How to update autofill passwords

I have re-set a password the old one is stored on autofill. How do I edit the autofill password to put in the new one?

If you use the Password Manager then names and passwords are filled by the password manager.

Safari autofill password never updates

I use Autofill on Safari (Version 7.0.6) and I've recently changed my password on one website I use regularly.
I am given the option of 'Do you want to update the saved password for "......"?' and I choose update password, but, ever since I am asked this for this one website every single time I go to it.
If I say 'Not Now', then the password that Autofill uses is incorrect, so I can't win. I have also tried deleting this site from Safari Preferences Passwords list, then entering my credentials on the site, and Safari asks if I want to Save the Password again and I do, but the same thing happens, every single time I go to the site it asks if I want to update the password. It's driving me nuts!
Does anyone now how I can update my password for this one site once and for all so Safari doesn't keep asking if I want to update it (Or, make it so it accepts the changes that I do update?)

Back up all data before proceeding.
Launch the Keychain Access application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Keychain Access in the icon grid.
Select the login keychain from the list on the left side of the Keychain Access window. If your default keychain has a different name, select that.
If the lock icon in the top left corner of the window shows that the keychain is locked, click to unlock it. You'll be prompted for the keychain password, which is the same as your login password, unless you've changed it.
Right-click or control-click the login entry in the list. From the menu that pops up, select
          Change Settings for Keychain "login"
In the sheet that opens, uncheck both boxes, if not already unchecked.
From the menu bar, select
          Keychain Access ▹ Preferences ▹ First Aid
If the box marked
          Keep login keychain unlocked
is not checked, check it.
Select
          Keychain Access ▹ Keychain First Aid
from the menu bar and repair the keychain. Quit Keychain Access.

Found it. It is under keychain. Then you click the "i" button at the bottom of the page. It will pull up a box where you can check another box that states "show password". Then you will have to put in your keychain master password, and then .....boom! there it is.

Here is a procedure that should help.
1. Go to "Settings"
2. Go to "Mail, Contacts, Calendars"
3. Click the account you don't want anymore
4. Go to the bottom and click "Delete Account"
5. Confirm the deletion
6. Go back to "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" (if you're not there already)
7. Add your new account

Oh no! I'm sorry to see there's a lot of confusion here and data shared, x-rayDon. We can definitely work to fix. This happens when two devices share the same Apple ID, so she will need to reset hers. She can do so by assessing this link Apple - My Apple ID. You will need to decide who will keep the account if want separate Apple IDs since purchases cannot be shared unless you do Family Sharing.

I'm fairly new to the Keychain app, so when you initially set-up a new Keychain password, how do you update the password when it changes?
I know this can be done via Keychain Access eg double clicking the item and entering a new password, is this the only way of doing it?

I think you mean a Keychain items' password. Not the main Keychain application's.
In this case if you obtain the username and password from Keychain into a pre-filled form, you may change the password in the form and then the Keychain application will ask you for confirmation.
