How to upgrade an expired trial to a paid subscription?

Hi,
I have an Azure trial subscription that expired. Now I would like to upgrade the free trial to a pay as you go subscription. I do not want to create a new subscription as I have already created multiple VMs under the trial version and would like to continue
to use them, unless they will still be available under the new subscription.
When I went to account.windowsazure.com/Subscriptions, the only option I have there is "You have no active subscriptions. Click add subscription to obtain one".  Although this is not what I want to do, I clicked
on add a new subscription, and went through the steps, at the end I got a message to contact support because of my payment method. I am using a company American Express card that is valid.
My questions are:
1. How to upgrade my trial to a paid subscription?
2. If my only option is to create a new subscription, who do I troubleshoot the payment issue, and will my existing VMs continue to be available under the new subscription?

    Hello,
    To buy the full version from  the App Store you need to delete  the Trial version "Aperture.app"  from the Applications Folder. Don't worry, this will not delete your Aperture Library. Your Aperture Library contains your imported images, not the Aperture Application. If you did not set up anything special, your Aperture Library is probably located in the default  inside your "Pictures" folder and called "Aperture Library.aplibrary". You may want to make a backup of this library, before you upgrade to the full the version.

  • CS6 versions opening as trial version with paid subscription...what???

    I've had a paid sucscription since October and just today all my CS6 apps are opening as "trial versions" some with my previous workspace settings, and others without previous settings. What's going on? Was there an update via Creative Cloud that malfunctioned? I'm not using a 30-day trial copy of the application - I want the apps I'm paying for monthly back the way they were yesterday!
    Is anyone else experienceing a glitch in their service or applications? Why is this happening? All my profile and payment info is up to date - so what gives??

  • Upgrade to Cloud from Photoshop CS5.5 Subscription

    Hi everyone,
    I'm beyond confused. I signed up for a Photoshop CS5.5 subscription back in January here in Australia. I was under the impression this is automatically updated to CS6 upon release (which has now happened), yet I have no notifications of being able to upgrade, neither has my subscription updated (it still says Photoshop CS5.5 Subscription for one year).
    I'd like to sign up for Creative Cloud. I put in my details and it turns out I'm eligble for the discounted introductory rate, so I clicked on through. Next thing I know, I'm in the creative cloud space with 10gb of storage. I didn't accept any terms, neither have I received any email confirmations (or any emails at all). My subscriptions also just say "Photoshop CS5.5 Subscription for one year". I went ahead and downloaded the download manager and downloaded and installed Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Premiere CS6. It seems InDesign and Premiere are working fine. Photoshop gets a "00 days left on your trial" message when it opens but I close it and everything works fine. When I go to Photoshop > About it says it's the full CS6 version (doesn't say tryout or trial anywhere). When I open Illustrator CS6, it tells me I have no subscription and to enter my serial code - which I don't have.
    This is really confusing me. What is going on?
    1) Will my Photoshop CS5.5 subscription end automatically as I have upgraded to Cloud?
    2) When will my account tell me I have a cloud subscription?
    3) Why does some software work and others don't?
    The transition from CS5.5 to CS6 Cloud has been incredibly messy.

    It seems like there is an awful lot of misinformation within the company. Different people I've talked to have given me completely different answers to certain questions, and there seems to be a general resistance by many of their staff people to address concerns. For instance, when I placed the order the other night, I asked the woman to confirm that I wasn't going to be double-billed for 5.5 and 6 (e.g. that they'd let me out of my 5.5 contract) and she said something like "yes that is how it is supposed to work but I can transfer you to billing if you want..." Not exactly a gleaming endorsement there, is it.
    I also kind of took the Adobe folks to task on Twitter. They've had all sorts of marketing people pushing CreativeCloud on there (which is fine) but didn't have ANY success in getting anyone to respond to my tweets with questions. Finally got one woman (out of like 8-9 Adobe accounts) to hit me back with an email address and she was able to get some answers to my questions a few days later.
    I have mentioned to a couple of people that with all of the various "how to" videos Adobe has put out there espousing new features in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc... they don't have a single "how to get started with Creative Cloud" type of video. Or a "how to upgrade if you're a 5.5 subscription user." And so on... this is the absolutely critical information that people need right now, and the quality of the information on the web site and coming from Adobe's own people is just not there. Put it in step-by-step video format so people can upgrade quickly, easily and sans headache and heartbreak. That's my advice.

    Software updates don't upgrade your current operating system to a new one, you have to purchase a newer operting system if you want one.

    I needed to open a Premiere Pro CC 2014 project on a computer which only has Premiere Pro CC 7.3.3, so I installed the upgrade to CC 2014. I did not know it required payment (a warning would have been nice).
    Now my PAID license has been reverted to an expired trial. How do I change it back?

