How to turn off standard warning?

Hi,
I am hitting the warning below when I hit Check and Send button for one of the MSS service.
"Event to start workflow for vacancy administration not triggered."
I can actually continue to submit and complete the request without any issue.
But I would like to turn this annoying warning off. Does anyone know to how to do that?
Thanks
Regards,
Justin

  • How to turn off the warning message when re-compiling jsp in embedded OC4J?

    Members,
I would like to remove the annoying warning messages whenever we re-compile a jsp file using embedded OC4J.
    Steps:
    1. create an web project
    2. create a test jsp file (say, test.jsp)
    3. run the jsp file.
    4. on the jsp visual editor, modify the jsp file.
    5. go to the browser, reload the page. the following warning messages are displayed:

I'm so much glad to see JDeveloper giving out all the details and warnings, but sometimes they spit out too much warning messages that simply annoys and distracts my programming.
There seems to be no parameters for me to shut those up, maybe I should do it manually?
    thanks.

    Ronald,
I've already tried setting up the j2ee-config.xml file, but
it seems that the warning message does not come from the oc4j, but is generated when jsp file is being compiled, so no matter what you do with the j2ee-config.xml, it would not work to remove the warnings.
I was thinking maybe I could setup the java compiler option found in server.xml, by adding -nowarn option in javac options attribute, but it seems that the file server.xml gets overwritten automatically whenever the oc4j restarts (so, no avail).
    So... any other ideas?

  • How to turn off Enclosure Intrusion warning

One of my co-workers opened our Xserve G5 very slightly to adjust it in the rack, now when I go into Server Monitor the Enclosure Intrusion warning light is on. How do I turn this off. Rebooting hasn't helped. I recently reinstalled the server to upgrade it from 10.3 to 10.4 and that didn't turn off the warning either.
Xserve G5 Single 2.0 GHz CPU   Mac OS X (10.4.4)

There really is no enclosure intrusion light on any Xserve.
There is a light that indicates if the enclosure is locked. If it's that light you are referring to, just use the key to turn it completely counter clockwise.
The other light is the system identifer light which can turn on for a variety of reasons (for example opening the server enclosure).
If it the light is on permanently, this could indicate a hardware issue, lke a degraded mirror, failing fan, RAM, etc.
If you want to know what tripped it, just open the console application (as admin/root), expand the /var/log tab and look for the hwmond.log file. This will tell you what caused it.
Otherwise use the Server Monitor application (add server if not listed) and see if everything has a green light)
    Hope this helps...

  • Internet connect warning - how to turn off?

When I'm connected to the internet, every so often a little warning pops up asking if I want to stay connected. What i want is to turn off this warning. Any suggestions?
    Thanks

Kappy-thank you; and for your info,
Open the Network pane of System Preferences.
NOTE: in lower left is a security lock that you may need to UNLOCK as you enter and LOCK as you leave.
If you are using a phone line, choose Internal Modem from the Show: menu, and then click PPP Tab, click on PPP Options, get a window full of Session Options AND Advanced Options. Check or Uncheck what you need to, click OK, click Apply Now.
If you are using Ethernet (DSL), choose Built-in Ethernet from the Show: menu, and then choose PPPoE, (2nd tab from left in the list of connections), click the PPPoE Options button, get a window of Session Options AND Advanced Options. The second check box of Session Options is our PAIN and you may want to consider the 3rd check box before you exit.
I am nearing the 60 minute mark now, stand-by....... 61 minutes WITHOUT a reminder.
    Thank you Kappy & Niel

