The creative cloud dialog box that lists the applications, doesn't show LRCC
Log out of the CC desktop app, then log back in again. You should see it then.

I spoke with Apple Tech Support and they guided me through this. I was trying to get the App Store working on a new iPad mini using a new, but existing Apple ID. To get it to work, I had to go onto iTunes on my main computer (not on the iPad). I had been trying to use the Sign In button, and I was having the issue of being "forced" to enter a credit card, which I did not want to do. Here was the solution I was given, which worked for me.
Log out of iTunes, if you are not already. (Or hit Cancel if you're on the Review Payment screen.)
Instead of going into Sign In, go to Redeem under the Quick Links, on the right-hand side, down a bit.
Go through the screens, accepting the EULA, etc. You will get to a Review Payment screen, similar to the one you saw before, but it will have a None button.
You can enter an iTunes card here if you want, but I was able to leave that field blank and still successfully get the account set up, ready to use on the iPad. -

edit the hosts file on your computer and remove any lines that contain gs.apple.com. Disable your antivirus and firewall.

I purchased a used iPad 1st. Generation that has an iOS 5.1.1 Can I upgrade to iOS 7 ?
I have tried to do it but when I go to Settings/General/ Software update, it comes back with : iOS 5.1.1 Your software is up to date
therefore I have not been able to update to iOS7. Can somebody help me ???

i just got an ipod touch secondhand. when i try to go to itunes its says "request cannot be completed" then when i search for apps on the internet and try to download them it say I need to update my itunes, but then when I sync my ipod to my computer its says I have the most recent update.
I think that the message is telling you that you need a newer version of the iOS on your iPod. If the computer has iTunes 10.5 installed then your iPod is maxed out.

I am trying to open PDF files from safari, but when I click on them they open in a separate window and the information is encrypted. Any ideas on how to get them to open them in Adobe? Any help please!

Usual way of software update does not help.
Keeps saying you have the latest update .To get beyond 10.7.5, you must go to the App Store and purchase an upgrade.

My MacKeeper says iPhoto is out of date. When I try to update it, the App Store says I need IOS 10.9 or later. I have 10.7.5 and when I check for updates my Mac says the OS software is up to date. How do I solve this problem??

If it's the first gen iPad (i.e. the one without cameras) then it only supports up to iOS 5.1.1, you can't update it to a higher version.

I have a Toshiba satellite L75D-A7283 laptop and for 9+ months I have had the same problem, green screen on video's and when trying to play facebook games it says I need the latest player. I have to restart not just IE but my entire computer in order for flash player to work and sometimes that doesn't work. When I try to update to the lastest flash player it says I already have it. When I go to test the flash player it says either flash player is disabled or active x filter is on which is neither true. It also says that E.I. is the latest also. This is frustrating and want it fixed so what is my next step ?

I have a new Intex Cloud Fx phone. In this, I go to 'Device in formation' and try to update the device by pressing update now, I get an error message that says 'an error occurred while checking for updates'. Also, it does not respond to the' last updated' command. When I press 'more device information' I can see’ OS version Intex_Cloud_FX_V07’. I have tried all kinds of procedures suggested on the net and elsewhere but have not succeeded in updating my phone, so far. This includes resetting the phone. I am using a Wi-fi connection. It seems that quite a few persons are facing this problem. There have been suggestions ranging from 'there is a bug' to 'there are no updates'. So, the problem persists, with no end in sight. I feel Mozilla should look at it.

In firefox 3 there was an option to check for current updates .. I noticed in Firefox four my digital persona does work with my finger print reader anymore and its really more convient for me just to swipe my finger to log onto a website without having to remember every single password and its a pain in the rear end to look for them.. how do i check for updates to make sure I can repair a lot of the current problem with firefox 4 .. I love the program but it just has a few small flaws that I am sure will work its self out ..Firefox program updates are handled thru the Help > About Mozilla Firefox menu item, there's a Check for Updates button in that dialog when automatic updates are turned off.
You can check for extension updates manually in the Tools > Addons > Extensions tab. Right-click an extension and use the Find Update menu item.
I doubt in that fingerprint reader will update with Find Updates, though. You should look for updates at the fingerprint reader software website. -