  • What to do with expired trial InDesign 5.5, InDesign 5, and upgrade to 5.5

    I have an expired trial version of InDesign 5.5 and fully registerable legal copies of InDesign 5 and the upgrade to 5.5. Does anyone know if I can use the product registration information for the 5 and upgrade to 5.5 so that I can activate and continue using the application already installed?
    If I can't, I've read that the uninstall process can be problematic and I should run a clean-up script afterward, neither of which I've ever done.
    Any advice on how to proceed would be appreciated.

    This is the downside of zealous, passionate, enthusiastic, and well-meant forum support. Sometimes, as now, somewhere along the line, a key piece of info was either not supplied or was overlooked, resulting in reverberating "delta" suggestions (delta, here, meaning, adding onto, or modifying, what's already present,) rather than whole thoughts and sentences.
    I this the question is: How will an installed CS5.5 trial behave when given a serial number for a CS5.5 upgrade on a machine where no CS5 has been installed? The hope is that it will prompt for a valid CS5 serial number, or a valid CS5 disk, then proceed to validate the trial with the update's serial number.
    The goal is to avoid having to uninstall the CS5.5 trial, to be able to install a full CS5 without any collisions with the installed CS5.5 trial, then install the CS5.5 upgrade.
    The answer seems to be that nobody knows for sure, or that whoever does, either isn't on this thread, or is holding out.
    I surely don't know.

  • How to get purchased software to override Expired Trial Notice?

    When I try to use my recently installed purchased version of Photoshop CS5, the message comes up that my trial of Photoshop CS5 Extended has expired. 
    So, I tried deleting all the Photoshop files and reinstalling.  Same issue. 
    I spent time on the phone with Adobe customer service today and all they had me do was the same as above, again.  I am still getting the same message that my trial of Photoshop CS5 Extended has expired and do I want to purchase it now.  How do I get rid of this erroneous window that is blocking me?!?
    Each of the 4 times I have unistalled/reinstalled, I have entered the correct serial # for the purchased item during installation.  Of course when I try to also enter it in the expired trial notice (that pops up each time I open Photoshop to use it after installaion), it doesnt accept the # since I purchased only Photoshop not Extended.
    As far as I could tell, I deleted all the Photoshop software files on my Mac, not just those that were cleared with the Adobe Uninstall option, why am I still getting blocked from using what I purchased? Any ideas on where else I might find items from the Trial Version that I need to delete in order to be able to use my purchased copy?
    (Also, the re-installed application is clearly marked Photoshop CS5, not Extended...)

    The difference between Photoshop and Photoshop Extended is the serial number. The installation is exactly the same, so no amount of uninstalling and reinstalling will make a difference here. When you enter your serial number, Photoshop at that point decides whether it is going to be Extended or not.
    The problem here is that the application is not accepting your serial number, until your serial number is accepted, you will not be able to get out of trial mode. Where did you get the serial number? Could you send it to me to verify? (bnemecek [AT] adobe [DOT] com)

  • Installing Lightroom 5 Upgrade after completing trial

    I had a trial copy of Lightroom 5 Upgrade that expired while I was traveling.
    I purchased the software and downloaded it.
    I then added the serial number to the trial copy.
    Should I actually delete the trial version and install the one I downloaded, or is it not necessary?
    Also, the version I have is 5.0 but I read that 5.2 was released.
    How can I get the most up-to-date version of the software?

    It's not necessary. The trial version and the version you buy contain the same code. The only difference is a valid serial number (which you've already successfully entered).
    Also, the version I have is 5.0 but I read that 5.2 was released.
    LR5.2 is currently a beta version made available by Adobe for testing by early adopters.
    You're welcome to download it from Adobe Labs here http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/lightroom5-2/
    but don't use it in your normal daily workflow yet. It's not quite ready.
    When it ships, click Help > Updates to get it.

    There is no discount if you install fewer products, however you can purchase subscriptions to indivdual products versus subscribing to Creative Cloud. This page has more info about which individual products are available.

    Plans can be setup for either yearly or monthly, you can purchase 3 month subscription cards which can being used towards either yearly or monthly plans.

    The plans are a commitment for that duration. You can upgrade from month to month to yearly or downgrade to month to month after your year long commitment was up.

    If you decided to go with the Creative Cloud you could install which ever apps you choose. You might want to double-check individual product system requirements if you were unsure of a specific product.

    The 30 day trial applies to both individual or products within the Creative Cloud trial, so if you used the 30 trial for an individual product it would still show as expired if you tried to use it within a Creative Cloud 30 day trial.
