How to TREAT SEVERELY FRIED ZONES in fotos

I will try to explain my self the best way I can...
The right shoulder zone of my little soon get fried by the light in the photo, although the rest of the image (witch doesn't matter for this question) is absolutely "perfect" in terms of exposure and sharpness.
NOTE we are talking about a photo at the beach so, we are talking about correcting the skin and not clothes .
I tried some ways to solve this:
1-
I duplicated the image into another layer and decrease its exposure and treated it thought a mask visible on the fried zone but.
Result : The decreased exposure layer gets too gray in the fried zone.
2-
I tried to clone the color and tone of the left shoulder to the right fried zone
Result : It works to some extent until I reach the axilla. As it is a more textured zone the clone tools doesn't work at all.
3-
I tried the same with healing tool.
Result : More or less equal to point 2.
Obviously my question is :
Is there any way to treat efficiently this fried zone, giving it the color and tone appearance of the non-fried zone (at the left shoulder) but maintaining the texture of the axilla?
In other words: Remove the light fried zone and let persons believe absolutely both shoulders was ever at shadow (like the left soulder side) and the right shoulder was never fried ...
Could you explain this to me, step by step ?

Sorry but I don't know exactly what do you mean with "pickup a light pink". Are you talking about the collor picker tool to pick up a pink tone from the area in shadow next to the bruned out ?

How to add more drop zones or movies in an idvd menu

I was building a dvd in idvd and ran out of drop zones to fill but I couldn't figure out how to add more drop zones.
I tried different templates but I could find none that had more than 12 drop zones.
Then I was adding movies to the main menu and idvd refused to allow more movies added when I reached 10 movies. It said that the template did not accept more movies.
I tried a few other templates and could not get it to accept more.
I don't want to add submenus because the movies being used do not lend themselves to being put into different submenus.
Is there some way to add more than the default drop zones in an idvd template and to add more movies in a menu without having to use submenus?

You need to figure out how to work with what is available.
If you want more freedom, buy Apple's Final Cut Studio and learn to use DVD Studio Pro.

How to structure several scenes (in symbols) on the main stage timeline

Hi,
I'm new to edge animate but have a Flash background and I'm working in Edge Animate on a game which is structured in several scenes. Each scene I did put in a symbol. Now I wonder how to build the main timeline or the "story - controller" so to speak. I have all the scenes but I do not know how to connect them.
In Flash it was possible to add keyframes of scenes one after another (like stairs) and jump forward or backward if needed to load the movie clips. In Edge Animate all scenes (or symbols) are in place from the beginning of the timeline and I cannot move the symbol to a later keyframe. Of course I can move animations in the timeline. The only way I think is to hide the symbols first and make them visible if needed. But this does not seem to be the right way and I don't understand the concept of structuring complex animations yet.
I would like to know how to structure several scenes in Edge Animate properly. Something like a scene loader or unloader would be useful. Highly appriciate any hints to a solution.

Or, to send up to 5 photos in one email, open the Photos app, go to the Album containing the photos, tap Select, tap up to 5 photos (a blue tick will appear on them), then tap the Share icon (square with arrow pointing up) and choose Mail.
If you choose more than 5 photos this way, you won't get the Mail option.

Read and write one text file is not a problem, but what confusies me is how to read several text files at one time, in the meanwhile,
is it possible to display the name of the text file?
For example, assuming I want to load file" cha 1, cha 2 , cha 3, " at one time and show their names, how to hadle with it

Gentlemen, here's the question on this AME (Adobe Media Encoder)
The question in steps:
1. Have 4 video file in format ".mov" (camera panasonic lx3) \ OS Vista 86x SP1
size (time): 258Mb (01:23) +240 Mb (01:18) +180 Mb (00:58) +82 Mb (00:27)
1280 * 720 \ 24fpc \ raw rgb32, PCM audio \ 24285kbps
2. Import tracks in adobe premier pro cs4 and save the project "sequence01.prproj"
3. Imports in adobe media encoder cs4 (v.4.1.0.107) project "sequence01.prproj"
Install conversion options in the H.264 preset "NTSC DV High Quality" and press "start queue"
4. A few minutes coding AME hangs ... (when converting each video separately, hang not observed)
How is treated?

I have a Word document with 6 pages that I saved in PDF.
I wanted to transform the entire document in JPEG (JPG) immage, so that I could use it in other tools, such as Facebook for example.
The problem is that using Adobe Photoshop it opens and saves page by page.

You can use Photo Stream to sync the photos and videos or you can use an app like DropBox: When you open the app in iPhone/iPad you can upload your Camera Roll to your DropBox folder (you need a DropBox Account) and later, in your iPad/iPhone, you can open the app again and download what you need.

it was possible to change whole screen with 'command + arrow keys' (option + arrow keys maybe ??)
but, in os x 10.7, it seems it is not possible. and instread of it 'mission controls' that is not uesful ..
no windows drive direct access. no several screen function. crash when control panel ask me administration right.
os x 10.5 or 10.4 was much easy to control.
plz fix and add good functions of 10.6 , remove good functions is not called 'upgrade'.

You can still do it with CONTROL + Arrow keys, the same as 10.6

How setup Airport Express time zone "Asia/Krasnoyarsk" automatically?

I need your support to understand how AirPort Express sets time zone automatically.
I live in Krasnoyarsk, Russia. Upon connectin AirPort Express for the first time the time zone was set as "Asia/Hong Kong" and the box "Set time zone automatically" was checked. Few days later time zone automatically changed to Asia/Krasnoyarsk.
I wonder how the AirPort figured that out and why it didn't determined it just after connection? I mean why it determines it's location not instantly and how it figures out it's location without having GPS module? Can anyone tell?
PS It is not a matter of great importance but i'm very-very curious what's happening with time zone and why it behaves so strange! =))

I found the matter!
If you make a clean setup of AirPort or TimeCapsule from OS X device u have a HUGE number of locations available in your AirPort locations list - including Krasnoyarsk.
If u set up the same device (clean setup, after full reset) with a PC Airport Utility - u have only limited list of locations!
The most interesting thing - that the list of location remains uchanged until u hard-reset the device again! For example, if u had set up a device from an iMac - u will have a full locations list even if you addreess you time capsule from a PC. Vice versa - if u initially set up the device from a PC AirPort Utility - u will not have a full list of locations even if u enter it from an iMac AirPort utility afterwards.

When printing vector objects from Illustrator, they look like graphics from dandy (8 bits) ... no smooth, all cubes ... if do raster than print perfectly. Who knows how to treat it? No well to rasterize vector before each printing. OS - MacOs 10.10.

Have you read the User's Guide for that printer? Odds are you will get reasonable prints. However, it is a photographic printer. That said, it should print excellent quality photographic files. To get smooth lines in Illustrator, try Preferences > Use Anti-Aliased Artwork. That will smoothen the output. If, for some reason, that does not work, try Print > Save As PDF > open PDF in Reader and print from there. Check the User's Guide for media sizes available for your particular printer. Setup your artboard to the size page you want the image to print on. Use View > Show Page Tiling ( to see where the page's printable area lies. Align the page with the artboard using the Page tool.
