About buffer problem - yes, organizational data must be refresh if they are changed. You can clear buffers with /$sync.
About your error "item category cannot be determined", i would say that you are missing the customazing. check settings under spro>crm>transactions>basic settings>define item category determination (and also 3 options before that one).

How to change Number range to Contact Person in Customer Master Record

Dear all,
We are maintaining contact person details under contact person tab in customer master record.
Currently contact person is being created using VAP1 transaction.
Can we automate this contact person creation by entering the data in contact person itself?
and where can we change the number range of contact person.
I have searched a lot to find the solution for this. Please help me to resolve this issue. Your suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Hi Venkat,
To your first question: "Can we automate this contact person creation by entering the data in contact person itself?"
Yes, you can enter the contact person directly in the customer master in the contact person tab. A number is generated automatically.
To your second question, go to transaction SNUM, and there use object "PARTNER". Here you can configure number range for contact persons.
