How to Turn Off Undo Closed Tab

As the title says, I am finding this feature to be very annoying and I would like to be able to disable this. It was never present in previous versions so I am hoping somewhere is just as annoyed with this new feature as I am. Does anyone know anyway to turn it off?

Hello, I have a big problem with Firefox: Session Manager & Undo Closed Tab addons are not working, Sync Is not working. History is working. How to fix this?

Firefox remembers history but doesn't remember closed tabs, sessions.
It happened after updating Fox to v. 19.0.2 on one computer.
In Firefox Options is set Use Custom Settings For History, everything is checked except Always Use Private Browsing Mode. So I am not in private browsing.
When I press on Undo Closed Button nothing happens & in session manager Save Session Button is greyed out. I've tried installing other add-ons that can remember tabs. tried to disable/reinstall these 2 add-ons. Did't help. On my 2nd computer I have same add-ons, same settings and they are working normally. on 3rd computer undo closed tabs works also. How to fix this? I decided to ask before doing Firefox Reset...
Sync is a separate problem. It works, but quite often it logs me out of Sync account. Then I can log in only using long recovery key and password (choosing option I don't have device with me because it does not accept keys for pairing device.)

I have exactly the same settings in Options (in both computers)
for history, these 2 add-ons and all other stuff in Options. The only difference is that on 1 pc sessions can be saved and closed tabs can be reopened, on other main pc they stopped to work. + no any other add-on that does similar things works on this pc.
It is also interesting that I can reopen closed visited sites from History Panel, but not by pressing the Button. For now I only manually bookmark links to a temporary folder.
Recently (some 2 month ago) I pressed x and Firefox closed all tabs without saving them without displaying save & quit pop up.
so I changed 4 settings in about.config
browser.tabs.warn on close true
browser.warn on quit true
browser.warn on restart true
browser.show.quit warning true
but the problem with sessions appeared only 1 week ago.
So I guess the problem is not with the History settings or other settings. Seems that something responsible for button or for storing info about tabs/sessions got corrupted. :(

Where can I lodge a complaint with the changes that have been made with the most recent firefox update? The two problems I have are tabs always appearing even when there is just one tab open. The second is the url search bar and the side search bar being no longer being able to search different engines. Firefox is about customization and choice. It isn't about forcing all users to abide by the lowest common denominator of users. I understand that these two changes were purposefully implemented but it is idiotic to force these changes on everyone. At the very least make the changes the default options, but give people the option. I know programs love to make themselves the default search, but I am smart enough to deselect them as the default. Please don't punish me with unwanted changes to firefox because other people don't know how to customize a browser. The customization is what I love about firefox. Please give us users back the ability to customize. I know this isn't probably the correct place to lodge these complaints, but I didn't know where else to post. All I want is to turn off always on tabs, and to be able to search google in one bar and wikipedia in the other. Is that too much to ask?

I have a radio show where I play music from my computer while I am importing CDs and I need to know how to turn off the alert sound in itunes that tells me that a cd has been completely imported such that it will not play on my show. If you're doing a radio show, chances are you don't want ANY of the silly sound effects coming through your speakers. At least, I wish everyone doing audio work did that. (I hear that dumb Windows click all the time on the local NPR station.) Anyway, if you go into "System Preferences" and click on "Sound", use the "Sound Effects" tab to set the alert volume all the way to the left (off). And, while you're there, uncheck the 3 radio buttons below about playing sound effects. That should do it.

Just disable it -
Task manager > Startup > Click "Yoga Picks" > Click "disable"
Next time you start your computer no more annoying pop ups. If you want to be annoyed again you can always re-enable it.

I simply want to know how to turn off iCloud* without losing my contacts

Call me old fashioned, but I really do NOT want to use iCloud EXCEPT for ONE THING*: and that's to find my phone, ipad or laptop if it goes missing.
Having said that, I have figured out how to turn off icloud on my ipad and my iphone (I am not using the phone as a phone, just as a glorified ipod) while keeping the "find my ipad/iphone" function active, BUT
I can't quite figure out how to do it on my laptop.
I seem to have done it already for photos, and for the calendar, (I know this from checking iCloud to see what it's got) but just cannot figure out how to turn it off for contacts.
And YES, I've backed up all of those things at LEAST 3 different ways, I just don't want the Cloud to be one of them.
So can anyone tell me how to turn off contacts in the cloud without it also magically deleting them in my laptop? (I had it happen on the ipad, that's why I'm worried.)

If you are refering to documents such as Pages and Numbers files....
The only way around this is to "save as" you icloud documents using the associated app to a local folder on your mac. Then turn off icloud.
Of course, when you sign off of icloud, the docs are removed from the mac, but remain in icloud. In the future when you sign back in, the documents are available to you again.
Oh, and the icloud documents are also stored locally in ...
~/Library/Mobile Documents
Note that Library in the user's home folder is now hidden, so you'll have to set Finder to view hidden files.
The Mobile Documents folder has subfolder where copies of the doc/data files are stored.
You can move these files to another folder to save them.

Apple ID's are not device specific, so when you changed it on the iPad 2 it changed it on the iPhone 4 as well, since it's the same account still. What you need to do is create a second Apple ID (so you'll have two accounts, one for iPhone 4 and a seperate one for iPad 2).
To create a new Apple ID on your iPad 2:
1) Go into Settings > Store.
2) If you are already signed in, tap your Apple ID on the screen and you will be given a few options, one of which is to sign out of your account.
3) After you sign out, now click the "Sign in" button.
4) Tap "Create New Apple ID" and follow the instructions on-screen.

Firefox 12 doesn't load bookmarks in sidebar, home pages don't open, undo closed tab won't work.

Firefox 11 worked fine. Firefox 12 seemed to install too fast. Now, when opening Firefox, bookmarks don't load in sidebar, even though the top of the sidebar says "bookmarks." Home pages won't load on opening Firefox---only a new tab. Clicking on the little house icon opens the home pages. Display closed tabs icon is dark and Undo closed tabs won't work. Sometimes the toolbar with File, Edit, View etc goes so dark it virtually disappears. I have Vista OS. Reinstalling Firefox 12 didn't help. Is there a fix, or can I go back to Firefox 11?

Do a clean (re)install and delete the Firefox program folder (C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\).
Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.
