How to update billing information?

Hello dear people,
I have recently received an email stating that ''We noticed that the payment method you use for your Creative Cloud membership will expire soon. Please update your billing information to ensure uninterrupted access to your Creative Cloud applications, services, subscriptions, and cloud storage.'' This is because my Debit Card has just expired and my monthly payment for Photoshop+Lightroom  is due to be collected on 14th. I would like to add the information of my new debit card, however when I go to 'manage plans' I can not find an option to edit my billing information, only to 'Cancel plan', which I am not willing to do. I would very much appreciate your help in pointing out where and how I could change my debit card details. And maybe also change my country, because I registered with Adobe ages ago, however my country of residence has changed since, but it does not allow me to change my address (country).

    Make sure that EVERY DETAIL is the same in every place you enter your information

    Hi Everyone.
    My sister and I have been having problems with our ipods. We both have the touch and because our dad bought both our ipods and our ipods were under the same name it was starting to sync eachothers music to each ipod instead of seperate. we also wanted to use 2 different credit cards. so we thought the best solution would be to just create her, her own account. Everything went smoothly and i realized there was an option to not add a credit card, being that shes under aged and only buys with gift cards anyway. Now im struggling because i entered her gift cards into her acount and every time she goes to buy a song it says confirm or varify billing information. I have tried re entering her account info, i tried adding a credit card, ive tried several things and it is not allowing me to varify the account and will tell me that my requist is unavailable at this time....
    does anyone know how to fix this problem soo she can buy songs

    The official Adobe page on how to do it is wrong. No where on my account page is there any information about billing. My account page does not match the information on the Adobe instructions.
    We had to change credit cards so if I cannot change the billing cc then Adobe will not be able to charge us at the next billing cycle.

Whenever I want to update apps, it asks me to view my billing information and it asks me to submit my informations again.     This could be to either to a billing issue with a previous purchase, or simply a routine verification of your payment information. I would try viewing the billing information and submitting your current information, then removing the card afterwards. You can remove the card by going to Settings > iTunes and App Stores > Tap on Apple ID, then choose "View Apple ID." From there, choose Payment informaiton, and "None" should be an available choice under payment type.

    I currently use extractor 0UC_SALES_STATS_01 to get sales figures from IS-U. It works fine but only gives data for which an invoice has been created.
    I would like to get all billing documents, including those for which no invoice has been created (not yet).

    Thanks for the info but both datasources extract the same data, only the loading method is different.
    Both datasources extract data for which a reconcilation key can be found.
    I want to extract billing data for which no reconciliation key is available in order to be able to figure out how much is still to be invoiced.
