How to upgrade an iPhone 4 to ios 5.1 without removing anything?
The iPhone 4 is ios 5.0.1 and I wanna upgraded it to 5.1 without erasing anything... I don't like to upgrade to ios 6 for some reasons....
You cannot update to anything but ios 6.0.1
If you are using the iphone as designed then you will not lose anything as everything should be on your computer.

Since upgrading my iPhone 5 to ios 7, I cannot get the internet, email to work on 3g. I get the message ""could not activate mobile data network. You are not subscribed to a mobile data service". How do I fix it?

I tried to reset settings but it didn't seem to help much. Then I read a few posts about deleting my email accounts and recreating them, and that actually seemed to help a bit. Now the only time I notice it gets heated up is when I am either on whatsapp or Instagram...that's it! -

I am experience a similar problem, my iphone 4 either turns off by itself or I am unable to answer a call. Everything just blocks.
