My iphone 5 has recently started to make a very annoying beep when im using the keypad to enter in a phone number.Would anyone be able to tell me how to turn it off please.Thanks
Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.

In the US, it is possible to turn off the sound, but not just by using the mute switch (I know, I tried that and it did not work for me).

I need to have the camera silent because I mostly use it to scan portions of books at the library for research. Yes, that is allowed. I checked with the librarian. However, I do not want to bother other patrons of the library with the constant shutter sound. It is simply too annoying. So, I'm glad there is a solution out there. -

Not sure what you are wanting to do, but if you do not want to be signed into iCloud on your device, you would do that by deleting the iCloud account that is signed in on that device: Settings>iCloud, scroll to the bottom and press the delete button. Type in the Apple ID/iCloud password, and then answer each prompt until it is complete.
This is done directly on the device. There is no way to "turn off" iCloud on your device via a computer, unless you wipe the device and remove it from your iCloud account under the Find My iPhone app, but that requires that you wipe the device before you can remove it:

A few nights ago, my picky client finally upgraded his iPhone 4S' iOS 6 to iOS 7. He doesn't like the blurred background wallpaper image when using the phone feature (e.g., calling and talking). Is there a way to disable this new visual effect like in iOS 6? I am pretty sure this is by design by Apple.

I have the exact same problem with some apps.
Even when I try some websites in Safari and Chrome that require loading big chunks of data they crash.

Hi navbond007,
Digital camera's do have a sounds when a picture is being taken but this noise isn't artificial like in mobile phones it is the shutter mechanism. Some digital camera's shutter makes a low or no noise but they do have a beep to give an indication that a picture is being taken. In countries where this is compulsory by law it should give some indication that a picture is being taken.
Also please take into account one device is a phone and the other a dedicated camera.

Mute your computer before you shut it down.
Incidentally, that "annoying sound" is an audible notification that the Mac has successfully performed self-tests on startup. If you get anything other than a single chime, you have trouble.

How to turn off connection sound
When I connect my iPod to my iPod speakers it makes a sound that I previously disabled. However, yesterday I reset my iPod back to its factory settings just to remove any issues that may have developed with the software. Now I can't figure out how to turn off the connection sound. I have disabled all the sounds in the Settings menu, but can't disable the connection sound.
Any ideas?menu->setting->profile (assuming u in general profile)->option->personalize->keypad tone set to off.

How to turn off surround sound?
I am using Adobe Audition 3.0 for recording and mixing/mastering my music. I also use effects like reverb.
The problem is, when I mix it down, it turns into an audio file that has surround sound.
I don't want this, because you can hear strange sounds like echoes coming from the two back speakers, which causes the song to sound much more worse than when it comes just from two speakers.
So my question is: how can I turn off surround sound?
ThanksSince MP3 files don't inherently support Surround, I suspect that the reason for your strange rear noises has nothing to do with the format you are saving in at all, and everything to do with the way your speakers are set up to run on the PC. If you go to the Control Panel's 'Sounds' tab, you may find that there's a very simple solution to this!
