How to update a BLOB

Hi everyone!
I have a form like this:
FILE: [__________] [BROWSE...]
[ BUTTON ]
TO_UPDATE | FILE_NAME
(RADIOBUTTON) | FILE1 id1
(RADIOBUTTON) | FILE2 id2
(RADIOBUTTON) | FILE3 id3
(RADIOBUTTON) | FILE4 id4
I already could add files when I click on the BUTTON, but I want to update too,
The updating must be when I click in the radio button of the specific row,
The action of the radio button is the action of the file, that is a window is open for selecting a file and after that you click in the Button for updating this row
Every row is a file and every one of this has a id of file, How do I send the parameter for id_file for udpating?

We need a little more information in order to answer your question.
Are you storing the file in an application schema table, and is the primary key for the table the file ID?
I am not sure I understand when you say that, "the action of the radio button is the action of the file".
I could see it work like this,
To add a file
1. The user selects a file for upload with the file browser item.
2. They press the button Add button, which submits the page and the file is inserted into an application schema table.
To update a file
1. The user selects a file for upload with the file browser item.
2. They Click on a radio button for the file they want to update, The selection of the radio button submits the page and the file is used to update the file identified by the radio button.
Alternately and probably less prone to user error
To update a file
1. The user selects a file for upload with the file browser item.
2. They Click on a radio button for the file they want to update
3. They click an Update button that submits the page and the file is used to update the selected file.
If these scenarios are what you are trying to accomplish I can help, if this is not what you are trying to do then you need to explain better what you wish to do.
