How to use ipad in its full potential with iTunes?

I was using android tab for all these years , bought a iPad mini last month and am stuck with the main issue File transfer from PC to ipad
Using ITunes is similar to learning automobile engineering to drive a car . Is there any simple software for file transfer between a PC and ipad ,PPT transferring to Keynote?
What is this apple creating so much of hype by blocking all sources like usb, downloading of files directly from internet or PC, in the era of getting things done by just blinking the eye are the apple engineers still not competent enough to make the ITunes perfect , what tech is this if a simple user can't download and save an MP3 directly , 16 GB memory can't even provide a 8 gb space by just loading basic softwares .
when will u guys cater to the complete need of a customer , U might say its apple design but common sense is that your engineers are not competent enough to make a user friendly OS nor a hardware supporting the basic things . It's like saying my vehicle gives highest mileage because I drives at 40 Kms per hour , when can apple user get the fell of plug and play device ..

    plug your ipad to your computer, open your itunes, click on the ipad icon, at the first page there is an option to "restore" ipad to its factory settings, click it. Don't remove USB connection, wait until it finishes wiping the data and it should place a new window that asks you to register the ipad.
    There you go, your iPad is sync with your itunes account under your name, its best to also use "Find my iPad" just in case it gets lost, you can track it from your computer. Very handy tool and its free!
    But if you want the data that is in the iPad, back up it first and sync the content to your library before restoring it to its factory settings

  • I have both a simultaneous dual band and a regular dual band airport extreme on an extended network will the 5ghz work at its full potential if its the one that is extending the network?

    I have a A1143 model Airport extreme with dual band capabilities but not simultaneous, i'd like that to run on the 2.4ghz band, while i have a A1408 model airport extreme as the "extender" but i want to make sure that even though im running the 2.4 and the newer model is extendeding it, my simulataneous dual band will still work to its full potential (ie: 300mbs i think is the max for the 5ghz)..?
    notes: no i can't use the newer model as the primary and the older model as the extender.

    I am assuming that your simultaneously dual-band Extreme is using the same Network Name for both radios. If that is the case, and depending on the distance between AirPorts, the extending Extreme is most likely just extending the 2.4 GHz radio. That would leave the 5 GHz wireless network basically "untouched."

    No, the one is just an extension cord,          just use the 45W charger with its attached thin cord and connect the magnetic magsafe to to the connector on the back left of the macbook Air for use and charging it

    If it's not too late, see Recovering your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device. As long as you have a backup of the device when the device still held your photos you should stand a chance of recovering them using a tool such as iPhone Backup Extractor.

    If you want to copy music off then File > Transfer Purchases will only copy iTunes purchased music off the iPad. To copy music bought from other sources and/or copied from CDs then you will need to use a third-party program to copy them off - see the page that I linked to for some examples.

    To access the MIDI ports you will need to call the Windows SDK. To send MIDI commands is relatively easy, here is an example that shows you how to send data to a MIDI controller or keyboard.
    As far as input goes, this is the hard part. There are a series of functions that you need to call to open up the device, set some buffers and and possibly a callback to get notifications on the incoming data.
    Reading MIDI data will not be an easy task, your best bet will be to implement this in a DLL and call that DLL in LabVIEW, there should be some code available o the web.

    I am the music teacher in a  Special school in London UK currently working with Drake Music who are a charity that go into schools to enable music making through music technology. Our purpose is to enable a group of 7 children who have profound and multiple learning difficulties to play instruments on the ipads or through the soundbeam and to be able to play and jam together with me underscoring on the guitar. We're having a lot of fun and we're all learning a lot about what can be achieved using the amazing ipad technology. If you're doing a similar project I'd love to hear from you and we can swap notes!

    You can use iTunes to easily manage multiple devices by having each sync with selected playlists. I don't personally have any recommendations for other software but perhaps others might.
