How to transfer video to iphone?

I have tried downloading MPEG streamclip , however it wasnt able to convert the musice video, do you have other website to recommend?

    iTunes supports only mov, m4v and mp4 formats.  Add the video file to itunes library like what you did to your music files and they will appear under Movies library.
    Connect your device to PC, select iPhone under "Devices" on itTunes left Pane.  Then on the right, go to Movies tab, check the box SYNC MOVIES as well as the movie(s) you want them to be sync.  Click the SYNC button on the lower right window.

    Step by step toturial on How to transfer photos from iphone to Mac:
    1.Connect the device to your computer. iPhoto should automatically launch into its import window with your device's images and videos listed.
    2.Click Import All. If you want only some of your images imported, select the images and videos you would like to import into iPhoto, then click the Import Selected button.
    3.When the photos finish importing, you will be presented with a dialog asking whether you'd like to delete the original photos from your Camera Roll. Click Delete Photos.
