i am geting result properly in import cosumables processing ,it is crediting cenvat clraring acc,but in import processing in miro it is showing all charges geting credit to material,carefully understsnd my senario, because mater is relaed to cvd condition in taxinn

I have discussed with my user. The business requirement is they want the plant wise Balancesheet and Financial statement. If i do the stock transfer from one plant to another it is very difficult for me to get the balance sheet. What we are planning is while transfering one plant to another the FG invertory credit agaist Intra transfer account (One P&L account) then in the receiving end the intra transfer a/c debit to FG inventory so that i can get the trial balance.
I will get back to you once i get the solution for this. Let me know if you have some idea on this.

ADC Caluculating 100% for Import Capital Good in j1iex part2

Dear Gurus
Hello everyone
Now am facing a problem at the posting of Excise Invoice of Import Capital good where BED,ECESS,SCESS are picking 50% and the AED is picking 100% of the value in Part II entries.
but this is correct as per Standard SAP note 930756,my client requirement is to pick only 50% for AED also at the time of part II entires
Please help me

Its not possible in Std.SAP since it is legally allowed take 100% credit on ADC on capital goods in the current year itself.
Also it will reflect in J2I8 report or post to ONHOLD account since the code corrections in the SAP note - 930756 is already implemented in your system.

It's really disappointing as a newly converted Apple customer who has already had his iPad stolen, that Apple just sits back and let's this happen.
I've viewed a number of posts regarding stolen iPads. Yes, I did have the "find my iPad" enabled. That's how I knew when the iPad was gone for good. It's a useless function in the case of theft because the thieves know how to hack into your iPad. It disappeared from my list of devices in the "find my iPad" utility that very same day.
Apple loves the fact that their devices get stolen all the time! That way they sell more of them. Theft could easily be significantly reduced if Apple chose to give users a means to report stolen devices on the Apple site. They choose not to do this. If the black market for Apple devices was limited to hackers who know they have a stolen device, the items wouldn't be such a hot commodity! Apple knows this... I guess they want to get their devices into as many households as they can.... Legally or not.
So for all you hard working folks out there, find a way to make sure your Apple products are secure because if they get stolen, you're out of luck. Apple refuses to help when they could easily do so.

CVD Account has to be enter in Co cd setting and Excise default setting as per your Tax procedure if it isTAXINJ then JMOD as default excise value for CVD there fore system identifies the CVD as BED( Basic excise) which you can avail credit.
1.Basic customs duty (JCDB) 10% - Material cost
2.Education Cess on BCD(JEDB )-2% - Material cost
3.Secondary edu cess on BCD(JHCS )-1% - Material cost
4.CVD (JCV1)-- Credit
5.EDU CESS FOR cvd-2% - Credit
6.SHE Cess on CVD(J1CV )-1% - Credit
7.Add duty of customs(JADC) 4% - Credit
Cycle for Import PO
Import Purchase order: In PO you have to maintain the Custom duties
1Customs duty (JCDB) 10%
2Cess on BCD (JEDB)-2%
3Secondary edu cess on BCD (JHCS)-1%
4.CVD (JCV1)
5.EDU CESS FOR cvd-2%
6.SHE Cess on CVD(J1CV )-1%

You have to enter local custom vendor for above condition type in PO, One main or material vendor which you enter at the top of the PO
Then against the 7 condition types the customs (Local) vendor should be given (i-e) you have to select the condition type then click on the lens icon & give the customs vendor,
And should have zero tax code in PO
2 MIRO for Custom Vendor by selecting planned delivery cost.
3. Capture Excise Invoice against Commercial invoice (MIRO document no)- J1IEX
4. MIGO u2013Goods receipt
5. Post Excise Invoice- J1IEX
6. MIRO for Import Vendor
7. Final payment

How to set TOC Image for "Import HTML articles"?

For "Import HTML articles", I set TOC Image (70 x 70 px, PNG) on Folio Builder.
But at Adobe Content Viewer on iPad, TOC Image doesn't appear.
I confirmed on Dashboard, TOC Image for "Import HTML articles" appears correctly.

According to the Page 56, 57, 61 of digitalpubsuite_help.pdf (Last updated 10/4/2011) ,
"Change article properties" shows how to change TOC preview.
I changed the TOC previews of some Stacks and the viewer table contents on iPad shows the TOC previews I expected.
But for the HTML Stack (Import HTML article), the viewer table contents on iPad shows the thumbnail of HTML content (not the TOC previews).
I confirmed on TOC Preview of Folio Builder and Dashboard of DPS,
TOC preview for "Import HTML articles" appears correctly.
What am I wrong?

Hello everybody im new to this forum I was Approved for a capital one cc July 1st with a $20k cl. Receive approval letter through the mail on the 7th & a e-mail on the 8th stating the approval.... haven't heard anything else since no update since any experience anybody?

Part 2 Entry Not Created For CVD,ECess for Imports Purchase .

I have created Imports Purchase Order With Condition Type For Basic Customs Duty,In CVD(JCV1) , ECS on CVD (JECV) , 2nd Edu Ecess and ADC .
Then Passes IV For these Charges ,
If i capture Invoice in J1iex , then the system raise Err" No Part I exists for availing credit in excise invoice IMPORT01 2007"
During Migo , i captured the Invoice , then when i am posting the Invoice ( J1iex ) , system is raising Message NO CENVAT Available, No Cenvat TO BE Reversed.
and NO Part 2 entry is genearated .

