1. create event PV10/PV11
2. Firmly book event PV12 (else can directly create firmly booked events)
3. Book attendee PV00
4. Follow up PV15 ( u can use n LSMW here provided all the emps get same level of proficiency after attendin n event. u wont be able to chnge proficiency level at the time of follow up usin LSMW)

i would like to upload trial balance figures but i am not able to upload the figures for recon accounts since it wont allow direct postings. how to overcome this problem? any idea?

Hello Raja,
Under normal circumstances, uploading of GL balances is done as below
- take the closing trial balance
- create a control account in SAP
- Create a JV to transfer debits to respective GL accounts in SAP and credit the clearing account
-Create another JV for all credits.
- For customers/ vendors / asset balances use seperate method. Create first the reconciliation GL master record in SAP.
- Check the recon account entry in all the master record.
- now create invoices and the recon account is automatically updated.
- lastly make sure the clearing account balance is zero

you want to Uplode Transactional Data take care of that, beter to Prepare BDC,
for BDC you have to Record the Transaction Code and Tell ABAPer line items uplode process he will do the Technical Development,

upload images or files, because dreamweaver does not have a file
upload option.

How to get closing balance in MM

Please help me to get closing balance for every line in ABAP program. for example

here my problem is i am not able to get LOGIC for closing balance in every line.i.e closing balance = ((op.bal + receipts) - Issues))
i am very much appriciable if any body can give the solution immediately.

i am trying to make a form in LabView and want to send notification through labview if possible and upload it on sharepoint site. Can it be done?
I am attaching the vi. in this i have few questions?
In front panel if you click STANDARD there will be several options through which we can choose from. For every option which is clicked by user i need to get a pop up box in which there will be options which user want to choose. example if user select A then pop up box pops out and there will be 5 things in which he need to tick depending on what he wants. I tried to make case for each options but could not understand how to do it.

I just wanted to clarify the question first. Are you basically wanting to create a LabVIEW VI that you can upload to a Microsoft SharePoint site, and then have users who go to the SharePoint site run this VI directly from the site, and essentially see the front panel on SharePoint site? If this is the case, I don't believe this currently supported in LabVIEW. There may be a way to do it by creating a web service with your VI first, and then using this web service file in conjunction with sharepoint, but that may be tricky to get working.
As for making case structures, the case structure you have in your VI will only run once (you need to put it in a while loop if you want the functionality of having it update when the user changes their selection). The case structure will choose the case that is selected when the user first runs the VI. You also need to put the code you want to run for each case inside the respective cases of the structure (I assume this was your next step since there is currently nothing inside the case structure).
To make various buttons, you can go to the front panel, right click and go to "modern" then "boolean" and put and "ok button" on your front panel. You can then change the name of the button to whatever you want and edit the text it displays (like Submit, Exit, or Preview). I hope this helps!

u can definitely transfer data to and from one server to another...let it be with connectors or xi...
and as u said u have exposure to Xi...the following solution might help...
SAP XI belongs to SAP Netweaver Technology, whereas BC is an Integration tool provided by Webmethods.

I've tried several different export settings in iMovie and uploaded them to Youtube; each time it's appearing with the letterboxing (i.e. the video is horizontally squished with the black side boxes). I have VisualHub that I use as well, but have just been fiddling with the export settings in iMovie.

I just Googled the specs and it appears this camera shoots SD Mpeg2 at a low data rate.
I'm surprised it's working at all.
Try a test clip using Streamclip>Export to Quicktime to convert the footage to the specs of an an FCE Easy Setup. It might as well be an Anamorphic DV choice.
The converted clip with titles should hold up OK normally.

Hi,
If you open General Ledger Report and after selecting customer code you will see the Print Preview. On that time, one window opens and asks you to select any one from two options.
Option 1 : Book of Accounts
Option 2 : Subsidiary Account
In both the Options, PLD has Opening Balance in Repetitive Area Header and Closing Balance in Repetitive Area Footer. So, it will when Report grows more than one page and if you want to see both the Opening Balance and Closing Balance in all the pages then you should Tick the Check Box "Display Repetitive Area Footer on all Pages" . So that you can view OB and CB in all the pages.

How to upload Opening balance of G/L accounts from legacy system to SAP, and also Vendor and Customer balance.
My Doubt is when you upload the customer balance and vendor balance will it effect the sundry debtor account and sundry creditor account if not the how will the sundry debtor account and sundry creditor account will be posted with the balance. Please send me the general entry passed for posting the same.
What I understood is that when we are uploading the customer and vendor balances through LSMW, no entry will be passed and it will update the customer and vendor sub ledger in FBL1N and FBL5N but it will not affect the sundry debtor account and sundry creditor account.
To give effect to sundry debtor account and sundry creditor account we need to manually pass a journal entry as follows.
1) Sundry debtors account A/c -
DR
      TO clearing account A/c
2)     clearing account A/c -
dr
     Sundry creditor account A/c
Please let me know whether iam correct
Also please tell me what will be the scenario for uploading of the assets balances through LSMW.

Hi,
     When you uploading any data from legacy system to sap normally we will be using LSMW or BDC,thru this we will be uploading master data like G/L,vendor,Customer and asset master these are the some examples and we will upload transaction data also that is P&L Account and Balance sheet.When we do uploading data thru LSMW system will update all the values of vendor,customer and asset values as well as subsidary ledger also.No need to do manully.
