How to use canon pixma MX377. I can't receive and send fax messages

Can please anyone send me complete instruction manual in english for my pixma canon MX377 machine because I can't receive and send fax messages. I'm connected to a PBX extension line or a xDSL splitter. Every time i called a person on the machine, I can hear him but he can't hear me. Thank you very much.

New iphone can't receive or send text messages

I can't receive or send test messages. I tried turning airplane mode on and off. I also don't seem to have a data plan added to my service. I looked at my contract and it just shows family talk. I thought they automatically add this to iphone contracts.

It doesn't display an error message. It sends it out, but the recipient never receives it. I think the Best Buy person screwed up my service some how. She didn't sign me up for a data plan or a text message plan for this account. I was supposed to keep my same plan. It should still send texts though (at a higher non-text plan rate).

When my wifi is off and I'm away from my home connection - it shows wifi off (unless I turn it on to check my email etc.) - and in the settings cellular it shows "voice only". Will I be able to receive and send texts in those settings? Or check voicemail. I had wanted to keep my email from coming in all the time and only want to check it periodically - so I turn ON my wifi when I want to check my email. But when my wifi was off away from home- I hadn't seemed to be getting my texts. So- do I need to keep wifi roaming connected when away from home to receive and send my texts in real time. (which is what I want) or am I still able to send and receive texts with my wifi off when I'm away from home. (When I'm home I am connected to my home data plan automatically through wifi and I get texts when I'm home - but I'm thinking I'm not getting texts in real time - is it because my wifi is off when I'm away from home? My cellular shows voice only when my wifi is off away from home. Am I doing it right to receive and send texts away from home? Or do I need to open up the wifi in order to receive and send text messages. I know that I would need to turn on wifi roaming - which will use data - for email checking or sending - as well as to use browsing apps and now I'm guessing to receive voice messages I may have missed? In order to send and receive SMS or MMS messages, you will need to have an active cellular data or Wi-Fi connection.
You will need these to send and receive iMessages:
An iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
iOS 5.0 or later
A cellular data connection or a Wi-Fi connection
A phone number or Apple ID registered with iMessage in Settings > Messages

Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.

Connected with WIFI. Can't receive and send emails

When I was in India I had internet with the service provider and I could check my emails without problems. Now that I'm back home, I don't have a internet connection with the service provider. Instead, I'm connected through a WIFI network (at my place). I can use internet on my browser without any problem, but can't receive my emails.

I tried to avoid much jargon, but you seem to have understood it correctly. It is really not "strange" at all IMHO, it is just very different from how other devices work. To provide email in the special way that BBs do (it's not ActiveSync), the carriers and BlackBerry must host servers and such on their side...to use those requires subscription to (and payment for) an adequate data plan so as to help them cover those extra costs that exist solely for BB users.
Of course, if your email service provides a WebMail interface, you of course should be able to use that via the Browser. It's just the native method of handling email via the Messages app that requires the data plan (since that uses the servers hosted by the carriers and BlackBerry).

I just bought an iPhone 4 and can receive or send messages. What would be wrong?

If you have just bought the iPhone then unless the carrier stated that you would be good to go from the start, you usually need to wait 24-48hours for your sim to be activated. Contact your carrier if it has been longer than this amount of time. However, you also need to set up your iPhone on iTunes so make sure that you do that!!!

If my apple receives my secondary emails in the inbox, then my iphone doesn't and vice versa. I can't get both to receive and send email messages.

It has taken me 18 months to get my secondary emails to show up on my Apple mail server. Now my iphone mail service for that account won't work. How can I get both to work at the same time?

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

Can I receive and send a wifi signal at the same time on my MBP?

Okay, so here's the deal. I recently moved across from where I was living. My old place is still using my internet and wifi. It is strong enough for me to pick it up on my MBP, but not strong enough for my iPhone 5. I know the Mac only has one wifi channel, so it can only send a signal if it is hooked up by ethernet.
Is there a way for my MBP to connect via wifi and then send a signal out for my phone?
Would a dongle work? If so, how could I set that up?

your mac have one Wireless network card ,so you can connect to a lan or share a lan
but not in a time use one card.

If 10.7.0 or later...
Bootup holding CMD+r, or the Option/alt key to boot from the Restore partition & use Disk Utility from there to Repair the Disk, then Repair Permissions.
If that doesn't help Reinstall the OS.

Hi I have had my i phone 4s for several months, and although I get occassinal 'glitches' where my messages send as SMS (I can't understand why though?)
Now I can't send or receive i-messages at all.
I've tried swiching the phone on and off. Tried switching messages on and off, Checked all the contacts and receiveat contacts. iOS5.1.1 is up to date
Only one thing not done as I don't want to lose all my stored data, and that's tried a restore
Any help would be appreciated

I understand that you are having problems with the fax feature on your Envy 7640.
I would like to help.
I am wondering, is your phone line analog or digital?
If your phone is analog it will go direct to a wall jack.
If your phone is digital it will go to a modem.
I am asking because fax is a analog technology that sometimes does not work well with the new digital phonelines.

I can't receive or send multimedia messages

Every time I get a picture message or try to send one, I get an error message saying that multimedia message failed. When I go to my online account, it says that my multimedia messages is unblocked. So what am I missing? Yes I have rebooted my phone and stuff and called that service number when I upgraded my phone. Also I have a basic phone (pantech Jest 2, love the phone).