In the time of goods receipt (MIGO) RG 23A part 1 will get updated automatically.
For Duty updation, GOTO J1IEX , post with respect to vendor excise invoice.
To check if it is posted or not. In J1IEX itself select display WRT vendor invoice you can see this invoice is posted or not in EXCISE INVOICE TAB PAGE IN DOC STATUS FIELD.
Then using t.cobe J2I5 extract the RG23a Part2.
Then using t.code J2I6 you can print or extract in Excel based on your selection.

How to set image size for importing photos from a digital camera

I'm using Iphoto 6 and am a novice user of my new digital camera. The camera is set to HQ image quality. Initially when I imported photos from the camera into IPhoto, the images were very large (over 1 meg) and produced good quality 4X6 prints. Now when I import photos from the same camera still set to HQ image quality, the photos are very small (less than 100 kb) after being imported into IPhoto. I think I must have changed some kind of setting in IPhoto that affects the size of an imported image, but I can't find where that is or how to change it back so that the size is not changed when imported. Can someone please help me with this? Thanks!

Dave, thanks for clarifying Toad's response for me - I was just too ignorant to connect the dots from his responses. As you said, there were 2 versions - 1 in the original folder and 1 in data; the original folder had the photos that were 1 mb. We must have pulled from that folder previously to print photos not realizing they existed in 2 places. So when we found these thumbnail photos, we just thought they were the real thing. Where can you go to learn about the struction and hierarchy of the photos in terms of what Iphoto does to an image when you import it? Is it in Iphoto help somewhere? Thanks so much for your help with this, and you too Toad for leading me down the path.
If you're getting the size from Finder, I think Old
Toad's question makes a lot of sense. Is the file
you're looking at, somewhere in a folder called
"Data" in iPhoto Library? That 56k sounds about the
right size for a thumbnail.
If you do a search for the image name, both the
actual photo and the small thumbnail are stored with
the same image, e.g. abc.jpg

I am having an IMPORT....from memory ID statement in my program.
how could i find the location of EXPORT ...to memory ID statement for the IMPORT statement.

Not possible if you are just trying to find it without knowing the links between your program and the other programs. You have to know all the objects that relate to the process that your program is automating and then you can probably dig into those related programs to see if there is an EXPORT statement there. But it is not as simple as double clicking on the IMPORT statement or doing a WHERE-USED on the memory ID.

How to Check Log File for 'Import Standard Purchase Orders' program?

When the run the standard program 'Import Standard Purchase Orders' after inserting data to PO interface tables. I am getting the log message as mentioned below.
Start of log messages from FND_FILE
To get the log messages for PDOI, please use the following id to query against FND_LOG_MESSAGES table:
AUDSID = 40499066
End of log messages from FND_FILE
When I go and check for the message in mentioned table against the AUDSID,I couldn't find any error listed.
Even I verified the po_interface_errors table, It returns NO ROWS.
Help me on this issue.

How to format .m3u files for import? Or is there a spec. for .zpl playlis

I currently create all my playlists through SlimServer (www.slimdevices.com). The result is .m3u playlists. I'd like to use these same playlists on my Vision M without having to recreate all of them. Writing a script to tweak what the structure of the .m3u is no problem. I've tried the method described here: http://forums.creative.com/creativelabs/board/message?board.id=dap&message.id=0837
with no luck. Within MediaSource Organizer, I drag my imported playlist into an existing playlist on my Zen, but I always get "Error" or "Rejected" for each entry in the playlist. I think I may not be formatting the paths correctly in the .m3u. The styles of entries I've used include (folder structure below matches what is on the player):

Also, I was wondering if I could just write a script to create a .zpl (apparently creative's own style of playlist file?) file from an .m3u file. But I'd have to know the format of the .zpl file, and if I was able to create one, would I be able to drag-and-drop it into my playlists in Creative Media Explorer? Any ideas here?

Just tested an .m3u playlist that looks exactly like this:
(start file)
C:\Ben Allison\2006 Cowboy Justice\0 Tricky **bleep**.mp3
(end file)
That mp3 exists on C. The same file exists on my ZVM with the same directory structure underneath "Music." I copy the m3u playlist to my device using MediaSource Organizer--the playlist is transferred, but the file is copied to my player again! So now I have two copies of "Tricky **bleep**.mp3" on my player. The new one is copied to the ZVM in a different directory based on its tags (artist\album\track). This is definitely not what I want.
All I want is to copy over the miniscule playlist files, nothing else. Is this at all possible? And if so, what should the playlist files look like? I was hoping that I'd be able to easily synchronize my home player's playlists (Squeezebox) with the playlists on my ZVM, but this is not looking promising...

What export format creates an exact digital copy of mini-dv video which can be recognised and imported by Windows video editors?
I need to give editable copies of DV to Windows users, The lowest common denominator is Windows Movie Maker, which does not recognise .dv files created by copying from the project's Media folder, or Sharing a Movie to DV stream.
I want to burn data DVDs with clips or complete projects from iMovie which are equivalent to copying back to mini-DV tapes.
Is Share to AVI my only option?
If so, is there any loss in quality?

after spending a few minutes on the net concerning that WindowMovieMaker, my guess is:
WMM does NOT accept a "file.dv" ...
but is does accept that same dv within an avi container... "file.avi"
avi and mov are just containers, not formats, as a box of chocolate, "wrappers" for many codecs...
try to export your clips as avi, and choose under compressor "DV"...- give that a try...
DV is the same codec which is in use on miniDV tapes, and the same, iM uses internally... so, it should be no quality loss.. just a "wrapping"...
(me no PCuser, just read that...)
