How to transfer music from iPhone to iPhone when music files are not on computer?

Dear all,
I'm having trouble trying to transfer music from one iPhone to another (iPhone 4 to 5s if it matters), when the music files are NOT on my Macbook Pro, which as far as I understand prevents me from transferring music using the iTunes library sync method.
Is there a way to do this? Like transferring the files to the Macbook Pro first?

    Hi,
    As you know GR/IR clearing account is a provision account and it is posted to whenever you receive goods that have not been invoiced or receive invoice that have not been delivered. On the balance sheet date during the period end we have to make transfer postings to reflect the goods invoiced but not delivered and the goods delivered but not invoiced accounts.
    You need to create one adjustment (Correction) account and two target accounts Goods deliverd but not invoiced, Goods invoiced but not delivered. In t-code OBYP you need to assign these accounts for each of your reconciliation account.
    This t-code F.19 analyses the GR/IR claring account and posts outstanding amount to adjustment account. It creates the offsetting entry to the Goods deliverd but not invoiced if the account has a credit balance and Goods invoiced but not delivered if the account has a debit balance. These 2 accounts are target accounts. These postings are made separately per company code, GR/IR clearing account and reconciliation account. They are then reversed on the day you specify in the (F.19)program run.

    If you connect the iPad to your computer's iTunes see if you can copy them over to your computer via File > Transfer Purchases, and if they do copy you should then be able to sync them to your iPhone.

    How did the music get on your touch? There are only two ways to get music on a touch or iPhone, buy directly on the device or sync it there through iTunes. Is your music not in your iTunes library? It should be. Then, all you have to do is sync it to your phone.

    When you've connected the iPhone to your computer and selected it on the left-hand side of iTunes, one of the tabs on the right-hand side should be Photos (in the same way that you get tabs for syncing other content) - if you select that you should be able to select where you want to sync photos from e.g. which folder(s) : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4236
    You need to sync all the photos that you want on the phone together in one go, as only the most recent sync remains on the phone - not including the photos in a subsequent sync is how you delete them from the phone.
