I want to transfer mp3 music files to my iphone 4 wihtout any calble from my pc.. is it possible and how?

First install either ipod Agent on PC, this will run a small server program to transfer music from PC to iPhone. Connect mobile to pc via usb and create a folder called Music on sd card or phone storage, using usb storage method in wireless connections, not using Kies default.
Right-click on iTunes Agent icon in system tray and choose preferemces. Click the Choose button and select the Music folder you created on the cpmputer Finally, right-click on the iTunes Agent icon in the system tray and select Synchronize devices to sync Music to your computer.

You can't. Music can only be synced to the Nano from an iTunes library located on a PC or Mac.

Is the music in your iTunes Library on a desktop computer? If so, simply Sync the iPhone with that Library.
If not, and it's music purchased on the iPod, first transfer the music to your iTunes Library, then Sync it to the phone. For music that you have obtained from other sources, you will need to go back to that source and then add it to your Library.
