you need to sync movie with itunes to the phone. add the movie to the movie folder in itunes and then sync. Make sure the file format for the movie is something the iphone supports

I hadn't done this in a while and now that I have Mountain Lion (10.8.3) I can't find the solution as before.
Really simple:
I built a modest photo album in iPhoto and now I want to upload it to my iPhone. Before, you were able to select 'sync' and it would do it, but that's not an option, or at least I don't see it. How can I upload a completed album to my iPhone?
Better yet, how can you upload a video from iPhoto on the Mac to the iPhone? You can't 'share' it with PhotoStream because it won't accept video.

Open iTunes with the iPhone connected. Go the Photos section for your iPhone and check the Sync Photos from checkbox and clik on Selected Albums radio button.
Then select the album you want to sync to your iPhone.

How to transfer one film from MacBook to iPhone 5?

Hi guys,
Here's my problem.
I recently got an MacBook Pro and it doesn't have enough hard drive space to hold all of my iTunes media on my PC, so I mainly use my PC for syncing my iPhone 5. However yesterday I downloaded a movie to my MacBook with hopes to sync that film with my iPhone but I then realised you cannot sync an iPhone with more than one iTunes library. Is there any third party application I can use to transfer that one movie from my Mac to iPhone without erasing all the content on my phone?

i've made a movie in "iMovie '11" and transfered it to iTunes one in HD720p and one in "big" 640 / 480. I clicked synchonice all Videos from iTunes to my iPhone but it doesn't synchronice.
I can synchronice it to my iPad.
Why not to my iPhone ?

How to transfer purchased video from iPhone 3GS to computer?

Hi all,
So I just bought an iPhone 3GS, my first iPhone, and I've also done my first purchase of TV shows off of the iTunes store. (Series 2 of Torchwood as well as the recently aired Children of Earth.) I did the initial purchase on the iTunes store from the phone itself, not realizing that I couldn't actually download the episodes onto the device since that'd take ages over the 3G network. But I did see that I could download the HD episodes to my computer and the SD ones onto the device.
Fine, I think, I'll take my iPhone home and pull the episodes already download off of it onto the computer...
... only I can't find any way to do that. I have seen that I can download episodes directly to the computer and sync those down to the iPhone, but this has caused duplication of episodes; for example, I wound up with two copies of episode #3 of series 2 because the one coming in off the computer didn't actually override the one on the phone.
To further confuse matters, episodes 1 and 2 have vanished off the phone and I can't figure out if this is because I've watched those on the computer...?
Anybody got any ideas? I'd like to be able to free up space on the phone by pulling the five episodes on it onto my computer, so I won't have to download those twice. Thanks in advance!

Nope, Transfer Purchases didn't work for me at all.
I wound up emailing Apple Support directly for help and they couldn't give me an answer as to why that wasn't working either. But we did eventually reach a workaround of them unlocking some of the duplicate downloads for me so that I could do them again on my computer, while also deleting the files directly off the iPhone in manual mode. Not an ideal solution, but it did at least give me a way to get all the episodes onto my actual computer.

No matter what I do like "Include videos", it won't sync.

In order to pull the videos off of the iPod Touch, you need to treat it like it was a digital camera. On windows, you go to your computer, and it should be located as a separate drive, usually showing up saying "iPod Touch - Digital Camera". Open it up and dig through the folder to the lowest level, all your pictures and videos will be there. On a Mac, it should show up right on the desktop, like a drive.

I could create .m4r file from mp3 file in iTunes. However, I don't see it in iTunes 'Tone'.
I can see it in Finder as well as in iTunes music tab.

Thanks. I, now, could create ringtone with the Ringtone Maker and could transfer/sync it to iPhone. However, when assigned to one of the contacts and tested if rings when that person calls - it did not ring with the new tone. Instead, it was the default ringtone. Is there any other step that I should be doing before assigning it to a contact?

All apps purchased and downloaded via iTunes on your computer, or the same with your iPhone should be available in your iTunes library.
When syncing the iPhone 3G with iTunes, you select the applications that you want installed on your iPhone 3G under the Applications tab for your iPhone sync preferences. No different from selecting the iTunes content that you want transferred to the iPhone.

Once the photos are on your computer, you can place them into folders that you can sync back to the iPad or just use the WiFi apps to transfer the photos back to the iPad.

Make a new contact group in Address Book that will be the place where you store the contacts from the RAZR
Use iSync to retrieve the contacts from the RAZR over bluetooth, and put the phone contacts into the new contact group you just made
Then, when syncing the iphone, activate that group in iTunes to sync contacts to the iPhone
viola! no typing, no nothing way to move the contacts.
Of course, I am assuming that you have bluetooth on your mac.

You have to log into iPhone App Store and purchase the iPhone version of the apps. Mac apps only run on Macs, iOS apps only run on iPhone/iPads/iPods.
