How to update user status in the QM notifications

Dear Experts,
PLz tell how to update/change user status in the QM notifications..I have maintained the user status profile and assigned the same to the notification type,but user status are not getting updated in the notifications..

Hi,
SPRO - Quality Management - Quality Notifications - Overview of Notification Type.
In that select the concerned notification and click on the status profile and there you can assign the status profile for the concerned notification Type.
There will be two types,
status profile for notifications and status profile for tasks, assign as per the requirement.

How to update user status in CRM Order depending the delivery status in R/3

Hi All,
In my scenario the partial delivery allowed to the customer while creating the CRM Order. But as per my requirement the status should be updated when the complete order and delivery takes place.
Let me describe you clearly:
Suppose I want to deliver 5 quantities products to the customer but initially I want to deliver only 3 quantities and rest 2 quantities later. When I do the post goods issue of 3 quantities in R/3 system the status should not change in CRM system. When I will do the rest 2 quantities in post goods issue in R/3 then the user status should change in CRM Order. But in current when I do the delivery of 3 quantities the user status is changing in CRM Order.
I need the user status should change in CRM only when the entire deliverytakes place in R/3.

Whenever an item is fully delivered, by standard, a "Completely Delivered" status will be updated into the item. If the I suppose by referring to that you will know an item is partial or completely delivered. When all items in the order is fully delivered, the standard header status will set to "Completed". So, you will also know if the whole order is partial or completely delivered.
If you want to add a user status, the simplest, you can make use of the ORDER_SAVE Badi. Just call the function CRM_STATUS_MAINTAIN_OW. You can update both header and item status.

I am using status_update FM in sales order user exit MV45AFZZ in a perform routine for updating user status in line item for sales order. There are 4 custom statuses created for the sales order line item. 1,2 3, and 4 by configuration. My job is to select one of those based on user selection.
Scenario: During change order process using VA02, I have to change the existing status to a third status when user selects the second one. That is for example, in VA02, user selects status 4 from previous status 3, and save, I have to make the status 4 inactive and save the new status 2 instead of 3 though user selected 3. How do I achieve this.? ????Any programming example is really appreciated. Thanks!!!
I am right now using STATUS_READ and reading the existing status 4. Then making it inactive using status_update FM. And updating the new status 2 as active one and 3 as inactive again. Two inactive updates and one active update is throwing an update termination error while saving the sales order.
Any help is really appreciated.

Hi ricky,
For saving any changes you need to have a Z-table.
In programs we can't store the user selection. In your case you can create a z-table and store the status there and delete the last status. The process would be faster as you will always have one record in the table.
. One more advantage is you can even track the changes through the Z-table(User who is changing it.)

TO change the user status in the PM order

Hi,
My requirement is that a techician is assiged to do the work using MRS and based on that user status is update in the PM when the save button is clicked on the MRS board.
Now according to my requirement if anybody click on the save button and the technician is assigned to do the operation is done through MRS than the User status in the PM order should get changed.
As a part of standard functionality the user status is not updated.
A new user status is created in the trasaction BS02.
Can anybody please let us know how to achieve this functionality

We had a similar requirement and this is what we did :
1) Set up a task as a reciever for the WORKORDER SAVE event.
2) In this task called a method of a business object.
3) In the method called STATUS_CHANGE_EXTERN to change the user status.

If your requirement is to set the check the HTS field in the material master, you can make the field as Mandatory without which the Material cant be saved
You can make this field mandatory in OMS9 transaction code with field status as 89 and the field is MARC-STAWN

Change User Status in the sales Order

Hello Experts,
I hope that somebody can help me.
I search to change the field User Status in the sales Order in the transaction VA02 before that the order be displayed.
I have searched in the UE MV45AFZZ, but i didn't found any form that i can use for my issue.
I found one form 'USEREXIT_FIELD_MODIFICATION ' by what the program pass when i press enter in the transaction VA02. but the problem that the status is changed in the data base only and not in the screen. In the screen i have always the same status as what was before, to have the new statut i must leave the transaction and execute it another time.
I don't want use forms for saving. What I want is the new status will be set when i press enter in the transaction VA02.
If doesn't exit one form that can resolve my problem, Can i use the Profile Parameters? In this case How use them?

U can choose ur status in change status profile. Go to IMG-CRMTransactionsBasic SettingsStatus ManagementChange Status Profile for User Status.
Here u hv to define ur new status for the transacxtion and assign it to ur transactio. If u r not clear tell.

CRMD_ORDER - How to add user status for searching

Hi Gurus
Our requirement is that we want to search sales transactions in CRMD_ORDER by user defined statuses. Currently I can only search by system status (along with other standard criteria such as created by/direct processing etc). How do I add more search criterias so as to enable searching solely by user status?

Hi Jai,
As per your requirement, i suggest u to check the Tx CRM_SRV_REPORT (standard Tcode)
In this report you can change the layout of the screen after executing the report, and choose the user status from the layout.

yes you can select more then one user status at the same time
For example you create user status like this in OK02
1     INIT     Initiative
2     DRPR     Draft Proposal
3     PLAN     Fully planned & costed
4     AFEA     502-Approved
5     RELE     Released for execution
6     HOLD     On hold
You can select the user status from the above list
If you set the Initial status flag for the user status
If a status is marked as an initial status, it is automatically activated in an object when the object is created

How to update table styles in the new Pages?

Anyone found out how to update table styles in the new Pages? I see it's done in some of the templates that Apple provided, but I can't find it. Also, the Copy table style command is gone, so I can't make my tables look in a uniform way, unless I use one of the built-in styles.

How to update ABSKZ field in the table EKPO

Is there any way to update the rejection indicator (ABSKZ) field of table EKPO?.
I am looking at BAPI_CHANGE_PO FM, But it does not have ABSKZ field in the item structure BAPIMEPOITEM.
Do I need to extend the BAPI structure with ABSKZ field ?

To extend BAPI_PO_CHANGE for EKPO-ABSKZ field , we have to add field in the structure BAPI_TE_MEPOITEM to pass it to EXTENSIONIN. As ABSKZ field already availble in the EKPO it is not allowed to add ABSKZ in the structure BAPI_TE_MEPOITEM. it is throwing below error message.
Field ABSKZ in table EKPO is specified twice. Please check
Since it is not Z field and also not availble in the structure BAPIMEPOITEM not sure how to update ABSKZ field in the EKPO table.

I disagree, Mr. WJ:
If Matt had updated his iPhone via the Cloud and not by USB cable to his computer, the old IOS would still be on the computer and he would be able to "restore" to it. It would depend on what his backup settings were configured.
For instance, I always backup to my computer at home. But, in the last few days I was notified that IOS 6.1 came out. So, if I wanted, I could install the update via WIFI from where I am at work. But, my old IOS would still be safe on my home computer that I can restore from if need be.
And then you basically repeated what I stated about Google Maps being a app you can download now.

There is a dump encoutered in the form "PS_FLAG_GET_GLOBAL_FLAGS" for 'chk_precommit_ok' in the "BAPI_PS_PRECOMMIT".
But it is showing SY-SUBRC = 0 when used along with BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT.
May i know what are input parameters we need to pass it to "BAPI_PS_PRECOMMIT".
Do you have any idea.
