How to upload a video from pc my  ipod touch

i do have some videos into mi pc but i dont know how to pass them to my ipod !!!!!

Make sure they are in itunes in a compatible format, then sync them.

    If your iPod touch music is in your iTunes library, you just need to sync the new iPod nano with iTunes, the songs will be transfer to your new iPod.     It seems that the only area of Mobile Me that a video can be uploaded to is the Gallary section.     I am trying to upload a video to YouTube. The original video was shot on a canon point and shoot and is AVI. It downloaded into iPhoto. I exported it to my desktop and then saved it using the QT "Save As" and also the "Save for Web" options. Then clicked "Share" in each instance, selected YouTube and both scenarios failed to upload.

    I got the new iPod Touch 5, and I just want to transfer the information from my old iPod onto it!!!!  It gave me the option to do that when I connected it to iTunes, but then said I had to set it as a new iPod and update its software before I could do that.  And now I can't figure out how to?!??!  I just want to freakin transfer the information from my old iPod, please help I'm really irritated!!

    Sync with iTunes.
    Connect the iPod to the computer with the cable and launch iTunes.
    Click on the iPod name on the left side under devices.
    Click on the Music Tab on the right.
    Click on all of the albums or playlists that you want to sync - or the entire library if you like.
    Click on the Sync Music Heading.
    Click on Apply in the lower right corner of iTunes

    On what computer operating system are you running your Premiere Elements 11?
    I have never gotten involved with the Video Press plugin on a WordPress site.
    Assuming the following is what you are trying to work with
    WordPress › VideoPress « WordPress Plugins
    What are the properties of your .mp4 Premiere Elements 11 file that I assume you have saved to the computer hard drive
    for upload to the web site from there.
    Have you seen the following and gone through all the recommended steps for the video upload?
