How to uninstall trial of Acrobat XI

I had a trial version of Acrobat XI pro. I paid for and downloaded the full version when trial ended.
When I try to open it I get the message that the trial has ended and do I want to buy. How do I uninstall the trial?

You can convert the trial version of Acrobat to a licensed software.
On the trial screen, Click on "License this Software " and then enter your Adobe Id and Serial number to license it.

If you still want AA7 running, then open Acrobat and use Help>Repair. If you cannot open Acrobat, then in Windows go to Control Panel>Programs & Features, select AA7 and repair. I don't know how to uninstall the trial version of elements 6. I can't load the new disc i bought today until the trial is removed.....I get errors. 2hrs with tech support was no help at all. Any thoughts.

I’m not sure if Photoshop Elements does it, but some software developers have their software periodically “phone home” to them. The software reports back to the developer’s web site and says, “Hi, I’m serial number 12345v6 and I’m running on a computer with the serial number of C02FCCD7DF92”. I don’t know the reporting interval, but let's say this phone home process happens once a week. This phone home process can only happen when you have launched the software on a computer and that computer is connected to the Internet.
By recording and comparing the serial numbers, this allows the software developer to know if you have installed this version of the software on more than one computer - which is a real No-No.
I don’t know that Photoshop Elements is using this phone home option, but how else could Adobe know that you are running the same serial number of Elements on two different computers? It’s not as though you’re phoning Adobe.
I don’t believe that there is a “deactivate” option that you need to select. What if the old computer had died yesterday, and you no longer could launch Elements to select a deactivate option?
If I’m right, you could “deactivate” the software, if you just stop using Elements on the old computer. That’s a bit dangerous because if you were to accidentally launch this software on the old computer - it will phone home.
To insure that you are safe, I’d uninstall the version by putting the version of Elements on the old computer in the trash, and emptying the trash. You then would only have the software installed on one computer.

I installed a trial version Adobe Acrobat Pro from the Creative Cloud list on my Mac Pro 10.7.5. First, although I was supposed to have a 30 day free trial, it expired immediately. Worse, every time I try to open my former Adober Acrobat, I get prompted to buy a yearly subscription to Acrobat pro and cannot use my older version. I have tried various ways to uninstall the Acrobat Pro version and to get back to normal, with no success. Anyone out there to help or must I spend money on an international call to ask Adobe what to do? It seems that they have shut down their "chat" service. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you. If you tried to uninstall the trial by dragging it to the Trash, that's not the right way.
There should be an uninstaller in this location: Applications > Utilities > Adobe Installers. The installers/uninstallers are in that folder.

The full serial number is not available on the machine in a way that you can get to it. You have to have the serial number from the jewel case or the information provided by Adobe if downloaded. For the download, you should always backup to CD or other media and save the serial number with the backup.
If you registered your installation, you can get help from Adobe if you lost the serial number (never tried, but that is what folks are told).

Most Mac applications come in self-contained packages (ctrl-click, or right-click, & you will see Show Package Contents), they can just be dragged to the trash.
Some applications have their own uninstaller which must be run.
With Adobe Reader 8, I believe the icon in Applications is a folder so just drag it to the trash & empty the trash. I believe Download Manager (Applications/Utilities) should be the same. Someone may know different.
There is also AppZapper or AppDelete. These work by you dragging & dropping the application you wish to delete onto its icon, AppZapper/AppDelete then pulls all parts of that application together then moves it to the trash.

PSE installation issues - How do you uninstall trial version???

I've read several posts about this already, but I can't seem to figure out how to uninstall the trial version of PSE for mac. (I am getting the critical errors/incompatible payloads error message. Shame on Adobe for not fixing this yet.)
I read not to dump it into the trash. But when I launch the program from untilities I don't see any option to unintall. One post said to "remove it" How do you do this? The delete key doesn't work. How on earth do you uninstall something? I can't even get into the trial version because it keeps asking for a serial number (and I've read entering it doesn't help. I'm so lost, and really didn't plan on spending my hard earned Friday night doing this.) Any help would be much much appreciated!

There is no uninstaller. The only two icons in the Adobe Installer folder were something called Exented Scripts Installer and the Photoshop Elements icon. I got tired of messing around with it after several hours and finally ran the cleanscript 3 program which worked; I was able to install the purchased version right away. It still really bothers me that I could not figure out how to uninstall though, I'm sure I will need to in the future.
I wonder if my computer is just missing this installer/uninstaller option?

How to uninstall Microsoft Office trial on Satellite A200?

I have a Satellite A200. It came with Vista Premium but I have since upgraded to Ultimate. It came with a 60 day trial for Office 2007 which I am not interested in. I installed Office XP (which works). However documents from emails etc will start opening in Word 2007. Setup for this causes an error, although it still seems to work when you get rid of the error message.
What I really want to do is uninstall the trial. However it won't let me - it goes through "Preparing to uninstall" and then that just disappears and nothing has happened and the program is still there. In the Microsoft Office folder the 2 versions seem to have become intermingled. I have uninstalled Office XP and tried to uninstall 2007 after that, but still no joy.
Don't know if it's got anything to do with fact that setup has not completed properly.
Any ideas anyone on how to get rid of it?

Usually you should be able to remove all applications in the Windows Vista -> Software settings.
What you could do is to remove the whole Office 2007 folder. Usually the Office lives the files here:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office
Then you could use an 3rd party freeware application called CCleaner to clean the registry!
