    Content is forever tied to the Apple ID that bought it. Apple does not transfer content from one Apple ID to another. Apple does not merge Apple IDs. You will never be able to access your content bought with one Apple ID with a new Apple ID.

    I think it belongs to connecting to apple servers at a whole.
    When I use the AppStore and tries to download or update any existing app, I get this message " can't download from the App Store "
    Also when I try to update my iOS it says FAILED
    This happens every 2 weeks and lasts about another 2 weeks
    I don't know what's wrong or how to fix it, Any help ?

  • Every time I try to update my existing apps I'm not successful and I get a message saying it can't connect. I've try changing my password and still no success.

    It's a credit card, not a debit card ? As far as I know that message will show if you are trying to use a card that was not issued by a bank in the same country as where your iTunes account is based (and you need to be in that country).   • How do I make updater recognize existing apps?

    I had an update problem with the latest Bridge CC update and a chap from Adobe, using remote access, got my stuff updated.  Now, however, my CC updater (and the update facility in PS) only seem to recognize the new Bridge CC in the preferences.  My versions of Photoshop CC and Photoshop CS6 and Bridge CS6 are no longer listed for update checking.
    How does one reinstate these apps to be recognized for updating?

    Ok, Jeff; I did that -- and it doesn't appear to have helped. Everything appears to be the same as it was.  Specifically:
    Adobe Creative Cloud still shows Photoshop CC, Bridge CC, Extension Manager CC, and Photoshop CS6 as "Up to Date."  But, as I said earlier, that's what it showed when in fact there was a Bridge CC update to be had -- and Creative Cloud didn't seem to be recognizing it.
    And, when I go into Photoshop CC and look at Updates, the Preferences for "Only show updates for the following products" continues to show only Bridge CC and none of the other applications.
    Is it necessary to uninstall and reinstall all the other applications in order that their presence will be made known?  I hope not.
    Also Jeff, could you tell me how one can check on the latest version numbers for these Adobe products.  They don't seem to be listed on the Adobe site.  If, as appears likely, I am not going to be notified by Adobe Creative Cloud about new updates, I will need to know when new updates in fact are available so that I can update things manually.

    maybe its a stupid question, but: how is the updating process using a single app?
    Until now we created auto-renewable apps with newsstand using dps folio producer
    itunes connect and viewer builder. We build the issues at the in-app purchases and
    use the unique product-id we specified before in folio producer. That allows apple
    to find the right issue and allows updates as well, right?!?
    Right now i createad a single app without in-app purchases but i can't specify or
    write anywhere the product-id!? Do i have to publish the folio in folio producer,
    export the hole folio, recreating the hole distribution-viewer and re-upload to
    itunes connect? If we only want to update two stacks, should we update them all?
    I want to repeat my self: its a stupid question, but i have no idea, sorry... I'm a rookie...

    The Product ID in a single-issue app isn't important. Updating a single-issue app is fairly painless:
    1. In Folio Builder/Folio Producer, edit the articles, upload them, update folio, export .zip file.
    2. In Viewer Builder, edit the existing app. Specify the new .zip file. Download, sign and test .ipa file. Download and sign .zip file.
    3. In iTunes Connect, create a new version for your app. Use App Loader to submit new build to Apple.
    Whether you want to fix a single typo or rebuild the entire issue, the steps are the same.

    I am using CCM 2.0 and SRM 5.0 (EBP5.5).
    We are not using XI, so i guess we cant use the program "/ccm/file_upload".
    we have migrated the product master data from R/3.
    We have developed a report which takes product category as input and gives out flat file in csv format containg all the items in that prod category.
    Then we upload the file in CCM by logging thro the brpwser.
    Similarly, i can develop another program which will give me a CSV file foll all those items changed in R/3 in a day.
    Then we can upload that file in CCM.
    But i have doubt if it will update the existing items in catalog.
    Hope I could make myself clear.

    I recently received a message that I could update the Blackberry App world and I followed the update procedure and everything went well with the update.  In the process of doing the update a list of applications that are waiting for updates  was displayed.  I would like to do these updates to but I cannot get to the list again.  I have googled and tried this forum and the built in help but no luck.  Please let me know where I can locate this list to do my updates.     Hi and Welcome to the Community!
    It's been a couple of weeks since you posted, and I do hope you already found the answer. But, just in case, here are my thoughts.
    The list you see is inside of AppWorld...launch it and then go into MyWorld. That will have your list of apps, from which you can then perform the desired updates. If, however, it's not showing the updates pending anymore, then I suggest that you clear the AppWorld application cache:
    1. Open App World
    2. Go to My World
    3. Follow one (and only one!) of these steps:
    3a. For keyboard-based BB's -- Hold down the ALT key and then press, in sequence R, then S, then T
    3b. For Touch Screen Only BBs -- Hold the num-lock (!?123) button so it locks and then press, in sequence 3, then 4, then (
    3c. For newer (e,g., OS6 and 7) BB's, see this KB:

    4. AppWorld should close.
    5. If your BB locks after issuing the cache clear, perform a battery pull reboot
    6. Return to AppWorld (it may be sluggish while it re-synchronizes). Log into MyWorld (if applicable -- it will require both your BB ID username and password this time; it will not remember your BB ID username after a clear cache) and try again.
    If step (4) and or (6) do not happen as listed, then the clear cache did not work.
    Hopefully it'll work for you! Good luck and let us know!
