How to uninstall Acrobat XI Free from Mac...

Hello,
I have downloaded adobe acrobat reader XI (Free) on MacBook (10.7.5).
Now I wont to uninstall it, but after running uninstall option programm gives me information that to remove one programm I need to download another one,
The Adobe Application Manager. Ok no problem I have downloaded it, but after running it there are no options to uninstall or do what ever with acrobat reader XI free version, there is only option to Try A.R. XI Pro.
How ?

If you were using an earlier version of Adobe Acrobat before you downloaded the XI Trial, this might help make your Mac act like it did before XI came into your life:
Select (i.e., highlight; do NOT open) a .pdf file that is on your desktop.
Then (in Finder) choose File > Get Info.
In the Info window, click the triangle next to “Open with”
Select the version of Acrobat you want to use from the pop-up menu.
Then click "Change All".
I am happy with Acrobat X and wish I had never downloaded the XI Trial.  I still have not found any way to get the XI trial out of my life (i.e., off of my MacBook Pro).  Nor have I found any way to make Acrobat X (instead of XI) my default for opening .pdf files.  However, after going through the steps listed above, Acrobat X once again "acts like" it is the default application for opening .pdf files.  That means now (even though XI STILL shows up as the default when I select "open with") when I click on any .pdf file to open it, Acrobat X opens it, sparing me the MADDENING appearance of Adobe's notice saying my XI trial has expired and I have to buy XI to make that notice go away.  If you have found a better solution (i.e., a way to get rid of the XI trial altogether...) please let me know!
