I have been a Behance pro user for years. I need to update my credit card info. When navigated to the Adobe site, through the Behance site, I cannot find my payment options. When on Adobe, it does not display that I have any "Products"

    Each time that you add or change your card details then a small temporary store holding charge (i.e. $1) may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear off your account within a few days or so.

    For the past 26 days (4 days of CC remaining) I've tried updating my credit card information as I've received a new card from my bank. Now this shouldn't be a problem but every time I've followed the steps on the creative cloud website, I end up waiting 24 hours just to find out that the process has not worked. Through various phone calls and contact support chats I was told to phone my bank and see whether the problem is because I have blocks preventing me making payments to certain places. However, they then told me my card is fine, and has nothing that may stop making a payment, (the same as my first card which worked fine for 3 months).
    I then go through the very tedious process of updating my card information and waiting in the contact support chat system for someone to tell me the same thing, every single time. I really do not know what to do. I need CC for my current course at university, and with only 4 days left I don't want to be told to wait another 24 hours to see whether my payment has been accepted.
    The only thing I can think is different or odd is the fact that every time I update my information I am not asked to verify via password. Although on the walkthrough for updating credit card information it says this is the last step.
    If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it, this is truely my last option.

If it's something about 'a problem with a previous purchase' then that implies that iTunes wasn't able to collect the money for your last purchase, until that is paid off you won't be able to download anything from the store (including free items, redownloading, and app updates).
    Otherwise, on your phone try tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account  - that should give you a payments link on your account's page.

    My credit card  expiry needs updating. After three days of frustrating searches, I finally got my daughter, in another state, to log me on, but then all info in the web still doesn't tell me how to update. The web is bloody useless when seeking a simple answer. Several people report the same sort of problems. Can anyone please advise ?

  • Can't update credit card information

    I have updated the credit card information for our cloud account multiple times over the last few days.  I have been on hold for almost 2 hours.  Chat is unavailable. 
    I have tried all the instructions, including clearing the cache and using different internet browsers.
    This needs to be addressed immediately.  I can't have my entire business negatively impacted by this anymore than it already has.
    Please someone get back to me.
    PS - I have been on hold for over two hours now.  Seriously, not appreciating this situation at all.

    Well.. I posted this in another thread. I am posting here as well so that ppl who face this issue can get some help.
    I had the same credit card processing issue. Called the Adobe Helpline in my country. Was able to speak to a CSE after spending some horrible minutes with the IVR. He too faced the same problem when tried to update my credit card details. He admitted that there is some internal issues in the website. Finally he did something else and said that the details are updated now (I am guessing that he used another internal channel / portal to update my payment details). Assured that the processing will take place in next 2 hours and there shouldnt be any issues after that.

    On your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should be a payment link.  If you are doing it on your phone then tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account  - that should also give you a payments link on your account's page.

    To add to FQLT061; Open iTunes (download it if you don'thave it installed) and follow these instructions:
    1.) Sign into the iTunes Store using the intended ID and password. Re-click your Apple ID to access "account" or click "account" in the quick links of the iTunes store.
    2.) Click 'edit' next to "Payment Information." Select "None" from the list of credit card types. This will delete your billing information.
    3) Be sure to save your changes by selecting 'done' in the bottom right corner. Note that your credit card can be added to the account again at any time so if someone in the house has your credit card number, they might be able to add it bak.

    2.- Click on 'My Adobe' (upper right corner underneath the search box)
    3.- Once you are in 'My Adobe' look under My Products and services and click on 'My subscriptions and services'
    4.- Find Creative Cloud membership and click on Active on the right side
    5.- A new pop-up window will come up and you can edit away just click on EDIT BILLING.
    or you can call Adobe's horrible customer service and hope they understand the reason you call about and all of this in the hope that you got thru after waiting for hours at a time, their number is 1-800-833-6687

    I found a link to "Edit billing" by going into My products and services from the main My Adobe page then, when the page finally loaded it showed all my Adobe products I have ever owned.
    At the bottom under product subscriptions there should be a Creative Cloud entry with a link to the right that says "Active". When you click it you should be taken to a page that show the subscription in more detail with billing details, along with the Edit Billing link.
    I didn't follow this link as I didn't need to change my details and want to potentially mess up my subscription, but I suspect it does what it says on the tin.
