How to uninstall itunes in ipad2

How to uninstall itunes in ipad2,
I have the USA itunes but will change to Swedish.

If you want to change the iTunes store on the iPad go to Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap on your ID, tap View Apple ID and enter your password. Then scroll down to change Country or Region and tap that option and change the store there.

how to uninstall itune and reinstall again?

Before you try un-installing iTunes you need to de-authorize the computer (otherwise, as I found out the hard way, iTunes will think that you've got 2 authorized computers on your account instead of just one).  You should also make sure that you have full backups of all your media content.  You can also back up the iTunes library file which contains your ratings, play counts, etc... which, depending on the size of your library, will save a bucketful of time after the re-installation.
If you've on a pc then the uninstall itself works the same way as if you were uninstalling any other software: go to Add or Remove Programs, select iTunes, click "Remove"... and wait (it'll take a while to complete).  Then go to the iTunes website and download it.
After that, you can re-load your media files, and import the library, from your backups.  iTunes should work just as well as it did before the re-installation.
    Hope this helps!

How to Uninstall iTunes from my Mac (for installing it latter)

First, that is the jist of the message if you try to delete it. After that it is speculation.
After that, you can't sync your iDevices, but the OP doesn't care about that. It also is linked closely with displaying and playing various media on the Mac.
But then again, I don't think either of us are Apple developers. So why are you trying to bully your opinion on me, without offering any proof of your opinion?
And you are the one who stated your position was an opinion
I took the stance that we had opposing opinion.
You have shown a way to do it, but just because you can, doesn't mean you should.

You should be able to simply visit: http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ to download iTunes, and run the installer to overwrite your previous version...

I don't think this will fix your problem with restoring your iPhone 4 though. That is likely a seperate issue.
but i can do it with any windows?
Yes, you can theoretically restore your iPhone with any computer running the most current version of iTunes (10.6.3) unless there is some other issue.
    I get error code(21)
According to this support article: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3694#error21:
"These errors typically occur when security software interferes with the restore and update process. FollowTroubleshooting security software issues to resolve this issue. In rare cases, these errors may be a hardware issue. If the errors persist on another computer, the device may need service."
Do you run any anti-virus or third-party firewalls on your computer? Try disabling them and trying the restore process again. It may be possible that one of these security applications is interfering with the iPhone's ability to authenticate with Apple's servers.

  • How to Uninstall iTunes when not in Add/Remove

How do you uninstall iTunes when it does not appear in Add/Remove programs. For the record, I have used the Window Install Clean-up Utility as described in another thread. Although iTunes appeared in the utilities' list, and seemed to process my request to uninstall (it disappeared from the list), all iTunes program files still remain on my computer, and the icon still appears on my desktop.
    Thanks - Jeff.

    I figured it out.

  • How to uninstall iTunes and iTunes process

I'm running Photoshop and Dreamweaver and I need all the memory I can get. I've uninstalled iTunes, but there's this AppleMobileDeviceService.exe that keeps getting run every time I start my computer up. Sure, I can Ctrl-Alt-Del my computer every time I start it up, but that's getting old. How can I stop this process from starting up -- how can I completely uninstall iTunes?

Perhaps you missed it, but I've already uninstalled iTunes. Yesterday, I even went so far as to uninstall Quicktime. I've reset my computer and, although I believe I've uninstalled all the Apple software on my computer, there is still an AppleMobileDeviceService.exe running on my system, taking up 2k of memory. I need all the memory I have.

  • HT1923 How to uninstall itunes 32 bit and install itunes 64 bit on windows vista 64

I installed 32 bit version of Itunes by mistake on a Windows Vista 64 bit computer.  I have lots of items in my Itunes library.  Can I uninstall the 32 bit version and install the 64 bit version without loosing my Itunes library?

Yes you can without losing your music. Here is a link to a good website that helps people install and / or uninstall iTunes properly. It can keep you from going completely nuts if you are running into any problems trying to install, reinstall or uninstall iTunes! You can find step by step instructions there to help you if you can't remove or install iTunes for any reason or if it got corrupted somehow. It also has other reference links that have helped a lot of people from going completely nuts with iTunes problems: http://HowToUninstalliTunes.com

  • How to uninstall Itunes if msi64 is missing

I have problem of updating or uninstall my itunes program.  It was looking for the msi64 file and said that the one I have in my computer is not correct.    Could someone help me?
    Thanks

    (1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):
    http://majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=4459
    (2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (If you're on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 system and you get a Code 800A0046 error message when doubleclicking the msicuu2.exe file, try instead right-clicking on the msicuu2.exe file and selecting "Run as administrator".)
    (3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
    (4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
    (5) Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time?

  • How to update itunes on ipad2 to version 11?

MMy ipad2 was starting to go berzerk with anything to do with itunes.  I do not sync that often.  When I went to sync with my Mac, it said my iPad could not be used because I did not have version 11.  It send you to a generic website... That is no help.

You are being told to update iTunes on the computer, not the iPad.

  • How to uninstall iTunes

    Hello all,
recently, iTunes on my iMac stopped being able to access the gracenote database to identify CDs, track listings, etc.  The problem is very similar to that described by those on Yosemite:  Getting error 'user not registered for online use' when getting track names on iTunes 12.0.1 on OSX Yosemite
However, I'm running OS X 10.9.5 (Maverick), iTunes 12.0.1.26, on an iMac: 27-inch, Late 2012.
I've looked for the files in question in the above link and cannot find them on my hard drive. I tried to delete (so I could reinstall) iTunes, but was given the error msg: "iTunes cannot be deleted because it is needed by OS X".
When I created a new admin account, gracenote did work, but then my library, favorites, and dock settings were inaccessible.  I don't want to "move" everything from my current acct to a new admin acct as that would take an inordinate amount of time.
    Suggestions??
    thanks,
    SB

    Eric,
thanks for the suggestion.  I had looked in the library folder previously, but I didn't recall looking in the preferences folder.  So, I just looked again, and I was able to find the following files:
    com.apple.iTunes.001b63a108b6.plist
    com.apple.itunes.eq.plist
    com.apple.itunes.tiff
    com.apple.screensaver.itunesartwork.001b63a108b6.plist
I deleted the 1st listing. (I made a backup copy 1st). I also emptied the trash.
I then re-installed Itunes. However, the problem is the same - I get the error message "No Error" when I manually try to get the gracenote database access.
I didn't think that deleting the EQ plist or the artwork plist would be needed.
that being said, since the above didn't solve the problem, I went back into the library and saw that there is now a com.apple.itunes.gracenote.plist and com.apple.itunes.plist and com.apple.itunes.eq.plist and com.apple.ituneshelper.plist.
So I re-deleted those files above and re-installed itunes 12 again and this time it worked! it didn't automatically query gracenote, but I was able to do it manually.
    thanks again.
    sb
