How to Use Print time formulas in crosstabs? Is there a work around

I am using Crystal Report XI R2
I have run in to a problem with showing the necessary information on a cross tab and was wondering if there is a workaround.
I am doing a report for a mining company and I want to show trucks in the rows and loaders in the columns. The trucks are either loaded with waste material or coal. I need to show the number of equivialant BCMs
BCM is calculated value based on the number of loads per truck divided by a factor value for that truck. The problem is, factor values can change and each has an effectiveDate that tells when the factor comes into effect. To make sure I am using the correct factor for the date of the report I must do a date check which assigns a value called dateFinish or finishing date for the factor and checks if the finishing date is before the date of the report. Current factors are given a dateFinish = todays date.
........So seeing that the value for the equivalent BCM of a material uses the dateFinish function which is evaluated whilePrintingRecords, I cannot use it in my cross tab. Please help!

In order to download apps from the U.S. App Store, you need to have a valid billing address in the U.S., a credit card billed to that address (or a gift card purchased in the U.S.) and to be physically located in the U.S. at the time of purchase. In the case of some apps like Netflix, you also have to be physically in a country where Netflix provides service (works when I'm in Canada, not when I'm in Japan). NFL Game Pass may work similarly.
