I have a iPHONE5 on contract with EE, the ontract is more than 2 years old. Last uear i contacted EE to unlock it so that i can change SIM when travelling. I was told that i would have received an email with instruction on how to do so and that i would have been charged a fee on my bill. I never received any email and left for Brazil with the telephone locked. This year i will go to Brazil again and will want to use a local Sim card. How can i do so? Now the tel is longer than 2 years on contract, so i should be abl;e to do it easily, Please let me know Thanks

Take out the SIM card and insert it into another phone. Then deactivated the SIM lock and put it back into the phone you want to activate.

If you mean you want to change the iCloud ID your phone is signed into on your phone (which looks like an email address), you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iDevice, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use.
If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, and your old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password. -

about 3 years ago I bought an iPhone 3Gs. it was a second hand phone from CeX in UK. my wife has been using this phone until the contract have run out. then I have sent this phone to my sister in Poland but I have forgotten to remove the SIM lock. apparently, she wasn't able to do so for her own so she requested some kind of help. today I went to O2 Shop and asked to unlock the phone. I gave them an IMEI number. unfortunately, I've been told, they're not happy to help me as I wasn't the first owner... they suggested me to call Apple instead.

How to "relink" the iTunes library linked with my iPhone 4 with out lost my iPhone apps
When I started to use iPhone, I synchronize it with my MacBook and the iTunes playlist currently in use on this computer. Unfortunately my computer and my Time Machine backup had an accident and I should change the HD of the Macbook and the external disk with the Time Machine, I lost any info on both. After this when I finally started up with the new disk I just sync the iPhone (It was so new for me and I didn't know anything about playlists, devices authorization and so on) but when I try to sync the movies saved on the MacBook iTunes to the iPhone it says that it (the iPhone) is linked to another iTunes playlists, and I can't transfer (or sync) the purchases (music or video) did from my computer to the phone, even if I'm using the same apple ID.
I was reading about and it seems I should erase my iPhone and link again to this computer but I'm afraid of lost all my info, photos, and of course my apps that I already pay. Otherwise I would like to solve this asap, because I'm changing computer and I should sync everything to the new one, hoping to do it with all my info synchronized.

You have a few options for getting the information off of your phone and onto your new computer, but I will recommend a few for you to save time. This iPhone is not currently setup to work with carrier you're attempting to use. Please insert another SIM card from a supported carrier or request that this iPhone be unlocked.It sounds like you or someone else hacked the phone to unlock it. Updating it locked it to the original carrier.
How did you unlock it? The ONLY legitimate way is to ask the carrier it is locked to to unlock it. Any other way requires hacking or jailbreaking the phone. -
How do I unlock the sim card if my iPhone 5 has not been activated?
I gave my iPhone 5 to my mom, so I restored it first (by going through Find my iPhone and deleting the phone and restoring it), and now my mom got a new nano sim card. When I enter it into the phone, it says "Your iPhone could not be activated because the activation server is temporarily unavailable."
When I try to activate it through iTunes, it says "The SIM card inserted in this iPhone is PIN locked. Please enter the PIN code of your SIM card and connect your iPhone to iTunes again". But how do I enter the pin code if the phone is not activated? I don't see any option of unlocking the pin, I only see "Choose language", then "Choose WiFi", and then it attempts to activate but fails every time.

When you open iTunes this message appears. The sim card inserted in this iPhone does not Appear to be supported. Only compatible SIM cards from a supported Carrier may bre used to activate iPhone. Please insert the SIM card That came with your iPhone or visit a supported Carrier's store to receive a replacement sim card.

I have a factory unlocked 4s I'm having trouble with the mms with straight talk I've been useing the sim swap system with tmobile i have put the settings in five times. The setting won't stay it works for a while and then it's gone. I'm not in a good coverage area but when i put the settings in i make sure i'm getting a good signal or near wifi. any suggestions would be great.

I understand you have done all necessary troubleshooting steps that should have enabled you to send messages to iPhone users without them having to disable iMessage. Have you tried contacting Apple Support regarding the inability to send a text message to iPhone users? Apple can be reached at (800) 275-2273.
In addition, do you get a certain error message when your WiFi stops working? Have you verifed that Auto Switch network is disabled? To disable this setting simply to go Settings > Wi-Fi > Tap the Menu Key(to the left of the home button) > Select Advanced and it is called `Auto network switch. The term "factory unlocked" has no meaning. Your phone was not legitimately unlocked. Contact the carrier it is locked to and find out if you can get it unlocked.
