How to uncapitalize in Pages

Question

Hi guys,
Ihave just switched to my first ever Apple computer and am absolutly loving it, but i just can't find out how to do something:
if you accidently write a sentence with all capitals is then any way to change it with out deleting the whole sentence and typing it again.
I know that in windows (word) you can press F3 if thats helps

TextEdit and Pages, and other Cocoa-based applications have support for this, but by default it isn't enabled. I think that this comes from MacOS X's history in the NeXTstep operating system, but I digress.
Apple has a page describing this on their developer web site, and there was this MacOSXHints article.
To bind F3 to make your selection all lower-case, here's some distilled instructions, but it's not the simplest thing in the world:
Create a new document in TextEdit and paste in this text, including the {}'s. The box character in quotes is the Unicode value for F3. Copying & pasting from Safari should work. I don't know about other browsers.<PRE>{

Save the document as DefaultKeyBinding.dict:
In the Save panel, where it says Plain Text Encoding, choose Unicode (UTF-8). You should get an alert warning about the extension. You do want .dict as the extension.
In the Finder, the Library folder in your home directory.
Create a new folder within it named KeyBindings.
Move your newly created DefaultKeyBinding.dict to the KeyBindings folder.
If Pages is running, quit it.
Launch Pages. F3 should now lowercase your selection, or the word containing the insertion caret.
Other similar functionality that you can enable with this technique includes uppercase and capitalize.
