Connect your iPad to your computer with iTunes open.  Once the iPad is recognized on the left side, click it once.  Click the Photo tab and choose what pictures you want to sync to your iPad.  Once you've made your selection, click Apply in the lower right hand corner.

You can use a USB flash drive & the camera connection kit.
Plug the USB flash drive into your computer & create a new folder titled DCIM. Then put your movie/photo files into the folder. The files must have a filename with exactly 8 characters long (no spaces) plus the file extension (i.e., my-movie.mov).
Now plug the flash drive into the iPad using the camera connection kit. Open the Photos app, the movie/photo files should appear & you can import.

How do I transfer photos from my laptop to my IPad?

If you have iTunes 11 on your computer then you can enable the left-hand sidebar via View > Show Sidebar (option-command-S on a Mac, control-S on a PC).
To sync photos, connect and select your iPad on the left-hand sidebar of your computer's iTunes, and on the right-hand side there should be a series of tabs, one of which should be Photos - if you select that tab you can then select which photo folders to sync to the iPad. You will need to sync all the photos that you want on the iPad together in one go as only the most recent photo sync remains on the iPad - synced photos can't be deleted directly in the iPad's Photos app, instead they are deleted by not including them in the next photo sync.

I am needing to know how to transfer music from my ipod to my iphone and ipad...I dont not have a mac computer

If they are iTunes purchases then you might be able to re-download them directly on the iPhone and iPad via the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app (re-downloading isn't possible in all countries) : re-downloading. If you can't re-download them then you will need to go via a computer's iTunes (PC or Mac).

I was in the iPhoto discussion but was asked to come here so here I am. I accidentally deleted all my photos from iPhoto but the good news is that all the same photos are in my 60gb iPod Video. How can I transfer them back to my iPhoto? I'm afraid to connect my iPhoto to my iTunes for fear that all my photos from my iPod would be deleted. What should I do? Please help me!!!!!

If you know how to do this would you be able to show with pictures as steps? That would be much appreciated. If you can't that is fine.

    Hi,

  • How to transfer photos from iPod classic (earlier version) to my mc

I just brought a new imac and I am trying to transfer my photos from my ipod classic earlier version (software version 1.3, 30GB) to my iMAC.

The photos syned to the iPod are very low res versions of the original photos, optimized to fit on the iPod's small screen while taking up as little space in storage as possible.  They are stored in a single special database file.  You cannot use iTunes to transfer them to the Mac, and if you could, they would look bad blown up to a larger size on the iMac's screen.
There is a setting on the iPod's Photos screen in iTunes (a checkbox) that says Include full-resolution photos.  IF that setting was checked when you synced the photos to the iPod, you can Enable disk use and find the originial full res photo files in the Photos folder (on the iPod).
Otherwise, you should transfer the original photo files from your previous computer, if possible.

  • How to transfer photo from IPOD to PC?

I use ADOBE PHOTOSHOP ALBUM and it just transfer my mp3 to PC. What's the problem?
    -   Windows XP   -
    -   Windows XP   -

Is it only one photo? you can e-mail it to yourself, open that mail on the touch and save it from there.
Or you can attach your iPod to your computer, open the photos tab. Navigate to the folder that photo is in, select it and sync. However this method syncs all the contents of that folder, so if you have lots of photos but only want a few on the device, you may want to copy them to another folder and sync that. (When I first got my device I made a 'ipod photo' folder on the desktop and copied the photos I wanted to sync into that folder, then synced them onto the device)
You can also upload your photos to something like dropbox, then download them onto your iPod.

  • How to transfer photos from iPod to computer?

I just re-installed my computer and now I need to transfer those photos in my iPod back to my computer. How can I do that? Please let me know. Thanks.

The only way that I am awear of is to buy a transfer program (sorry, I'm not fermiliar with any specific names) that alow you to get them off your ipod. You would have had to put the pictures on your ipod as a remouvable drive before you resetted your computer. I understand this post didn't really help you, sry.

  • HELP.HOW TO TRANSFER PHOTOS FROM IPOD TO G5 (thumbs)

    Hello,
I have a problem. All my photos were transfered from my G5 to my iPod Photo by iTunes (I think), then a few days later my G5's hard drive failed and I lost everything. But I found my entire photo collection in my ipod, but when I try and open it I can't. It is in a format that is not recognized. I see the photos fine on the ipod. How can I get them back onto the mac?
    Any ideas?
    Thanks
    G5 Quad, G5 dual 2.7, G5 Dual 2.0, G5 Dual 1.8 PB 171.33mhz   Mac OS X (10.4.4)   All have more than 1 GIG RAM

    You have 2 options:
    1. Open iPhoto and connect the iPhone and you'll be prompted to import
    2. Open Image Capture and connect the iPhone and you'll be prompted to import
You might not have iPhoto, but you definitly have Image Capture. But iphoto is the better programm also to store and organize photos.

  • How to transfer photos from the new iPad to the computer without the help of an app or anything else?

It's so easy to do so with the iPhone. All I have to do it plug it to the computer, open the folder, then copy and paste the photos. But as for the new iPad, no photos can be detected. I have no way of transferring the photos to my computer at all!!! This is SO frustrating! Please help

    - If the photos were taken by or saved to the iPad see:
iOS: Importing personal photos and videos from iOS devices to your computer
Which is the same as iPhone.
    - If they were synced to the iPoad you need a third-party progrm like PhoneView.
    - Also this may help:
iOS: Unable to import photos or device not recognized as a camera
