How to unactive VC 7.1 when the system start

Hello,
I try to unactive the restart of VC when the system is starting up but not uninstall VC.
I have desactivated the service with nwa but VC restart when the system sap is started.
If anybodies have an idea about this =)

depends on the system and OS version.
If the CD-ROM and tape-drive are SCSI (on separate channel from the system disk), just attach them and issue devfsadm -C disks; devfsadm -C tapes (Solaris >= 8) or drvconfig; disks; tapes (Solaris < 8)
If the CD-ROM is IDE, impossible without restart !
Anyway review the manpages for the above mentioned commands.

Here are the steps that should help:
1. Close all applications.
2. Go into the Finder>Home>Library>Preferences
3. Delete 'com.apple.iDVD.plist' and 'com.apple.iTunes.plist'
4. Restart Immediatley.

How can i fix a clip when the video and audio are not matching up? I imported the video from a junkdrive in a .VOB format and concerted to a .mov the videos were filmed on a miniDVD recorder.

I would try detaching the audio and the dragging the audio to the left or right until it lines up.

In order to download the software, your computer must meet the system requirements to run the software.

The usual reason for not being able to download is that Premiere Pro (and other video apps such as After Effects) are 64 bit only so they require a 64 bit computer and a 64 bit operating system.
If you're running a 32 bit computer and operating system then you will not see the Premiere Pro icon since the software will not run on your computer.

It sounds like maybe you installed a trial at some point in the past and trashed the application folder rather than doing an uninstall?

Yes i am hoping staff here will look into things, even if i can not get the speeds back what i previously had for near 6 months it would be nice to know why i can not and why the download has dropped by around 10Mb and why my upload is now inconsistant.
Ironically the post concerned got edited because i actually posted the full rather silly reply the Indian call centre made babbling on about down rates rather than the uprate i queried with them.
Bit of a shambles really no real way on BTs web site to contact anyone with regards to broadband issues.
The form which you kindly suggested and i appreciated your help ended up in the hands of someone who either did not bother to read the query or just had such a poor grasp of English they did not understand the query.
Pretty pathetic really when BT are the largest telco in the UK. I think ill be taking my broadband business elsewhere regardless at the end of my 18 month contract, while im sure staff here are wonderful and may even yet help me, i do not particularly want to go through the almost like pulling teeth pain of getting any future issue looked at.
They are great at quickly fixing voice line problems and have a great test on their site. Broadband side of things and support for that though seems a shambles.

The support columns show this isn't an isolated incident with all sorts of solutions possible.
This is a simple task - there should be a simple method for the system to recognize SD cards.

Cookies get encoded into a URL using the method in HttpServletResponse: response.encodeURL() or encodeRedirectURL().
That method determines whether or not it prints out the session id as part of the url, or it gets uses cookies.
You can try: request.isRequestedSessionIdFromCookie().
If that is true, you know that session cookies are supported (or at least that one was)
