How to unlock an iphone5. which was paid in full price

While my family were on vacation in Montreal, Canada, they bought me an iphone5.unfortunately, when i tried to activate the phone in Saudi arabia the phone is locked, allthough they paid full price for it.how can i unlock the phone from Saudi Arabia?

You will need to speak with the Carrier (service provider) that the handset is locked to. Only they can release the phone.

I had the same problem. Kept getting message of waiting for activation or check network connections. I also tried every solution out there and nothing worked. This did though: I download the newest version of itunes (through Internet Explorer - Google Chrome wouldn't work). It pulled in my entire library thank goodness and then I plugged my iphone 4s into the computer. I let itunes find it, did a complete backup in icloud, then did a restore. Entire process took a couple of hours, but I now have imessage and facetime back. I was about ready to give up on Apple and go get a different phone ~

When you connected to iTunes and restored, did you get the
'Congratulations. Your iPhone is now unlocked' message?
If not, first try again. Follow the procedure in the email
AT&T sent you exactly - do not skip steps. If still no success,
contact AT&T as the problem is on their end.
Do you have a sim in the iPhone when trying to activate it?
You must put a sim into the iPhone for activation to compllete.

Yes, the iPhone 5S is a global phone. However, Sprint will only unlock phones for use on GSM networks outside of the U.S. In the U.S., that phone can only be used on Sprint's network.

I was on a visit to US for few months and have had Verizon Iphone4s previously which was unlocked by verizon and with that i used in my country local SIM. How to Remove Digital Signature which was activated

   I activated digital Signature for Inpection lot for a material.
   Now when i am trying to remove the Digital Signature which was activated earlier i am unable to do this, could anybody help you in this regard.
   I removed the entries from Central Functions-> Authorization Groups
And even i modified the material for Inspection method .
But even after that also when i am trying to change the Inspection Usage it is asking for the Digital Signature

Account was paid in full for 90 days but several weeks later it was deleted.

I paid $30 on May 16 so I would get the 90-day plan. I received two emails within a few hours saying that it had gone through and my $30 was accepted. It also said my account was paid up through August 16th. Several weeks later I got an email saying my account was not paid up and my initial $25 payment would expire in a few days. About a week ago I got another email saying my account had been deleted since I had never paid. So, I have paid and I have emails stating such, and my credit card account shows the $30 was accepted by AT&T. My account should be paid in full from May 16 through August 16. I have needed to use the device for internet but cannot as my account has been deleted. Help!

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". Don't post information such as this on a public user forum. This is a public user to user forum for technical questions so nobody here will be able to help you and you are NOT addressing Apple here. If you want help, then you'll need to contact Sprint. They are the only ones that can help you.
However, Sprint is what is known as a cdma carrier and if their phones are like Verizon, then it is not locked. From the iPhone 4s version it was required that any cdma phone with a sim card portion for gsm use should be unlocked out of the box and this is the same for Verizon, which is the other cdma carrier. The sim card tray should be unlocked already, so get a key and open the sim card tray and insert and local sim card in the phone and it should detect a network in China and you can use the phone.
Other than this, if the phone is not unlocked, then you are out of luck and you won't be able to use it. You would need to contact Sprint directly to get the sim portion of the phone unlocked for use with the gsm network in China.
If you can't do this, then your only other alternative is to purchase a phone in China that you can use and will work with the Chinese networks.
Think before you buy next time and check that the phone is compatible and will work where you want to use it.
Other than this, then contact Sprint directly to see if they will unock it if it is in fact locked or buy a new phone.
