How to use Adobe Anywhere in a small business environment.

Thanks in advance for any help. 
Our marketing agency has a small 1000 sq ft video studio with a couple fully loaded 27" iMac's with additional thunderbolt displays and a Pegasus 2 16TB Raid thunderbolt drive.  I collaborate with remote editors every week but we always have issues with keeping every with the right hd footage and then re-archiving back at the studio with the correct project files, footage, most recent edits etc.
My question is what does it take as a small business to implement Adobe Anywhere?  Do you have any examples of how you have implemented it in your business? What kind of cost is involved to make this switch? 
We are getting ready reconfigure a number of things in the studio next week and this would be a great time implement a new remote configuration as well if possible so any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks Shelly! I too was having trouble and thought it was something wrong with my Mac. I still have a big though. When I try to print the saved pdf file, I get a pop-up that says "The document could not be printed. There are no selected pages to print" even though I am looking at the complete doc. It's there and in my print prompt "all pages" are selected to print. The way I got around this, is by emailing the pdf file to a gmail address and viewing the attachment via Google Docs. It loads perfectly and prints without a problem.

    Looking for anyone out there that has attempted to apply this to their Oracle HRSS pages. I know this company has developed (is developing?) a product based on this approach. I want to see if anyone has done it on their own and would be willing to share some details.
    Follow-up question. Has anyone availed themselves of the bespoke UI Development based on this approach from Applaud Solutions (as mentioned on their website), and care to comment on your experience?

    I am referring to the email option of having the photos embedded in the text and not as an attachment.  It is called Photo Mail in Organizer where you add the photos, then choose stationery & border layouts, etc.  I don't have have access to Outlook or any other type of email account.
    The only way for me to send photos direct from Photoshop Elements is by using Adobe email service. I had no problems in earlier versions, but this option does not work in Version 11. When I tried to use the email in version 9 (after I loaded version 11), I kept getting error messages that it was no longer available or supported.
    This option is found in Organizer, Preferences,Shating, Adobe E-mail service (from the email menu).

As far as I can tell I have followed the instructions in the tutorial correctly, but the font style effect does not show up on my site. I am working on a Windows 7 machine and using Dreamweaver 5.5. I have copied and pasted the javascript into the correct spot in the head of the index.html page as well as included the font-family name in the CSS file and saved the whole smash. The source code for my index page looks exactly like the sample in the tutorial, and I have tried to view my site in my browser, but no dice. Doesn't display the Edge Web Font style in the web page. I believe I've done everything according to the directions, but I suppose I've missed some small detail. Any suggestions greatly appreciated

    You need to add a <script> to the head of your documents like the example below.  In my example, I'm using all of the aguafina-script and league-gothic fonts.

    A simple way to get the correct codes is to go to Adobe Edge Web Fonts and select the font you wish to use.

    NOTE: You won't see the custom web fonts displayed in Design View, Live View or when previewed locally unless you use a local testing server.  An easier way to test is by uploading the page to your remote server.

    I am also working for calling custom adobe form instead of sapscript.
    While configuring BTE 1720, i noticed that configuring BTE only FI-FI application does not solve the purpose. You need to assign function module FI_PRINT_DUNNING_NOTICE_PDF for all Application Area Indicator.
    Adding to IS-PS will allow to print for customer.
    This solved my problem. But this setting is global so you need to take care of it.

    Depends on your deployment pattern.  You can just use Reader Extensions if you're publishing forms on a site, if you need to prefill or perform other processing on the template then LiveCycle Forms is needed.  If you want to render to HTML5 for tablet support then Forms Pro is needed.

    1) the colors look great together. let's think of the yellow, fits perfectly with that kind of blue. I'm sure that starting from the same yellow, i would never get the same blue. It would always be a blue too dark, too saturated. This one instead looks perfect.

    2) i copied that combination for a graphic, but i need to match 4 more colors with them. How can i find 4 colors that fits good with them? I tried using the complementary color of each one of them, but at the end the new combination looks too dark compared to the starting one. How can i find the right 4 colors?
    I already read something about color theory, and already spent hours trying to find the right match, so i'd be very glad if someone would guide me to find the answer to my questions, using kuler or another way. Thanks

    Hi Bhavik,
    there is extensive documentation on creating PDF-based forms for printing in ABAP Workbench (transaction SFP) on the SAP Help Portal at http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/d2/4a94696de6429cada345c12098b009/frameset.htm.
    The infrastructure is identical (ADS on Java Engine) except that you need an ABAP backend (minimum 6.40) and the corresponding SAP GUI. You also need to create an HTTP connection from your ABAP system to the ADS in transaction SM59 (see ADS Configuration Guide).
    Your Adobe LiveCycle Designer installation from the NWDS should be OK, if you are working on the same frontend. (If you have difficulties with Designer, uninstall it and install it with the SAP GUI again).
    Note that Web Dynpro for ABAP integration is only supported as of NetWeaver 2004s (going into ramp-up with mySAP ERP 2005 this month), which means that interactive scenarios are more cumbersome to implement in ABAP with NetWeaver 04.
    Some of the things you get with the Web Dynpro framework (such as the return of data in interactive scenarios via the WD context) would need to be manually coded when working in SFP, which was designed for output forms.
