How to Turn On/Off Airplane mode in windows through powershell script

I want to turn on and off Airplane mode through powershell script, any way for this?
I know that there are some exe files that can be used, but still I want to do this from powershell script.

To add multiple users to one group, I wouldn't use a .csv file since the only value you need from a list is the users to be added.
To start create a list of users that should be added to the group, import this list in a variable called $users, the group distinguishedName in a variable called $Group and simply call the ActiveDirectory cmdlet Add-GroupMember.
$Users = Get-Content -Path 'C:\ListOfUsernames.txt'
$Group = 'CN=MyGroup,OU=MyOrg,DC=domain,DC=lcl'
Add-ADGroupMember -Identity $Group -Members $Users

Turning on/off child mode

Hello, just downloaded a children's app to my new iPad. Does anyone know how to turn on/off child mode? I was asked initially when I opened for the first time, but can't figure out how to change it now. Thank u.

Is this a setting in the app? Or do you mean Guided Access? To disable Guided Access, triple tap the Home button. If you mean some setting within the app, you'll need to contact the developer. Or, at the very least, give us the name of the app.

Go to System Preferences (under the Apple logo in the menu bar). Choose "General". Click "Always close windows when quitting an application".
That should fix it.

My iPhone 3gs backed up to the iCloud just fine, but my new iPhone 5 gives me an error and says to turn off airplane mode or use wi-fi. It is connected to my wi-fi and airplane mode is off. It can see the internet just fine. What gives?

I backed up my iPhone 3GS to iCloud. Activated my iPhone 5 and restored it from iCloud. But iPhone 5 will not backup to iCloud, only to my MacBook. You mean take the cover off of the iPhone, to look inside? I'd recommend against it. Even with warranty expired, you might qualify for an out-of-warranty service, which for 3GS is $149.
Other than that, any repair/service options are going to cost money. You might want to see if a wireless carrier will let you get a new contract & phone.
Out of curiousity, you're just using at as, basically, an iPod Touch, if there's no cell provider? Did I understand that correctly?

I just had the same issue.
resolution:
get to your network settings - disable wifi, then enable 3G and cellular connection
Now get back to icloud backup menu and try to enable. of course it wont work. back again to network settings switch wifi back on, and got to icloud again. This time it will allow you to set your backup

To delete visual voicemails requires data or internet access via a carrier's cellular network. Visual voicemail access with the iPhone is not done via wi-fi. It is done via the cellular data or internet network only.

Generally speaking, the iPad backup process is a disaster recovery process, not an archive process. Typically, when creating a new backup, the old one is erased.
If you go to iTunes' Preferences (under the leftmost heading in iTunes' menu on your computer) and then choose "Devices", do you see the specific backup you want to restore listed there? If so, you can restore it. If not, I don't believe you can.

Why are search queries automatically cleared from search bar? How to turn this off?

Every time I search, the search bar query automatically clears itself 5-30 seconds later. I find this annoying and am just trying to determine if it is a FF feature or an add-on and how to turn it off.

In 10.6 or earlier go to: Apple / System Preferences / Universal Access and turn off Voice Over.
In 10.8 go to: Apple / System Preferences / Accessibility / VoiceOver and uncheck the box for Enable VoiceOver.