  • NOT SURE HOW TO TURN OFF RESTRICTIONS AS i DO NOT HAVE A PASSCODE

not sure how to turn off restrictions

Are restrictions enabled? If they are and you don't know the restrictions passcode:
If You Are Locked Out Or Have Forgotten Your Passcode
iTunes 10 for Mac- Update and restore software on iPod, iPhone, or iPad
iPhone, iPad, iPod touch: Wrong passcode results in red disabled screen
    iOS- Understanding passcodes
If you have forgotten your Restrictions code, then follow the instructions
below but DO NOT restore any previous backup. If you do then you will
simply be restoring the old Restrictions code you have forgotten. This
same warning applies if you need to restore a clean system.
A Complete Guide to Restore or Recover Your iDevice (if You Forget Your Passcode)
If you need to restore your device or ff you cannot remember the passcode, then you will need to restore your device using the computer with which you last synced it. This allows you to reset your passcode and re-sync the data from the device (or restore from a backup). If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present. Refer to Updating and restoring iPhone, iPad and iPod touch software.
Try restoring the iOS device if backing up and erasing all content and settings doesn't resolve the issue. Using iTunes to restore iOS devices is part of standard isolation troubleshooting. Restoring your device will delete all data and content, including songs, videos, contacts, photos, and calendar information, and will restore all settings to their factory condition.
Before restoring your iOS device, Apple recommends that you either sync with iTunes to transfer any purchases you have made, or back up new data (data acquired after your last sync). If you have movie rentals on the device, see iTunes Store movie rental usage rights in the United States before restoring.
Follow these steps to restore your device:
         1. Verify that you are using the latest version of iTunes before attempting to update.
         2. Connect your device to your computer.
         3. Select your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch when it appears in iTunes under Devices.
         4. Select the Summary tab.
         5. Select the Restore option.
         6. When prompted to back up your settings before restoring, select the Back Up
option (see in the image below). If you have just backed up the device, it is not
             necessary to create another.
         7. Select the Restore option when iTunes prompts you (as long as you've backed up,
you should not have to worry about restoring your iOS device).
         8. When the restore process has completed, the device restarts and displays the Apple
             logo while starting up:
After a restore, the iOS device displays the "Connect to iTunes" screen. For updating
to iOS 5 or later, follow the steps in the iOS Setup Assistant. For earlier versions of
iOS, keep your device connected until the "Connect to iTunes" screen goes away or
              you see "iPhone is activated."
         9. The final step is to restore your device from a previous backup.
If you can not restore your device then you will need to go to recovery mode.
Placing your device into recovery mode:
Follow these steps to place your iOS device into recovery mode. If your iOS device is already in recovery mode, you can proceed immediately to step 6.
         1. Disconnect the USB cable from the iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, but leave the other end
of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
         2. Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the
red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to turn off.
If you cannot turn off the device using the slider, press and hold the Sleep/Wake
and Home buttons at the same time. When the device turns off, release the Sleep/Wake
              and Home buttons.
         3. While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device.
The device should turn on. Note: If you see the screen pictured below, let the device
charge for at least ten minutes to ensure that the battery has some charge, and then
             start with step 2 again.
         4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen.
When this screen appears you can release the Home button.
         5. If necessary, open iTunes. You should see the following "recovery mode" alert:
         6. Use iTunes to restore the device.
If you don't see the "Connect to iTunes" screen, try these steps again. If you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen but the device does not appear in iTunes, see this article and its related links.
    Additional Information:
Note: When using recovery mode, you can only restore the device. All user content on the device will be erased, but if you had previously synced with iTunes on this computer, you can restore from a previous backup. See this article for more information.

  • Yoga 2 Pro -- how to turn off switching mode notifications -- e.g. "tent mode", "tablet mode", etc?

Does anyone know how to turn off the notifications that pop up in the upper right corner telling you that you have just changed from one configuration to another -- e.g. changing from tent mode to tablet mode?
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

    Just disable it -
Task manager > Startup > Click "Yoga Picks" > Click "disable"
Next time you start your computer no more annoying pop ups.  If you want to be annoyed again you can always re-enable it.

  • I simply want to know how to turn off iCloud* without losing my contacts

Call me old fashioned, but I really do NOT want to use iCloud EXCEPT for ONE THING*: and that's to find my phone, ipad or laptop if it goes missing.
Having said that, I have figured out how to turn off icloud on my ipad and my iphone (I am not using the phone as a phone, just as a glorified ipod) while keeping the "find my ipad/iphone" function active, BUT
I can't quite figure out how to do it on my laptop.
I seem to have done it already for photos, and for the calendar, (I know this from checking iCloud to see what it's got) but just cannot figure out how to turn it off for contacts.
And YES, I've backed up all of those things at LEAST 3 different ways, I just don't want the Cloud to be one of them.
So can anyone tell me how to turn off contacts in the cloud without it also magically deleting them in my laptop? (I had it happen on the ipad, that's why I'm worried.)
Thank you for understanding-I'm older and this stuff just keeps getting more complicated and I'm a simple person. I'll back up my own stuff!

If you are refering to documents such as Pages and Numbers files....
The only way around this is to "save as" you icloud documents using the associated app to a local folder on your mac.  Then turn off icloud.
Of course, when you sign off of icloud, the docs are removed from the mac, but remain in icloud.  In the future when you sign back in, the documents are available to you again.
Oh, and the icloud documents are also stored locally in ...
    ~/Library/Mobile Documents
Note that Library in the user's home folder is now hidden, so you'll have to set Finder to view hidden files.
The Mobile Documents folder has subfolder where copies of the doc/data files are stored.
You can move these files to another folder to save them.

  • I'm using same icloud and same apple ID on two iphones. Now i get calls from same number on both iphones at the same time. How to turn off that?

I'm using same icloud and same apple ID on two iphones. Now i get calls from same number on both iphones at the same time. How to turn off that?

Apple ID's are not device specific, so when you changed it on the iPad 2 it changed it on the iPhone 4 as well, since it's the same account still. What you need to do is create a second Apple ID (so you'll have two accounts, one for iPhone 4 and a seperate one for iPad 2).
To create a new Apple ID on your iPad 2:
    1) Go into Settings > Store.
    2) If you are already signed in, tap your Apple ID on the screen and you will be given a few options, one of which is to sign out of your account.
    3) After you sign out, now click the "Sign in" button.
    4) Tap "Create New Apple ID" and follow the instructions on-screen.
